Specifically, the support base 71 and the pressing plate 72 are fastened by screws, and the pressing plate 72 is of an elastic structure.

Specifically, when the spoiler 20 is installed, the spoiler 20 may be abutted to the support base 71, and the pressing plate 72 is fastened to the upper surface of the spoiler 20; the pressing plate 72 is an elastic pressing plate, a gap of about 2mm is formed in the left side of the pressing plate 72, and after the screw for fixing the pressing plate 72 is fastened, the pressing plate 72 and the turbulence pipe 20 generate elastic pressing force, so that the turbulence pipe 20 is pressed and fixed. When the turbulent flow tube 20 is blocked or the ultrasonic cleaning tank 10 needs to be thoroughly cleaned and the turbulent flow tube 20 needs to be detached, the turbulent flow tube 20 can be taken down by loosening the fastening screw.

Specifically, the spoiler fixing portions 70 are plural, and the plural spoiler fixing portions 70 are provided at intervals along the extending direction of the spoiler 20. Wherein, a plurality of spoiler tube fixing portions 70 are evenly distributed along the extending direction of spoiler tube 20. The tableware cleaning equipment can be used in butt joint with a subsequent cleaning device, and the automation of the whole tableware cleaning process is realized.

The work flow of the tableware cleaning equipment of the application is as follows: the water pump 31 is started, the cleaning liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning pool 10 enters the water pump 31 through the water pumping pipe 32, and then enters the turbulent flow pipe 20 through the water inlet pipe 33; the cleaning liquid entering the turbulent flow tube 20 is sprayed to the surface of the tableware through the nozzle 21 with a certain pressure to wash away the food residue and oil stain on the surface of the tableware. If the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning pool 10 is lower than the preset liquid level, the water supply assembly 30 stops working, and a signal is fed back to the control system to check whether the water supply assembly 30 is draining normally or changing water, and if not, whether the water supply assembly 30 leaks is searched. When the pipeline is blocked, the pressure in the pipeline is increased, and when the actual pressure exceeds the preset pressure, an overflow valve 80 arranged on the turbulent flow pipe 20 is started to keep the pressure of the turbulent flow pipe 20 within the preset pressure, so that the safe operation of the pipeline and the water pump is ensured; the activation of overflow valve 80 will send a signal back to the control system which will control water supply assembly 30 to halt operation and check the reason for the activation of overflow valve 80.

The beneficial effect of this application does: the residue stripped from the tableware can be separated from the tableware in the process of ultrasonic cleaning, and manual cleaning is not needed; the device can be used in cooperation with an intelligent tableware cleaning system, and can also be independently used in cooperation with an ultrasonic dish washing machine; the liquid level switch 90 can judge the system leakage; when the water pump is in failure or the water pipe is in failure or leaks, the flow switch 34 sends out a signal to send out an alarm, so that the problem of quick positioning is solved.
