1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:

a first laundry treating module;

a second laundry treating module disposed above the first laundry treating module;

a drainage system including a drainage pump connected between the drainage port of the first laundry treating module and a first end of the first drainage pipe, a first drainage pipe connected with a first end of the second drainage pipe and a drainage port of the second laundry treating module,

wherein, the second end of first drain pipe with the second drain pipe links to each other, and the second end of first drain pipe with the junction of second drain pipe is lower than at least partly of first drain pipe.

2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a connection point of the second end of the first drain pipe and the second drain pipe is spaced from the pipe section of the first drain pipe located at a high position by a distance of 50mm to 300mm in an up-down direction.

3. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the drain system further includes:

the three-way pipe is provided with a first connector, a second connector and a third connector which are mutually communicated, the first connector is communicated with the second end of the first drain pipe, and the second connector is communicated with the second end of the second drain pipe.

4. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 3, wherein the tee is lower than a high positioned section of the first drain pipe.

the horizontal pipe section extends along the horizontal direction, and one end of the horizontal pipe section is in smooth transition connection with the upper end of the vertical pipe section;

and one end of the inclined pipe section is smoothly and transitionally connected with the other end of the horizontal pipe section, the other end of the inclined pipe section forms the second end of the first drainage pipe, and the inclined pipe section gradually extends in the direction away from the horizontal pipe section from top to bottom.

7. The laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the first laundry treatment module is a laundry washing module and the second laundry treatment module is a laundry drying module.

8. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-7, further comprising:

the clothes drying device comprises a supporting frame, wherein an accommodating space is defined in the supporting frame, and the first clothes treating module and the second clothes treating module are arranged in the accommodating space and are connected with the supporting frame.

13. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the reinforcement plate has a through hole, and the second drain pipe is adapted to pass downwardly through the through hole to be connected to the first drain pipe.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of clothes treatment, in particular to a clothes treatment device.

Background

In the existing multi-drum clothes treatment device, such as a multi-drum washing and drying integrated machine, condensed water of a clothes drying module positioned above is drained into a drain pipe of a clothes washing module through a condensed water pipeline, and then flows into a floor drain by means of gravity. Because the height difference between the washing module and the floor drain which are positioned below is limited, the situation that the washing module drains incomplete water exists.

For this reason, the related art washing module employs a drain pump to drain water, and a condensed water pipe is connected to an inlet of the drain pump to drain condensed water of the drying module and washing waste water of the washing module through the drain pump, however, in this manner, water of the drying module is easily introduced into the washing module, thereby contaminating water in the washing module.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. To this end, an object of the present invention is to propose a laundry treatment apparatus which drains water more reliably, avoiding contamination.

A laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first laundry treating module; a second laundry treating module disposed above the first laundry treating module; a drainage system including a drainage pump connected between the drain port of the first laundry treating module and the first end of the first drainage pipe, a first drainage pipe connected to the drain port of the second laundry treating module, and a second drainage pipe connected to the drain port of the second laundry treating module, wherein the second end of the first drainage pipe is connected to the second drainage pipe, and a junction of the second end of the first drainage pipe and the second drainage pipe is lower than at least a portion of the first drainage pipe.

According to the laundry treating apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention, in comparison with the drainage manner directly connected to the drain pump in the related art, the second drain pipe is connected to the first drain pipe, the water generated from the second laundry treating module can be drained from the second drain pipe by gravity, and the water generated from the first laundry treating module can be drained from the first drain pipe by the drain pump; and the junction of the second end of the first drain pipe and the second drain pipe is set to be lower than at least one part of the first drain pipe, so that the gravity of the water in the second drain pipe can be offset with the pressure of the drain pump to the second drain pipe, the water discharged by the first drain pipe is prevented from being pressed into the second clothes treatment module, and the normal work of the clothes treatment device is ensured.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the distance between the joint of the second end of the first drain pipe and the second drain pipe and the pipe section of the first drain pipe located at the high position in the vertical direction is 50mm-300 mm.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the drainage system further comprises: the three-way pipe is provided with a first connector, a second connector and a third connector which are mutually communicated, the first connector is communicated with the second end of the first drain pipe, and the second connector is communicated with the second end of the second drain pipe.

In some embodiments, the tee is lower than the elevated section of the first drain pipe.

In some embodiments, the drainage system further comprises: and one end of the main drainage pipe is communicated with the third interface.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus further includes: the clothes drying device comprises a supporting frame, wherein an accommodating space is defined in the supporting frame, and the first clothes treating module and the second clothes treating module are arranged in the accommodating space and are connected with the supporting frame.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

The laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 44.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first laundry treating module 20, a second laundry treating module 30, and a drain system 40.

The second laundry treating module 30 is disposed above the first laundry treating module 20, and the drain system 40 includes a drain pump (not shown), a first drain pipe 41 and a second drain pipe 42, the first drain pipe 41 and the second drain pipe 42 having first and second ends, respectively, the drain pump being connected between the drain port of the first laundry treating module 20 and the first end of the first drain pipe 41, the first end of the second drain pipe 42 being connected to the drain port of the second laundry treating module 30, the second end of the first drain pipe 41 being connected to the second drain pipe 42, and a junction of the second end of the first drain pipe 41 and the second drain pipe 42 being lower than at least a portion of the first drain pipe 41.

According to the laundry treating apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, in comparison with the drainage manner directly connected to the drainage pump in the related art, by connecting the second drainage pipe 42 to the first drainage pipe 41, the water generated from the second laundry treating module 30 can be drained from the second drainage pipe 42 by gravity, and the water generated from the first laundry treating module 20 can be drained from the first drainage pipe 41 by the drainage pump; and the joint of the second end of the first drain pipe 41 and the second drain pipe 42 is set to be lower than at least a portion of the first drain pipe 41, so that the gravity of the water in the second drain pipe 42 and the pressure of the drain pump to the water are offset, the water discharged from the first drain pipe 41 is prevented from being pressed into the second laundry treating module 30, the water discharged from the first laundry treating module 20 is prevented from polluting the second laundry treating module 30, and the normal operation of the laundry treating apparatus 100 is ensured.

In order to further ensure that the water generated from the second laundry treating module 30 can be completely discharged from the second drain pipe 42, as shown in fig. 5, a distance h between the junction of the second end of the first drain pipe 41 and the second drain pipe 42 and the section of the first drain pipe 41 located at the high position 410 is 50mm to 300mm in the up-down direction. For example, the distance h between the connection point of the second end of the first drain pipe 41 and the second drain pipe 42 and the pipe section of the first drain pipe 41 located at the high position 410 in the up-down direction is 50mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, or the like.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the first drain pipe 41 includes: vertical pipe section 411, horizontal pipe section 412, and sloped pipe section 413. The vertical pipe section 411 extends along the up-down direction, the lower end of the vertical pipe section 411 forms a first end of the first drainage pipe 41, the horizontal pipe section 412 extends along the horizontal direction, one end of the horizontal pipe section 412 is in smooth transition connection with the upper end of the vertical pipe section 411, one end of the inclined pipe section 413 is in smooth transition connection with the other end of the horizontal pipe section 412, the other end of the inclined pipe section 413 forms a second end of the first drainage pipe 41, the inclined pipe section 413 gradually extends along the direction from the top to the bottom towards the direction far away from the horizontal pipe section 412, and the horizontal pipe section 412 forms a pipe section of the first drainage pipe 41 at the high position 410.

That is, the drain pump is provided at the lower portion of the first laundry treating module 10, and the first drain pipe 20 is extended from the lower portion to the upper portion, so as to be conveniently connected to the second drain pipe 42, so that the water discharged from the first drain pipe 41 is discharged together with the water discharged from the second drain pipe 42.

As shown in fig. 6, the drainage system 40 further includes: the tee pipe 43 is provided with a first connector 431, a second connector 432 and a third connector 433 which are communicated with each other, the first connector 431 is communicated with the second end of the first drain pipe 41, and the second connector 432 is communicated with the second end of the second drain pipe 42. Through the three-way pipe 43, the first water discharge pipe 41 and the second water discharge pipe 42 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled, and the structure is simple and easy to realize.

In some embodiments, the tee pipe 43 is lower than the first drain pipe 41 at the high position 410, so that the gravity of the water in the second drain pipe 42 and the pressure of the drain pump on the water are balanced, the water discharged from the first drain pipe 41 is prevented from being pressed into the second laundry treatment module 30, contamination is prevented, and the laundry treatment apparatus 100 can work normally.

In some embodiments, the drainage system 40 further comprises: and a main drain pipe 44, one end of which is communicated with the third interface 433, so that the water discharged from the first drain pipe 41 and the water discharged from the second drain pipe 42 are collected and discharged together through the main drain pipe 44, and finally discharged into a floor drain.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first laundry treatment module 20 is a washing module, washing wastewater generated from the washing module can be discharged through a first drain pipe 41 by a drain pump, the second laundry treatment module 30 is a drying module, and condensed water generated from the drying module can be discharged through a second drain pipe 42 by gravity; by setting the joint of the second end of the first drain pipe 41 and the second drain pipe 42 to be lower than at least a part of the first drain pipe 41, the gravity of the condensed water in the second drain pipe 42 and the pressure of the drain pump to the second drain pipe can be offset, thereby avoiding pressing the washing wastewater discharged from the first drain pipe 41 into the clothes drying module and ensuring that the clothes treatment device 100 can work normally.

As shown in fig. 7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes: a support frame 11, a receiving space defined in the support frame 11, and a first laundry treating module 20 and a second laundry treating module 30 disposed in the receiving space and connected to the support frame 11.

In some embodiments, the support frame 11 comprises: the base 111 and a plurality of vertical beams, vertical beam upwards extends from base 111, and two adjacent vertical beams are connected through connecting crossbeam 117. By adopting the supporting frame 11, the clothes drying module and the clothes washing module can be assembled together to form the clothes processing device 100 with higher integration level, which not only can reduce the occupied space of the clothes processing device 100, but also can be convenient for users to use.

In some embodiments, the second laundry treatment module 30 includes a base 32 and a reinforcement plate 33 disposed below the base 32, the reinforcement plate 33 being connected with the support frame 11 to support the base 32.

Further, the reinforcing plate 33 has a through hole, and the second drain pipe 42 is adapted to pass downward through the through hole, thereby facilitating connection with the first drain pipe 41, making connection of both more convenient.

From this, through installing reinforcing plate 33 at the base 32 of dry clothing unit, not only can improve the structural strength of dry clothing unit, need not to carry out great adjustment to the original structure of dry clothing unit moreover, only need to adorn reinforcing plate 33 in the base 32 of original dry clothing unit in advance, be connected with the part outside the dry clothing unit through the connection structure on reinforcing plate 33, for example can assemble original dry clothing unit to braced frame 11 through reinforcing plate 33 to reduce cost.

As shown in fig. 22 and 26, the connecting structure is a first mounting flange 334 which is provided at the outer periphery of the reinforcing plate 33 and is bent upward, for example, a through hole or a hook may be provided on the first mounting flange 334, so as to facilitate the connection of the reinforcing plate 33 with the parts outside the clothes drying unit through the first mounting flange 334.

In some embodiments, the outer periphery of the reinforcing plate 33 is further provided with a second mounting flange 335 bent upward for connecting to the base 32 of the clothes drying unit, and the second mounting flange 335 is located inside the first mounting flange 334 in the orthographic projection of the plane of the reinforcing plate 33, so as to facilitate the connection with the base 32 of the clothes drying unit through the second mounting flange 335.

As shown in fig. 20 to 28, the reinforcing plate 33 is installed below the base 32 of the laundry treating unit, and a cooling fan installation cavity for installing a cooling fan, a heat pump installation cavity 323 for installing a heat pump system, and a fan installation cavity 322 for installing a fan are provided in the base 32.

Wherein, all be equipped with the gas pocket in the bottom of heat pump installation cavity 323 and fan installation cavity 322, correspondingly, be equipped with the ventilation hole in the corresponding position of reinforcing plate 33, this ventilation hole is link up with the gas pocket, and this is undoubtedly favorable to exporting the heat that these parts produced fast. In particular, in order to reduce the opening of the air intake holes on the front panel and the side panel, in the present embodiment, the position of the reinforcing plate 33 corresponding to the cooling fan installation cavity does not extend to the front panel, so that the reinforcing plate 33 has an avoidance gap 336 between the front panel and the vicinity of the position of the cooling fan installation cavity, and in the present embodiment, a gap (not shown in the figure) is formed between the base 32 and the front panel, so that the cooling fan can suck air from the avoidance gap 336 upwards through the gap between the base 32 and the front panel for cooling the heat pump system during operation.

In this embodiment, the clothes processing unit is a clothes drying unit, the reinforcing plate 33 is arranged below the base of the clothes drying unit to form a clothes drying module, and the clothes drying module sucks external fresh air through the lower part for cooling the heat pump assembly and the like; moreover, the mode of sucking fresh air from the lower part is adopted, so that holes do not need to be formed in the front panel, the side plates and the like, the influence on the strength of the structures is avoided, the structures are simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.

The reinforcing plate 33 has a passage (e.g., a first vent 3311 and a second vent 3321 described below) penetrating in a thickness direction thereof, the passage being adapted to allow air to pass therethrough for introducing external air into the base 32 or exhausting air in the base 32.

The reinforcing plate 33 of this application is installed in the base 32 below of dry clothing unit, not only can improve the structural strength of dry clothing unit, need not to carry out great adjustment to the original structure of dry clothing unit moreover, only needs to adorn reinforcing plate 33 in the base of original dry clothing unit in advance, assembles original dry clothing unit to braced frame through reinforcing plate 33 to reduce cost. In addition, by providing the channel on the reinforcing plate 33, external air may enter the drying unit through the channel, or air inside the drying unit may be discharged to the outside through the channel, thereby improving the working efficiency of the drying unit.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the base 32 includes an air suction area 321 therein, and the reinforcing plate 33 is formed with an escape notch 336 near a position corresponding to the air suction area 321, so that air below the reinforcing plate 33 can be sucked into the base 32 through the escape notch 336; the channel includes an avoidance gap 336 so that, in operation, the cooling fan can draw air up from the avoidance gap 336 for cooling the heat pump system.

In some embodiments, the suction area 321 is formed as a cooling fan mounting area.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the passage further includes a vent hole penetrating in a thickness direction of the reinforcing plate 33, the vent hole communicating with the air hole on the base 32 of the clothes drying unit for introducing the external air into the clothes drying module or exhausting the air inside the clothes drying module.

Wherein the reinforcing plate 33 includes a first plate portion 331 located at the middle and a second plate portion 332 surrounding the first plate portion 331, at least one of the first plate portion 331 and the second plate portion 332 being provided with a ventilation hole. For example, one of the first plate portion 331 and the second plate portion 332 is provided with a vent hole; alternatively, each of the first plate portion 331 and the second plate portion 332 is provided with a ventilation hole, and the specific position of the ventilation hole can be adjusted according to actual needs.

As shown in fig. 22 and 25, in some embodiments, the vent holes include a plurality of first vent holes 3311 and a plurality of second vent holes 3321, the plurality of first vent holes 3311 being spaced apart at the first plate portion 331, and the plurality of second vent holes 3321 being spaced apart at the second plate portion 332. By providing a plurality of ventilation holes on the first plate portion 331 and the second plate portion 332, respectively, the distribution range of the ventilation holes can be increased, thereby improving the ventilation amount of the clothes drying unit and further improving the clothes drying efficiency of the clothes drying unit.

In some examples, a portion of the plurality of first vent holes 3311 forms an elongated hole, and another portion of the plurality of first vent holes 3311 forms a circular hole.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 22, the first plate portion 331 of the reinforcing plate 33 is provided with a plurality of elongated ventilation holes arranged at intervals and a circular ventilation hole arranged at intervals from the elongated ventilation holes, and the peripheral edge of each ventilation hole has a convex ring 3301 protruding upward, which can not only increase the structural strength at the peripheral edge of the ventilation hole, but also optimize the surface at the peripheral edge of the ventilation hole, and prevent the peripheral edge of the ventilation hole from scratching components or users.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, an upper surface of the first plate portion 331 protrudes from an upper surface of the second plate portion 332, and an upper surface of the first plate portion 331 has a reinforcing depressed portion 3313 provided downward. By providing the upper surface of the first plate portion 331 to protrude from the upper surface of the second plate portion 332 and providing the reinforcing recessed portion 3313 recessed downward on the upper surface of the first plate portion 331, the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 33 can be improved, and the supporting strength of the reinforcing plate 33 to the existing clothes drying unit can be improved.

In some embodiments, the plurality of reinforcing recesses 3313 may include a plurality of reinforcing recesses 3313 arranged at intervals along a first predetermined direction, each reinforcing recess 3313 extends along a second predetermined direction, and the first predetermined direction is different from the second predetermined direction, so that the distribution range of the reinforcing recesses 3313 in the first plate portion 331 may be increased, and the structural strength of the first plate portion 331 of the reinforcing plate 33 may be further increased.

In some examples, the first predetermined direction and the second predetermined direction are perpendicular to each other. Specifically, as shown in fig. 25, the reinforcing plate 33 is formed substantially as a square plate member, a first predetermined direction extends in the front-rear direction, a second predetermined direction extends in the left-right direction, a plurality of reinforcing recesses 3313 are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction, and each reinforcing recess 3313 extends in the left-right direction.

In some embodiments, the upper surface of the second plate portion 332 has a reinforcing protrusion 3323 protruding upward. By providing the reinforcing protrusion 3323 protruding upward on the upper surface of the second plate portion 332, the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 33 can be improved, and the strength of the reinforcing plate 33 supporting the original clothes drying unit can be improved.

In some examples, the reinforcing protrusions 3323 include a plurality of reinforcing protrusions 3323 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first plate portion 331, which may improve the distribution range of the reinforcing recesses 3313 on the second plate portion 332, further improving the structural strength of the second plate portion 332 of the reinforcing plate 33.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing plate 33 has a fixing flange 333 bent upward at an outer periphery thereof, and the fixing flange 333 has a fixing hole 3331 for installing a connector. For example, the fixing flange 333 may be fixed to the base 32 of the clothes drying unit by a connector.

In some embodiments, the fixing flange 333 has a through hole 3332 extending through the thickness direction thereof, the reinforcing plate 33 has a mounting boss 3324 at a position adjacent to the through hole 3332, and the mounting boss 3324 has a mounting hole 3325 at the top thereof.

Further, the support frame 11 may be provided with an inwardly extending insertion part (not shown) extending from the insertion hole 3332 to above the mounting boss 3324, so that the insertion part is fixed on the mounting boss 3324 to connect the support frame 11 with the reinforcing plate 33.

An embodiment of a laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 44.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a cabinet 10, a door assembly 15, a first laundry treating module 20, and a second laundry treating module 30.

The cabinet 10 serves as a frame structure of the laundry processing apparatus 100, the cabinet 10 includes a support frame 11, the support frame 11 includes a square base 111, a plurality of connecting beams 117, a top connecting frame 118, and four vertical beams, i.e., a first vertical beam 115, a second vertical beam 114, a third vertical beam 112, and a fourth vertical beam 113, the four vertical beams extend upward from four corners of the square base 111, the first vertical beam 115 and the second vertical beam 114 are disposed at two corners of the square base 111 at the rear, and the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are disposed at two corners of the square base 111 at the front.

The square base 111 comprises a bottom plate 1111 and four side wall plates 1112 arranged on the side of the base 32 in a surrounding manner, the lower ends of two adjacent vertical beams are connected through the side wall plates 1112, the middle parts of two adjacent vertical beams are connected through a connecting cross beam 117, and the upper end of each vertical beam is connected with four corners of the top connecting frame 118.

The top connecting frame 118, the plurality of connecting cross members 117, and the lower portions of the four vertical beams define therebetween a first accommodating space 1101 in which the first laundry treatment module 20 is fitted, and the top connecting frame 118, the plurality of connecting cross members 117, and the upper portions of the four vertical beams define therebetween a second accommodating space 1102 in which the second laundry treatment module 30 is fitted.

As shown in fig. 7 to 11, in some alternative examples, the first vertical beam 115 includes two short vertical beams, that is, a first lower vertical beam 1151 extending upward from the square base 111 and a first upper vertical beam 1152 extending upward from the first lower vertical beam 1151, wherein the first upper vertical beam 1152 and a cross beam of the top connecting frame 118 extending in the front-rear direction and located on the right side are integrally formed by a bending process using the same plate material, that is, in this embodiment, the first upper vertical beam 1152 and a part of the top connecting frame 118 are integrally formed, and are connected without using a connecting structure, while the lower end of the first upper vertical beam 1152 is detachably connected to the upper end of the first lower vertical beam 1151 and is connected to the connecting cross beam 117, and the second vertical beam 114, the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are long vertical beams.

Before the second clothes treatment module 30 is assembled, the first lower vertical beam 1151, the second vertical beam 114, the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are assembled through the square base 111 and the plurality of connecting cross beams 117, so that a larger mounting space without shielding is defined at the upper parts of the second vertical beam 114, the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113, the second clothes treatment module 30 is convenient to assemble, and the first upper vertical beam 1152 connected with the top connecting frame 118 is connected with the first lower vertical beam 1151 after the second clothes treatment module is assembled.

As shown in fig. 12 to 14, in other alternative examples, the first vertical beam 115 and the second vertical beam 114 respectively include two short vertical beams, that is, the first vertical beam 115 includes a first lower vertical beam 1151 extending upward from the square base 111 and a first upper vertical beam 1152 extending upward from the first lower vertical beam 1151, and the second vertical beam 114 includes a second lower vertical beam 1141 extending upward from the square base 111 and a second upper vertical beam 1142 extending upward from the second lower vertical beam 1141.

Wherein, one cross beam of the top connecting frame 118 extending along the front-back direction and located at the right side and the first upper vertical beam 1152 are integrally formed by the same plate material through the bending forming process, one cross beam of the top connecting frame 118 extending along the front-back direction and located at the left side and the second upper vertical beam 1142 are integrally formed by the same plate material through the bending forming process, that is, in this embodiment, the first upper vertical beam 1152 is integrally formed with a portion of the top link 118, the second upper vertical beam 1142 is integrally formed with another portion of the top link 118, and the two are not connected by a connecting structure, the lower end of the first upper vertical beam 1152 is detachably connected to the upper end of the first lower vertical beam 1151 and is connected to the connecting cross beam 117, the lower end of the second upper vertical beam 1142 is detachably connected to the upper end of the second lower vertical beam 1141 and is connected to the connecting cross beam 117, and the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are both long vertical beams.

Before the second laundry treatment module 30 is assembled, the first lower vertical beam 1151, the second lower vertical beam 1141, the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are assembled through the square base 111 and the plurality of connecting cross beams 117, then the second laundry treatment module 30 is assembled with the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 and the connecting cross beams 117, and finally the first upper vertical beam 1152 and the second upper vertical beam 1142 connected with the top connection frame 118 are connected with the first lower vertical beam 1151 and the second lower vertical beam 1141, respectively.

The connection mode of the upper vertical beam and the lower vertical beam is explained below by taking the second upper vertical beam 1142 and the second lower vertical beam 1141 as an example. As shown in fig. 13 and 15, the lower end of the second upper vertical beam 1142 is provided with a vertical beam connecting piece 11421 extending downward, the vertical beam connecting piece 11421 of the second upper vertical beam 1142 is bent outward first and then extends downward relative to the second upper vertical beam 1142, so that at least a part of the outer side of the upper end of the second lower vertical beam 1141 is covered by the vertical beam connecting piece 11421, and the vertical beam connecting piece 11421 of the second upper vertical beam 1142 is connected with the upper end of the second lower vertical beam 1141 through a fastener, which is convenient for connection and ensures the connection reliability and stability of the two.

The connection mode between the vertical beams and the connecting cross member 117 will be described below by taking the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 as an example. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the middle portions of the front side surfaces of the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are respectively provided with a first concave accommodating recess 1131, the bottom wall of each first accommodating recess 1131 is provided with a clamping hole 11311, both ends of the connecting cross beam 117 are respectively provided with a downwardly bent clamping tongue 1171, both ends of the connecting cross beam 117 are respectively arranged in the first accommodating recesses 1131 on the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113, and the clamping tongues 1171 are downwards inserted into the clamping holes 11311, so that the connecting cross beam 117 is mounted on the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113.

The connection method between the vertical beam and the top connection frame 118 will be described below by taking the fourth vertical beam 113 as an example. As shown in fig. 7, 9 and 10, the upper end of the fourth vertical beam 113 has a first connecting piece 1133 and a second connecting piece 1134 arranged at 90 degrees, the first connecting piece 1133 is provided with a notch 11331 and a first through hole 11332, the second connecting piece 1134 is provided with a second through hole 11341, one corner of the top connecting frame 118 corresponding to the fourth vertical beam 113 is provided with a first connecting flange 1182 and a second connecting flange 1183 extending downward, the first connecting flange 1182 and the second connecting flange 1183 are arranged at an interval, the first connecting flange 1182 is provided with an outward bent inserting piece 11821 and a first through hole 11822, and the second connecting flange 1183 is provided with a second through hole 11831.

During assembly, the first connecting piece 1133 is arranged on the outer side of the first connecting flange 1182, the second connecting piece 1134 is inserted from the gap between the first connecting flange 1182 and the second connecting flange 1183, then the inserting piece 11821 is matched with the notch 11331, the first connecting piece 1133 and the first connecting flange 1182 are connected through the fastener penetrating through the first through hole 11332 and the first through hole 11822, and the second connecting piece 1134 and the second connecting flange 1183 are connected through the fastener penetrating through the second through hole 11341 and the second through hole 11831, so that the connection reliability and stability of the top connecting frame 118 and the fourth vertical beam 113 are ensured.

As shown in fig. 34 to 44, the frame structure further comprises a plurality of panels, namely a front panel 12, two side panels 13, a back panel and a top panel 14. The front panel 12 is covered on the front area of the supporting frame 11, and the front panel 12 has two openings 1201 arranged at intervals in the up-down direction, the positions of the two openings 1201 correspond to the positions of the laundry taking and placing openings 311 of the first laundry treating module 20 and the second laundry treating module 30, the rear panel is covered on the rear area of the supporting frame 11, and the two side panels 13 are covered on the left area and the right area of the supporting frame 11.

The connection mode of the front panel 12, the side panel 13 on the left side and the support frame 11 will be described in detail, wherein the third vertical beam 112 is disposed at one corner of the square base 111 located at the front left portion, the front side surface of the third vertical beam 112 is provided with a frame connection hole 1104, a frame connection hole 1106 and a frame through hole 1105, the left side of the front panel 12 is provided with a panel mounting portion 121 recessed relative to the outer surface of the front panel 12, the panel mounting portion 121 is provided with a panel connection hole 1211 corresponding to the frame connection hole 1104, a panel connection hole 1213 corresponding to the frame connection hole 1106 and a panel through hole 1212 corresponding to the frame through hole 1105, the front side of the side panel 13 on the left side is provided with a panel covering portion 131 bent toward the front panel 12, and the inner side of the panel 131.

The panel mounting portion 121 is connected to the third vertical beam 112 by a panel connector 122 inserted through the panel connection hole 1211 and the frame connection hole 1104. The panel connecting member 122 includes a panel connecting portion 1221, a positioning column 1223 and a connecting column 1222, the panel connecting portion 1221 is provided with a connecting projection 1224 to define a recess 1225 recessed downward, and the connecting column 1222 includes two spaced-apart legs 12221.

During assembly, the panel mounting portion 121 of the front panel 12 may be fixed to the third vertical beam 112 by screws, then the two legs 12221 of the panel connecting member 122 are pressed, the connecting post 1222 sequentially passes through the panel connecting hole 1211 and the frame connecting hole 1104, then the two legs 12221 are loosened to achieve an anti-dropping effect, the positioning post 1223 is inserted into the frame positioning hole 1106 and the panel positioning hole 1213, and the fastening member is inserted into the connecting through hole 12211, the panel through hole 1212 and the frame through hole 1105, so as to further ensure the connection reliability of the panel connecting member 122 with the panel mounting portion 121 and the third vertical beam 112; finally, the side panel 13 is installed, the panel cover 131 of the side panel 13 covers the panel installation part 121 of the front panel 12, and then the side panel 13 is pushed downwards, or the upper edge of the card slot 1311 on the panel cover 131 is clamped into the groove 1225 of the panel connecting piece 122 by using the gravity action of the side panel 13, so that the panel cover 131 of the side panel 13 shields the panel installation part 121 of the front panel 12 and the screw and the panel connecting piece 122 on the panel installation part 121, and the appearance of the frame structure is not affected.

As shown in fig. 11 and 35, the front surface of the connecting cross member 117 between the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 is provided with a first hinge mount 1172, the front surface of the side gusset 1112 between the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 is provided with a second hinge mount 1113, and the upper surface of the top connecting frame 118 is provided with a second hinge mount 1184. The front panel 12 has a mounting recess 1202 in the middle, a mounting hole 3325 corresponding to the position of the through hole of the first hinge mounting seat 1172 in the bottom wall of the mounting recess 1202, and a mounting recess 1202 in the lower part of the front panel 12, and a mounting hole 3325 corresponding to the position of the through hole of the second hinge mounting seat 1113(1184) in the bottom wall of the mounting recess 1202.

As shown in fig. 15 to 19, the door assembly 15 of the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a first door 151 and a second door 152, the first door 151 is located below the second door 152, an upper end of the first door 151 and a lower end of the second door 152 are respectively connected to the support frame 11 through an intermediate hinge 153, specifically, the intermediate hinge 153 includes an intermediate mounting portion 1531 and an intermediate connecting portion 1532, the intermediate mounting portion 1531 is disposed in the mounting recess 1202 and is connected to the first hinge mounting seat 1172 through a fastening member so as to be fixed to a front portion of the mounting support frame 11, the intermediate connecting portion 1532 is connected to the intermediate mounting portion 1531, an upper surface of the intermediate connecting portion 1532 has an upper fixing shaft 1533 extending upward, the upper fixing shaft 1533 is engaged with the second door 152, a lower surface of the intermediate connecting portion 1532 has a lower fixing shaft 1534 extending downward, and the lower fixing shaft 1534 is engaged with the first door 151.

The lower extreme of the first door body 151 is connected at the lower extreme of the support frame 11 through the first end hinge 154, the first end hinge 154 includes a first end mounting portion 1541 and a first end connecting portion 1542, the first end mounting portion 1541 is arranged in the mounting recess 1202 and is connected with the second hinge mounting base 1113 through a fastener, thereby fixing the lower part of the support frame 11, the first end connecting portion 1542 is connected with the first end mounting portion 1541, the first end connecting portion 1542 has a lower connecting shaft 1543 extending upward, the lower connecting shaft 1543 is matched with the lower end face of the first door body 151.

The upper end of the second door body 152 is connected to the upper end of the support frame 11 through a second end hinge 155, the second end hinge 155 includes a second end mounting portion 1551 and a second end connecting portion 1552, the second end mounting portion 1551 is connected to a second hinge mounting seat 1184 on the upper surface of the top connecting frame 118 through a fastener, and is fixed to the upper portion of the support frame 11, the second end connecting portion 1552 is connected to the second end mounting portion 1551, the second end connecting portion 1552 has an upper connecting shaft 1553 extending downward, and the upper connecting shaft 1553 is matched with the upper end surface of the second door body 152.

As shown in fig. 15, an inward side of the second door body 152 is provided with an installation opening 1521, the control panel 1523 is installed in the installation cavity 1520 of the second door body 152 through the installation opening 1521, and the cover plate 1522 is adapted to detachably close the installation opening 1521, so as to close the control panel 1523 in the installation cavity 1520 of the second door body 152.

The first laundry treating module 20 includes a first laundry treating drum 21, the first laundry treating module 20 may be a laundry treating module and is installed in the first receiving space 1101 located below, the second laundry treating module 30 includes a second laundry treating drum 31, and the second laundry treating module 30 may be a laundry drying module and is installed in the second receiving space 1102 located above. The control panel that is equipped with in the dry clothing module and controls panel 1523 communication, the operational environment moisture of dry clothing module is less relatively, can not cause the damage to the control panel.

As shown in fig. 20 to 28, the drying module includes a drying unit and a reinforcing plate 33 provided under a base 32 of the drying unit, and the drying module is connected to the support frame 11 by the reinforcing plate 33 pre-installed on the drying unit.

The reinforcing plate 33 is formed substantially as a square plate and includes a first plate portion 331 and a second plate portion 332 provided recessed with respect to the first plate portion 331 and surrounding the first plate portion 331, a front portion of the second plate portion 332 forming an extended portion beyond an outer peripheral edge of the base 32, a plurality of second ventilation holes 3321 provided in the extended portion, a plurality of reinforcing recessed portions 3313 provided in the first plate portion 331 and arranged at intervals in a front-rear direction, each of the reinforcing recessed portions 3313 extending in a left-right direction, a plurality of reinforcing convex portions 3323 provided in the second plate portion 332 and arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the first plate portion 331, an outer peripheral edge of the reinforcing plate 33 further provided with a fixing flange 333 bent upward, the fixing flange 333 being provided with a fixing hole 3331, the fixing flange 333 further having a through hole 3332 penetrating in a thickness direction thereof, a mounting boss 3324 provided at a position of the reinforcing plate 33 adjacent to the through hole 3332, a top portion of the mounting boss 3324 being provided with a mounting hole 3325, for example, to connect with the mounting boss 3324.

When the clothes drying module works, a part of air positioned in the clothes washing module flows upwards from the avoiding notch 336 through a gap between the air suction area 321 and the front panel 12 under the action of the cooling fan and finally flows into the air suction area 321 for cooling the heat pump system, and the air between the clothes drying module and the clothes washing module can also realize circulation through the second air vents 3321.

As shown in fig. 29 to 33, the clothes drying unit includes a drying drum and support structures 312 provided at the front and rear ends of the drying drum, wherein the support structure 312 at the front end of the drying drum is connected to the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 by two frame connectors 313.

The frame connector 313 includes a connecting body 3134 and two connecting arms 3135, the connecting body 3134 extends along a length direction of the third vertical beam 112 or the fourth vertical beam 113, the two connecting arms 3135 are connected to both ends of the connecting body 3134 and extend toward the support structure 312, and the connecting arm 3135 is recessed toward the second receiving space 1102 with respect to the connecting body 3134. Each connecting arm 3135 has a first connecting hole 3131, and the connecting body 3134 has a first fixing protrusion 3132 and a second fixing protrusion 3133 bent toward the third vertical beam 112 or the fourth vertical beam 113.

The support structure 312 has a second coupling hole 3121 corresponding to the position of the first coupling hole 3131, and the frame connection member 313 is coupled to the support structure 312 by a fastener inserted through the first coupling hole 3131 and the second coupling hole 3121.

A front side surface of each of the third vertical beam 112 and the fourth vertical beam 113 is provided with a concave second receiving recess 1132, a bottom wall of the second receiving recess 1132 on the third vertical beam 112 is provided with a first fixing penetration 11321, a bottom wall of the second receiving recess 1132 on the fourth vertical beam 113 is provided with a first fixing penetration 11321, the frame connector 313 is provided in the second receiving recess 1132, a first fixing protrusion 3132 of the frame connector 313 provided on the third vertical beam 112 is fitted into the first fixing penetration 11321 and a second fixing protrusion 3133 is fitted into the second fixing penetration 11322, thereby achieving connection of the third vertical beam 112 and the frame connector 313, a first fixing protrusion 3132 of the frame connector 313 provided on the fourth vertical beam 113 is fitted into the first fixing penetration 11321 and a second fixing protrusion 3133 is fitted into the second fixing penetration 11322, thereby achieving connection of the fourth vertical beam 113 and the frame connector 313.
