Principle of operation

In the invention, when spraying the packing box, the spraying base 1 is placed at a proper position, then an external power supply is connected by using an external lead, a power switch 14 is turned on, the equipment starts to work, a shielding cover 64 is opened, a proper amount of coating is poured into a coating box 61, the quantity of the coating is observed by an observation sheet 63, the observation function is increased, the packing box is placed at the upper end of a supporting roller 5, a PLC13 controls a conveying motor 11 to start to work, the supporting roller 5 is driven to rotate and simultaneously the packing box is driven to move backwards, the packing box is moved to the front of an inverted U-shaped spraying box 71, a signal is transmitted to a PLC13 by a laser sensor 76, the PLC13 controls a spraying pump 62 to start to work, the coating in the coating box 61 is conveyed to the inside of the inverted U-shaped spraying box 71, and then the coating is sprayed on the surface of the packing box by a spraying nozzle connected with a spraying pipe 74, make unnecessary coating drop in the inside of collecting the chamber 83 through fixed orifices 4 at the in-process of spraying, accomplish collection work, prevent to pollute operational environment at the in-process of spraying, seize catch push rod 85 after long-time spraying and pull out collecting box 81, then pour the inside of collecting paint box 61 into with the coating of collection, conveniently collect work in work and prevent to cause the waste, control suction fan subassembly 95 through PLC13 before spraying work and begin work, the gas that has the peculiar smell around the type of falling U spraying case 71 when will spraying inhales the inside of aspiration channel 92, then carry out filtering operation to gas through the aspiration channel 92 and the inside active carbon adsorption layer who sets up of filtration adsorption cap 97, carry out filtration adsorption operation to harmful gas in the gas, prevent polluted air environment when spraying, and then accomplish packing box spraying work.
