The invention relates to a cabling structure, in particular to a special cable-former for cables and a cabling method using the same.

Background

The cabling machine is the main equipment for producing power cable, plastic cable and rubber sleeve cable in electric wire and cable plant. After the cables are armored by the cabling machine, the cables need to be rolled into a ring for subsequent storage and transportation, and the rolled cables are heavy, so that the rolled structure needs to be lifted out by a gantry crane or a travelling crane after rolling is finished, while a large gantry crane or travelling crane has high cost and can be installed only under certain conditions; on the other hand, the installation degree of difficulty is great and the use is inconvenient.

Therefore, those skilled in the art have been devoted to developing a special cable-former for cables which can effectively reduce costs and is convenient to install and use, and a cabling method using the same.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a special cable-former for cables, which can effectively reduce the cost and is convenient to install and use, and a cabling method using the cable-former.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a special cable former for cables, which comprises a base, wherein a first positioning seat is arranged on the base, an adjusting plate is arranged on the first positioning seat, a first adjusting seat is arranged at the right end of the adjusting plate, a first fixed block is arranged at the right end of the first adjusting seat, the right end of the first fixed block is rotatably connected with one end of a first rotating rod, the other end of the first rotating rod rotatably penetrates through a second fixed block and is connected with an output shaft of a motor, the motor is connected with the second fixed block through a motor mounting seat, a first gear is sleeved on the first rotating rod and is positioned between the first fixed block and the second fixed block, and the first fixed block is connected with the top end of the second fixed block;

a first seat body and a second seat body are rotatably arranged below the first gear, the right end of the first seat body is rotatably connected with the adjusting plate, the first seat body is connected with the second seat body through a second gear, and the second gear is meshed with the first gear; the base is provided with a sliding seat, the sliding seat can slide along the length direction of the base, the base is provided with an air cylinder mounting seat, the air cylinder mounting seat is provided with a second air cylinder, and a second piston rod on the second air cylinder is connected with the sliding seat;

and a winding unit is detachably arranged between the upper half section of the sliding seat and the second seat body.

Preferably, the left end of the adjusting plate is provided with at least two first cylinders, and a first piston rod on each first cylinder is connected with the bottom end of the top plate at the same time;

s2) driving the first gear, the second gear and the winding rod to rotate in sequence through a motor to wind;

s3), after the winding is finished, placing a trolley to be provided with a winding unit under a winding rod;

s4) starting the second cylinder to pull the sliding seat towards the opposite direction of the positioning column until the second cross-shaped limiting block is separated from the second cross-shaped limiting groove, and meanwhile pushing the trolley towards the direction of the sliding seat until the first cross-shaped limiting block is separated from the first cross-shaped limiting groove.

Preferably, the method further includes, after S4): the locating piece is taken off to not hard up screw, makes first regulation seat upwards stimulate through first cylinder and causes first regulation seat and first gear to adjust seat and second gear separation with the second respectively, takes off second regulation seat, first pedestal, second pedestal and second gear through taking off the locating lever.

Two limiting cavities 53 are formed in the second adjusting seat 35, and the positioning block 51 comprises a connecting part 55, a first attaching part 56 and a second attaching part 57; the positioning block 51 is detachably connected with the limiting plate 39 through a connecting portion 55, the first attaching portion 56 and the second attaching portion 57 are connected with two ends of the connecting portion 55 and perpendicular to the connecting portion 55, and the first attaching portions 56 are respectively inserted into the limiting cavities 53.

The winding unit 20 comprises a winding rod 58, a first cross-shaped limiting block 59 and a limiting column 60 are respectively arranged at two ends of the winding rod 58, the central line of the limiting column 60 is overlapped with the central line of the winding rod 58, and the diameter of the limiting column 60 is larger than that of the winding rod 58;

the terminal surface of spacing post 60 has been seted up the twenty-first shape spacing groove 61, the cover is equipped with two dogs 62 on the winding rod 58, each dog 62 is located respectively between first cross stopper 59 and the spacing post 60, seted up on the second pedestal 13 with the first cross spacing groove 63 that first cross stopper 59 cooperation was used, be provided with on the sliding seat 16 with the twenty-first shape stopper 66 that the cooperation of twenty-first shape spacing groove 61 was used.

A method of using a cable-dedicated cabling machine, comprising the steps of:

s1) the top plate 23 is pulled downwards by the first cylinder 21 to cause the first regulation seat 5 to move downwards until the first gear 11 is meshed with the second gear 15;

s2) driving the first gear 11, the second gear 15 and the winding rod 58 to rotate in sequence through the motor 9 for winding;

s3), after the winding is completed, placing a trolley (not shown in the figure) to be provided with the winding unit 20 right below the winding rod 58;

s4) starting the second cylinder 18 to pull the sliding seat 16 to the opposite direction of the positioning post 38 until the twenty-shaped limiting block 66 is separated from the twenty-shaped limiting groove 61, meanwhile, pushing the trolley to the sliding seat 16 until the first cross-shaped limiting block 59 is separated from the first cross-shaped limiting groove 63, loosening the screw 52 to remove the positioning block 51, pulling the first adjusting seat 5 upwards by the first cylinder 21 to separate the first adjusting seat 5 and the first gear 11 from the second adjusting seat 35 and the second gear 15, respectively, and removing the second adjusting seat 35, the first seat body 12, the second seat body 13 and the second gear 15 by removing the positioning rod 37.
