At present, research and development work of the uninterrupted operation robot enters a product test point stage, but the traditional connecting wire clamp fitting used for overlapping drainage wires for a long time is developed and produced around a mode of manual overlapping, so that the existing traditional connecting wire clamp fitting is not suitable for the uninterrupted operation robot, and therefore the connecting wire clamp fitting which can be matched with a mechanical arm of the robot for use and is suitable for live working of a power distribution network is urgently required to be developed.

In summary, according to the connecting wire clamp fitting and the operation method thereof provided by the embodiment, the wire clamp bolt of the connecting wire clamp fitting can be used in cooperation with the mechanical arm of the live working robot, and the fitting body of the connecting wire clamp fitting can be well fixed with the drainage wire through the lead terminal; after the mechanical arm is moved to place the main conductor into the bayonet of the connecting wire clamp fitting, the connecting wire clamp fitting and the main conductor can be tightly fixed through rotation of the mechanical arm, and then the connecting wire clamp fitting is separated from the mechanical arm to realize lap joint of the main conductor and the drainage wire; in addition, for the lapped main guide wire and the drainage wire, the connection wire clamp fitting can be disconnected from the main guide wire through the rotation of the mechanical arm, so that the disconnection lapping operation of the main guide wire and the drainage wire is completed. The connecting wire clamp fitting and the application of the operating method thereof greatly improve the working efficiency and safety of the live lapping of the main lead and the drainage lead, and further improve the intellectualization and mechanization of the uninterrupted operation.
