The invention has the beneficial effects that: the position between the diaphragm component and the first auxiliary magnetic steel is sealed by the sealing ring, so that water is prevented from leaking into the loudspeaker through the diaphragm component, the diaphragm component is ensured not to leak water, and the performance of the loudspeaker is improved.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.

Fig. 1-5 show an embodiment of the loudspeaker according to the invention. The loudspeaker comprises a basin frame 11, and a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system which are contained in the basin frame 11. The vibration system is fixed to the frame 11 by means of a fixing ring 50.

The vibration system includes a diaphragm assembly, a voice coil 5 and a bobbin 15. The diaphragm assembly comprises a second diaphragm 1, a connecting piece 2 connected with the second diaphragm 1 and a first diaphragm 3 connected with the connecting piece 2. The connecting piece 2 is equivalent to a ball top and is used for sounding, the first sound film 3 is in a hollow shape and is provided with a through hole 40 penetrating through the first sound film, and the first sound film 3 surrounds the first magnetic yoke 10 and is fixedly connected with the first magnetic yoke 10. The second diaphragm 1 includes a central portion 1a, an outer peripheral portion 1b, and a second flange portion 1c connecting the central portion 1a and the outer peripheral portion 1b, and the second flange portion 1c is raised in a direction perpendicular to the central portion 1 a. The central portion 1a is annular. The connecting member 2 includes an outer peripheral end 2a connected to the central portion 1a and an inner peripheral end 2b opposite to the outer peripheral end 2 a; the first diaphragm 3 includes an outer edge end 3a connected to an inner peripheral end 2b of the connector and an inner edge end 3b opposite to the outer edge end 3a, and a first hinge portion 3c connecting the outer edge end 3a and the inner edge end 3 b. The through hole 40 is surrounded by the inner edge end 3 b. The first hinge part 3c of the first diaphragm 3 comprises at least two ridges 3 d.

The frame 11 includes a first side end 11b fixedly connected to the fixing ring 50 and a second side end 11a opposite to the first side end 11 b. The outer peripheral portion 1b of the second diaphragm 1 is fixedly connected to the fixing ring 50, so that the diaphragm assembly is supported by the fixing ring 50.

The magnetic circuit system comprises a first magnetic component, a second magnetic component and a magnetic conduction component positioned between the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component; the second magnetic component comprises a second magnetic yoke 4 fixedly connected with the second side end 11a, a second main magnetic steel 6 fixed on the second magnetic yoke 4 and second auxiliary magnetic steel 8 positioned at two sides of the second main magnetic steel 6 and forming a second magnetic gap 19 with the second main magnetic steel 6; the first magnetic component comprises a first magnetic yoke 10 fixedly connected with the inner edge end 3b of the first sound film 3, a first main magnetic steel 7 fixed on the first magnetic yoke 10 and first auxiliary magnetic steels 9 positioned at two sides of the first main magnetic steel 7 and forming a first magnetic gap 18 with the first main magnetic steel 7; the magnetic conduction assembly comprises a main magnetic sheet 12 positioned between the second main magnetic steel 6 and the first main magnetic steel 7 and an auxiliary magnetic sheet 13 positioned between the first auxiliary magnetic steel 9 and the second auxiliary magnetic steel 8; the second magnetic gap 18 communicates with the first magnetic gap 19; the voice coil 5 is suspended within the second magnetic gap 18 and the first magnetic gap 19.

In this embodiment, the first auxiliary magnetic steels 9 are a pair in number and are semi-annular. The semi-annular first secondary magnetic steel 9 is arranged oppositely and at intervals, and the spaced distance forms a yielding space 30 for the voice coil lead to provide wiring. Furthermore, the number of the second auxiliary magnetic steel 8 and the auxiliary magnetic conductive sheet 13 is a pair, and the two are both semi-annular. The semi-annular second auxiliary magnetic steel 8 and the auxiliary magnetic conducting sheet 13 are opposite and spaced at a certain distance, and the abdicating space extends from the first auxiliary magnetic steel 9 to the second auxiliary magnetic steel 8.

In this embodiment, the bobbin 15 is used to connect the diaphragm assembly and the voice coil to drive the diaphragm assembly to vibrate. The bobbin 15 surrounds the magnetic circuit system, and includes a second connection portion 15a connected to the connection member 2 and a first connection portion 15b connected to the voice coil 5 and distant from the connection member 2. In this embodiment, the first connecting portion 15b extends from the receding space between the first secondary magnetic steels 9 and is fixedly connected to the voice coil 5, as shown in fig. 2. The flexible circuit board 14 is disposed on one side of the framework 15 departing from the diaphragm assembly.

In this embodiment, the inner edge end 3b of the first sound film 3 is provided with a first connecting surface 3e deviating from the first magnetic yoke, the first auxiliary magnetic steel 9 is provided with a fixing surface 9a facing the first magnetic yoke, the first connecting surface 3e and the sealing ring 20 is clamped between the fixing surfaces 9a, one end surface of the sealing ring 20 abuts against the first connecting surface 3e, the other end surface covers the yielding space 30, and the other end surface is connected with the first auxiliary magnetic steel 9. According to the invention, the sealing ring 20 is abutted against the first connecting surface 3e, and the sealing ring 20 is connected with the first connecting surface 3e in a sealing manner, so that water cannot leak at the connecting position of the middle-hole-shaped first sound film and the sealing ring 20, and the waterproof performance of the first sound film is ensured.

The inner edge end 3b of the first diaphragm 3 is further provided with a second connecting surface 3f opposite to the first connecting surface 3e, and the second connecting surface 3f is fixedly connected with the first magnetic yoke 9. The structure ensures that the inner edge end 3b of the first sound film is positioned between the first magnetic yoke 10 and the first auxiliary magnetic steel 9, and the three are fixedly connected.

In this embodiment, the first yoke 10 is shaped like a cover, and includes a bottom wall 10a connected to the first main magnet and a side wall 10b connected to the bottom wall, and an end of the side wall away from the bottom wall is connected to the second connection surface 3 f.

In the present embodiment, the sealing ring 20 is annular, and correspondingly, the first diaphragm is also annular, and the outer contour of each component in the magnetic circuit system is circular. According to the invention, the position between the first sound film 3 and the first auxiliary magnetic steel 9 is sealed by using the sealing ring 20, so that water is prevented from leaking into the loudspeaker through the first sound film, the first sound film is ensured not to leak water, and further, the performance of the loudspeaker is improved.

More preferably, the first auxiliary magnetic steel 9 includes a first end 9d connected to the sealing ring, a second end 9b opposite to the first end, and a side surface 9c connecting the second end 9b and the first end 9d, and an included angle between the side surface 9c and the first end 9b is an acute angle, that is, the side surface 9c of the first auxiliary magnetic steel 9 forms an inclined surface to form an avoiding space for the bulge portion of the first sound diaphragm 3. The first end 9d is provided with said fixing surface 9a, in the embodiment, the first end 9d forms the fixing surface 9a, and the first end is the fixing surface, and the fixing surface is connected with the sealing ring.

Preferably, the speaker further includes a support diaphragm 16 disposed within the frame 11; the support diaphragm 16 includes a free end 16a connected to a side of the flexible circuit board 14 adjacent to the second yoke 4, a fixed end 16b fixedly connected to the frame 11, and a central corrugated portion 16c connected to both the free end 16a and the fixed end 16 b.
