S5The preparation method of the two-component waterborne polyurethane coating comprises the following steps: adding deionized water, a dispersing agent and aqueous aluminum paste into a clean container, uniformly stirring at a low speed, and soaking for 2-3 hours to prepare an aqueous aluminum paste soaking solution; adding deionized water and cellulose into another container, and stirring at a medium-low speed for 2-5 minutes; adding a pH regulator, and stirring for 5-10 minutes; adding a wetting agent, a hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, a film forming auxiliary agent, a defoaming agent, an anticorrosive bactericide, a thickening agent, deionized water and a pre-prepared aqueous aluminum paste soaking solution, and uniformly stirring at a medium and low speed to obtain a component E; and (3) mixing the component E and the component F according to the weight ratio of 6-7: 1, preparing the required two-component waterborne polyurethane coating, wherein the using amount of the raw materials of the two-component waterborne polyurethane coating in the step is detailed in a table 4.

Three samples were prepared for each set of examples with reference to the above steps and the specific amounts of each ingredient in tables 1 to 4, and the evaluation of each sample is shown in table 5.
