(24) adding a certain amount of thickening agent and preservative into the system in the step (23), and continuously shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing and shearing machine under the condition of 2000-2500 r/min; slowly dripping a certain amount of defoaming agent in the stirring process;

(25) cooling the system to 0-5 ℃, preserving heat, and circularly wet-grinding the system by using a sand mill until the particle fineness is 1-5 mu m;

(26) adding one third of the amount of the cyhalothrin raw pesticide into the system in the step (25), and shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing shearing machine under the condition of 2000-2500 r/min; then, circularly wet-grinding the mixture by using a sand mill until the particle fineness is 1 to 5 mu m;

(27) adding the residual cyhalothrin raw pesticide with the amount of one third of the formula amount into the system in the step (26), and operating according to the method in the step (26), and crushing the material to the particle size of 1-5 mu m; the temperature in the whole sanding process needs to be controlled to be 0-5 ℃; and adding a certain amount of defoaming agent in the sanding process to perform defoaming treatment, obtaining the cyhalothrin suspension insecticide after sanding is finished, detecting the cyhalothrin suspension insecticide, and packaging after quality is qualified.

Background

Cyhalothrin, chemical name: 1- (4-chlorophenoxy) -1- (1H-1,2, 4-triazole-1-yl) -3, 3-dimethyl-butan-2-ol, cyhalothrin is a low toxicity broad spectrum pesticide. The bactericidal composition is used for preventing and treating diseases such as rust disease, powdery mildew, sheath blight and the like of wheat, rice and has an obvious yield increasing effect. Can also be used as a cereal seed treating agent and for preventing and treating cereal head smut.

Cyhalothrin is mainly oriented to the market as wettable powder and missible oil in China. The wettable powder is easy to generate dust pollution during processing and use, and the suspension rate of the wettable powder is lower than that of a suspending agent, so that the product is easy to generate phytotoxicity; the production of the missible oil uses a large amount of organic solvent, which wastes resources and pollutes the environment after being used. Therefore, with the enhancement of the environmental awareness of people and the development requirement of modern agriculture, the significance of developing a safe and novel pesticide formulation is very important. In addition, the existing plant bactericidal drugs in the market have great harm to plants after being used, often cause the poor production of the plants, influence the quality and the yield of crops, have great toxicity, and have great harm to drug applicators, particularly skin injury. The invention also provides a preparation method of the cyhalothrin suspension insecticide, which comprises the following steps:

(21) weighing water, a regulator and an antifreezing agent according to a formula, and stirring and mixing at 38-43 ℃ to form a uniform mixed solution;

(22) adding a dispersing agent into the system in the step (21), adjusting the temperature to 42-45 ℃, slowly adding a one-third formula amount of cyhalothrin raw pesticide through a negative pressure system, and stirring while keeping the temperature until the mixture is uniformly mixed;

(23) adding a certain amount of wetting agent and defoaming agent into the system in the step (22), and shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing and shearing machine under the condition of 1500-3000 r/min;

(24) adding a certain amount of thickening agent and preservative into the system in the step (23), and continuously shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing and shearing machine under the condition of 2000-2500 r/min; slowly dripping a certain amount of defoaming agent in the stirring process;

(25) cooling the system to 0-5 ℃, preserving heat, and circularly wet-grinding the system by using a sand mill until the particle fineness is 1-5 mu m;

(26) adding one third of the amount of the cyhalothrin raw pesticide into the system in the step (25), and shearing, dispersing and mixing by adopting a dispersing shearing machine under the condition of 2000-2500 r/min; then, circularly wet-grinding the mixture by using a sand mill until the particle fineness is 1 to 5 mu m;

(27) adding the residual cyhalothrin raw pesticide with the amount of one third of the formula amount into the system in the step (26), and operating according to the method in the step (26), and crushing the material to the particle size of 1-5 mu m; the temperature in the whole sanding process needs to be controlled to be 0-5 ℃; and adding a certain amount of defoaming agent in the sanding process to perform defoaming treatment, obtaining the cyhalothrin suspension insecticide after sanding is finished, detecting the cyhalothrin suspension insecticide, and packaging after quality is qualified.

Has the advantages that: (1) the suspension medicament provided by the invention has the advantages of being capable of being uniformly mixed and dispersed with water in any proportion, good in fluidity, convenient to use, not easy to pollute the environment and capable of being diluted and sprayed, and has the effects of regulating the activity of crops and improving the pesticide effect, and is not influenced by water quality and water temperature; (2) the special dispersing agent is added, so that the suspension dispersing effect is greatly improved; (3) the suspending agent provided by the invention is processed by a wet method, does not generate dust, replaces an organic solvent with water, meets the requirement of environmental protection, has a finer product granularity than wettable powder, has uniform dispersion of effective ingredients, high suspension rate and higher drug effect than the wettable powder, is an ideal environment-friendly new formulation at present, and has small skin irritation to a drug applicator; (4) through the proportion adjustment of the components, the suspending agent has good sterilization effect, can properly adjust the growth of plants, and greatly reduces the damage to crops.
