an air pipe of the second electric motor (6) is connected with the second air outlet (423) to form a passage, and a water pipe of the second electric motor (6) is connected with the second water outlet (424) to form a passage.

Background

The dental medical instruments refer to various small tools used in dentistry, and are internationally called dental instruments, and include surgical instruments such as dental handpieces, dental forceps, dental elevator, dental excavator, etc., manual dental instruments, dental electric motors, root canal instruments, etc. The electric motor mainly comprises an electric motor, a machine head, a grinding head or a machine needle, a water supply system, an air supply system and a lighting system. The electric motor drives the grinding head or the needle to drill, mill, grind, polish, treat root canal and the like.

At present, the electric motor for the dental medical instrument has single function, can only realize the work of a single motor, and can not adapt to the complex work requirement.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a new electric motor control device for dental instruments to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an electric motor control device for a dental instrument, which can realize simultaneous work of a single motor or a plurality of motors and can realize a water-gas switch and a light source switch of the work motor.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides an electric motor control device for a dental instrument, comprising:

the control unit comprises a control interface and a control circuit board, wherein the control interface and the control circuit board are connected through a signal transmission line and transmit signals;

the motion unit comprises a first electric motor and a second electric motor;

the water-gas switch unit comprises a water-gas branch joint, a first tee joint, a second tee joint and a water-gas switch device.

Preferably, the input voltage of the control circuit board is AC 24V or DC 32V-DC 36V;

the control circuit board is electrically connected with an external accessory electric control pedal;

the control circuit board is provided with an air pressure sensor and is connected with an external accessory air control pedal through an air pipe;

the control circuit board is provided with a relay to switch whether the first electric motor works or the second electric motor works, or the first electric motor and the second electric motor work simultaneously.

Preferably, the first electric motor and the second electric motor are electrically connected to the control circuit board respectively; the first electric motor and the second electric motor are connected with the water-gas switching device through a water-gas pipe.

Preferably, the water and gas switching device is provided with a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a third electromagnetic valve and a fourth electromagnetic valve, and the switching of the water and gas is realized through the switching of the electromagnetic valves;

the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve, the third electromagnetic valve and the fourth electromagnetic valve are respectively and electrically connected with the control circuit board.

Preferably, the water and gas switching device is provided with a first water inlet, a first water outlet, a second water inlet, a second water outlet, a first gas inlet, a first gas outlet, a second gas inlet and a second gas outlet.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an electric motor control device for dental instruments includes:

the control unit comprises a control interface 8 and a control circuit board 7 connected with the control interface 8 through a signal transmission line;

a movement unit comprising a first electric motor 5 and a second electric motor 6;

the water-gas switch unit comprises a water-gas branch joint 1, a first tee joint 2, a second tee joint 3 and a water-gas switching device 4.

In this embodiment, a control circuit board 7 in the control unit is electrically connected to a first electric motor 5 and a second electric motor 6 in the motion unit, the first electric motor 5 and the second electric motor 6 in the motion unit are respectively connected to a first water outlet 421, a first air outlet 422, a second air outlet 423, and a second water outlet 424 in the water gas switch unit through water gas pipes, the control circuit board 7 in the control unit is respectively electrically connected to a first electromagnetic valve 41, a second electromagnetic valve 42, a third electromagnetic valve 43, and a fourth electromagnetic valve 44 in the water gas switch unit, and the control unit, the motion unit, and the water gas switch unit are connected to form the electric motor control device for the whole dental instrument.

In the water-air switch unit of this embodiment, the principle of switching water is that an external water source enters through a water inlet pipe of the water-air branch joint 1 and is transmitted to the water pipe joint 11, and is transmitted to the first tee joint 2 through a water pipe, and is respectively transmitted to the first water inlet 411 and the second water inlet 414 through the split flow of the first tee joint 2, and then is respectively transmitted to the first water outlet 421 and the second water outlet 424 through the second electromagnetic valve 42 and the fourth electromagnetic valve 44, and finally is respectively transmitted to the first electric motor 5 and the second electric motor 6 through a water pipe to form the whole water path; the control circuit board 7 controls the switches of the second electromagnetic valve 42 and the fourth electromagnetic valve 44 through the setting parameters of the control interface 8 to control the switches of the whole water paths leading to the first electric motor 5 and the second electric motor 6, and the switches can be simultaneously opened or closed or can be independently opened or closed.

the control circuit board 7 is provided with an air pressure sensor for connecting with an external fitting air control pedal 10, and the electric motor can be started or stopped by the external fitting air control pedal 10.

In summary, the first electric motor 5 or the second electric motor 6 can work independently through the embodiment, and the switch of the water and gas circuit of the first electric motor 5 or the second electric motor 6 can be controlled when the first electric motor 5 or the second electric motor 6 works independently; in this embodiment, the first electric motor 5 and the second electric motor 6 can be operated simultaneously, and the switch for controlling the water and air paths of the first electric motor 5 or the second electric motor 6 can be realized when the first electric motor 5 and the second electric motor 6 are operated simultaneously.
