The transfer printing processing transfers the exquisite pattern on the transfer printing film on the surface of the product through one-step processing (heating and pressurizing) of a thermal transfer printing machine, and the formed ink layer and the surface of the product are dissolved into a whole, so that the product is vivid and beautiful, and the grade of the product is greatly improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a through hole 3 penetrating through the slide column 25 is formed in the slide column 25; a guide rod 31 is rotatably connected to the position, corresponding to the spray pipe 14, on the fixed frame 12, a pull rope 32 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting rod 26, and the other end of the pull rope 32 bypasses the guide rod 31 and then is fixedly connected with a balancing weight 33; an electromagnetic valve is arranged on a pipeline between the water pump 16 and the sliding barrel 24 and is connected with a power supply through a controller; a first travel switch and a second travel switch are respectively arranged at two ends of the sliding chute 23, and the first travel switch and the second travel switch are connected with a power supply through a controller; the first travel switch is matched with the second travel switch to form a switch and a sliding block 22, and the on-off of the electromagnetic valve is controlled, so that the sliding column 25 slides in a reciprocating manner, and the cleaning efficiency of the roller 2 is further improved; when the slide post 25 pushes the slide block 22 to move to the end of the slide groove 23 away from the spray tube 14, the strut 26 triggers a first travel switch, and then the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to close, so that the sliding cylinder 24 stops being filled with high-pressure acid liquor, then under the action of the gravity of the counterweight 33, the counterweight 33 pulls the pull rope 32, thereby driving the sliding column 25 to slide slowly into the sliding cylinder 24, at this time, the acid liquor in the sliding cylinder 24 slowly flows out through the through hole 3, so that the slide column 25 drives the roller 2 to slide towards the direction close to the spray pipe 14 and reset, when the slide block 22 slides to one end of the slide groove 23 close to the spray pipe 14, the slide block 22 triggers a second travel switch, and then open the solenoid valve through the controller for fill into acidizing fluid in the slide cylinder 24 again, and then make running roller 2 constantly reciprocal slip and rotate, further increase the cleaning efficiency on panel 13 surface, increase the hot pickling efficiency of panel 13.

As an embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the box cover 11 gradually increases towards the direction close to the hinged position of the box cover 11 and the box body 1, so that the bottom of the box cover 11 is inclined, the lowest position of the bottom of the box cover 11 is provided with a reflux groove 34, and the reflux groove 34 is used for collecting condensed acid liquid, thereby further increasing the utilization efficiency of the acid liquid; through the inclined box cover 11, after the acid liquor in the box body 1 is evaporated, the liquefied acid liquor meets the box cover 11 with lower temperature, and the liquefied acid liquor continuously flows back to the reflux groove 34 along with the bottom of the inclined box cover 11, so that the recycling efficiency of the acid liquor is increased, the volatilization waste of the acid liquor is further reduced, and the pickling cost is reduced.

As an embodiment of the invention, a water inlet pipe 35 is arranged at the top of the box body 1, and the water inlet pipe 35 is communicated with the acid liquor through a pipeline; a serpentine cooling pipe 36 is arranged in the box cover 11, one end of the cooling pipe 36 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 35, the other end of the cooling pipe 36 is communicated with the box body 1, and the box cover 11 is cooled through the cooling pipe 36, so that the utilization efficiency of the acid liquor is further improved; through cooling tube 36 cooperation inlet tube 35 for the lower acidizing fluid of temperature pours into the box 1 after cooling tube 36 into, with the acidizing fluid consumption in the supplementary box 1, and at this moment, the acidizing fluid of cooling tube 36 of flowing through further increases the cooling effect to case lid 11, and then increases the efficiency that the acidizing fluid condensation was retrieved.

When in use, the plate 13 is directly placed into the box body 1 in the prior art, so that the plate 13 is immersed in the acid liquor in the box body 1 and then the acid liquor is heated, further, the plate 13 is subjected to hot pickling, but when the plate 13 is immersed in the acid solution, the acid solution in the tank 1 flows slowly, so that the concentration of the acid solution near the plate 13 decreases after the acid solution reacts with the plate 13, thereby reducing the acid washing efficiency of the plate 13, pressurizing the acid solution by the water pump 16, filling the high-pressure acid solution into the spray pipe 14 through the pipeline, and finally spraying the acid solution out through the spray hole 15, increasing the flow rate of the acid solution on the surface of the plate 13, the reaction efficiency of the acid solution and the plate 13 is further improved, and meanwhile, the acid solution flowing at a high speed continuously washes the surface of the plate 13, so that the influence of an oxide layer and impurities on the plate 13 on the acid washing speed of the plate 13 is further reduced, and the hot acid washing efficiency of the plate 13 is further improved; high-pressure acid liquor is supplied into a slide cylinder 24 through a water pump 16, so that the acid liquor pushes a slide column 25 to be pushed out, the slide column 25 is matched with a support rod 26 to push a slide block 22 to slide in a sliding groove 23, and then a roller 2 and a rotating shaft 21 are driven to slide in a direction away from a spray pipe 14, because a gear 27 fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 21 is meshed with a rack 28, the rack 28 drives the gear 27 and the rotating shaft 21 to rotate, the roller 2 and bristles are finally driven to rotate, the surface of the plate 13 is quickly scrubbed, an oxide layer and impurities adhered to the surface of the plate 13 are further reduced, the surface of the plate 13 is fully contacted with the acid liquor, and the hot acid scrubbing efficiency of the plate; the rack 28 is arranged above the gear 27, so that when the sliding column 25 drives the sliding block 22 and the roller 2 to slide in a direction away from the spray pipe 14, the rack 28 drives the gear 27 and the roller 2 to rotate anticlockwise, and further, the bristles drive more acid liquor to flow over the surface of the plate 13, so that the reaction efficiency of the plate 13 and the acid liquor is further increased, and the hot pickling efficiency of the plate 13 is increased; when the slide post 25 pushes the slide block 22 to move to the end of the slide groove 23 away from the spray tube 14, the strut 26 triggers a first travel switch, and then the controller controls the electromagnetic valve to close, so that the sliding cylinder 24 stops being filled with high-pressure acid liquor, then under the action of the gravity of the counterweight 33, the counterweight 33 pulls the pull rope 32, thereby driving the sliding column 25 to slide slowly into the sliding cylinder 24, at this time, the acid liquor in the sliding cylinder 24 slowly flows out through the through hole 3, so that the slide column 25 drives the roller 2 to slide towards the direction close to the spray pipe 14 and reset, when the slide block 22 slides to one end of the slide groove 23 close to the spray pipe 14, the slide block 22 triggers a second travel switch, the electromagnetic valve is opened through the controller, so that the acid liquor is refilled into the sliding cylinder 24, the roller 2 is made to slide and rotate continuously in a reciprocating mode, the cleaning efficiency of the surface of the plate 13 is further improved, and the hot pickling efficiency of the plate 13 is improved; through the inclined box cover 11, after the acid liquid in the box body 1 is evaporated, the liquefied acid liquid meets the box cover 11 with lower temperature, and the liquefied acid liquid continuously flows back to the reflux tank 34 along with the bottom of the inclined box cover 11, so that the recycling efficiency of the acid liquid is increased, the volatilization waste of the acid liquid is further reduced, and the pickling cost is reduced; through cooling tube 36 cooperation inlet tube 35 for the lower acidizing fluid of temperature pours into the box 1 after cooling tube 36 into, with the acidizing fluid consumption in the supplementary box 1, and at this moment, the acidizing fluid of cooling tube 36 of flowing through further increases the cooling effect to case lid 11, and then increases the efficiency that the acidizing fluid condensation was retrieved.
