1. An apparatus for generating at least one frequency, comprising:

a body;

a cap coupled to the body; and

a reed coupled to the body, wherein airflow through the body vibrates the reed to produce an audible sound by the device.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the audible sound comprises a single frequency.

3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the audible tone further comprises at least one overtone of the single frequency.

4. The device of claim 3, wherein the mono-frequency is selected from the group comprising 136 hertz (Hz), 396Hz, 417Hz, 432Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, 741Hz, and 852 Hz.

5. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising a ring coupled to the cap, wherein the ring receives a device for carrying the apparatus.

6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the device comprises a chain.

7. The device of claim 4, wherein at least one of the body and the cap comprises a cross-section selected from the group consisting of circular, elliptical, square, and hexagonal.

8. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the gas flow is provided by an exhalation flow of a user.

9. The device of claim 8, wherein the device generates the audible tones only from the exhaled flow of the user.

Technical Field

Aspects of the present disclosure relate generally to meditation and self-healing devices and methods, and more particularly to harmonious devices and methods.

Background

Advances in modern society that make human survival easier, such as public transportation systems, telecommunications, mass production of food and clothing, etc., also bring increased pressure, new viral and other attacks on the human immune system, and other factors that reduce the quality of human life.

Ancient practices such as meditation and singing have been thought to reduce the deleterious effects on modern life. However, many people find it difficult to succeed these techniques for various reasons such as environmental conditions, emotional imbalances, and/or the training requirements of the various techniques are not well understood or the training requirements hinder the ability to achieve meaningful results.

Disclosure of Invention

In aspects of the invention, devices and methods are described that facilitate the harmonization of a person with their body and/or their environment.

This summary is provided to provide a very broad and concise overview of the features and technical advantages of the present disclosure, for a better understanding of the following detailed description. Additional features and advantages of the disclosure will be described hereinafter. It should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that this disclosure may be readily utilized as a basis for modifying or designing other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present disclosure. It should also be realized by those skilled in the art that such equivalent constructions do not depart from the technology of the disclosure as set forth in the appended claims. The novel features which are believed to be characteristic of the disclosure, both as to its organization and method of operation, together with further objects and advantages will be better understood from the following description when considered in connection with the accompanying figures. It is to be expressly understood, however, that each of the figures is provided for the purpose of illustration and description only and is not intended as a definition of the limits of the present disclosure.

Detailed Description

The detailed description set forth below in connection with the appended drawings is intended as a description of various configurations and is not intended to represent the only configurations in which the concepts described herein may be practiced. The detailed description includes specific details for the purpose of providing a thorough understanding of the various concepts. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that these concepts may be practiced without these specific details. In some instances, well-known structures and components are shown in block diagram form in order to avoid obscuring such concepts. As described herein, use of the term "and/OR" is intended to mean "inclusive OR (exclusive OR)", while use of the term "OR" is intended to mean "exclusive OR (exclusive OR)".

SUMMARY

Fig. 1 illustrates an apparatus according to one aspect of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 1, device 100 includes a barrel 102 (also referred to herein as a "body") and a cap 104. The cap 104 may have an optional ring 106, and the optional ring 106 may be used with an optional chain 108.

The barrel 102 may be made of steel, brass, copper, aluminum, wood, tin, ceramic, other materials, and/or the like and/or combinations of materials without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. The barrel 102 may also be coated with another material, such as chromium, aluminum, ceramic, and/or a combination of materials, without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. Barrel 102 may be any length, but often has a length that is easily carried and/or worn by a person. The barrel 102 may also take other shapes, such as square, hexagonal, conical, etc., without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.

The cap 104 may be made of steel, brass, copper, aluminum, wood, tin, ceramic, other materials, and/or the like and/or combinations of materials without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. The cap 104 may also be coated with another material, such as chromium, aluminum, ceramic, and/or a combination of materials, without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. The cap 104 is shown as a bell, but the cap 104 may take other shapes, such as square, hexagonal, tapered, etc., without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. In other words, either or both of the barrel 102 and/or the cap 104 include a cross-section that can be circular, oval, square, hexagonal, etc., and this cross-section can be different for a given device 100. The cap 104 contacts the barrel 102 and may cover at least one end of the barrel 102.

Optional loop 106 and optional chain 108 may be used with device 100 to facilitate carrying device 100. For example, and not by way of limitation, optional loop 106 places device 100 on a necklace-length chain 108 so that device 100 is available to the user at various times given any one day. The chain 108 may be a chain, such as a steel ball chain, a nickel plated chain, a stainless steel chain, a silver chain, a gold chain, a copper chain, a brass chain, a leather rope, a waxed cotton rope, a hemp rope (hemp rope), a wood ball chain, a jewel ore chain including additional devices such as crystals, quartz, jewels, etc., a rosette bead chain (mala bead chain), a glass ball chain, and/or other types of devices for holding the device 100. The chain 108 may also be made of one or more materials, and/or may also be a rope, belt, and/or other length of material without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. Further, the chain 108 may have any length as desired.

Fig. 2 illustrates a perspective view of a cartridge according to one aspect of the present disclosure.

By flowing air and/or other gases in direction 200, barrel 102 may produce a single frequency and/or a single frequency with a single frequency overtone. As the air propagates in direction 200, reed 202, which may be inserted inside barrel 102 in one or more possible ways, oscillates and produces one or more audible tones at outlet 204.

The barrel 102 and reed 202 can be combined in a manner that produces a particular desired sound from the device 100. These frequencies include, but are not limited to: 136 hertz (Hz), 396Hz, 417Hz, 432Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, 741Hz, and/or 852 Hz.

Further, the breathing of the user of the device 100 may provide a flow of air. By coupling the user's breath to the apparatus 100, the user may be more closely harmonized and/or coupled together with the frequencies being produced by the apparatus 100, which may have a more profound effect on the user than if the frequencies were generated externally, such as via a speaker or other external source of sound. Although fig. 2 illustrates a flow of gas in direction 200, which may be generated by a user's exhalation, the flow of gas may be in other directions, e.g., opposite direction 200, in addition to and/or instead of the flow of gas in direction 200. These other airflows may be generated by the user's inhalation. Further, the tones (note) and/or tones produced in direction 200 may be different than the tones (note) and/or tones produced when the airflow is in a direction other than direction 200 without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.

The device 100 is different from other devices such as flute, clarinet, other wind instruments, etc., in that the devices are used to emit various tones and represent various rhythms. The device according to the invention is at least partly designed to represent a single tone (with or without overtones of the tone) in a long, stable manner. Furthermore, a breathing motion without other muscle use (finger movement, tongue-motion cleft performance, etc.) may be used to emit a long, stable single tone, which may help produce the desired effect from the device 100.

Although the present disclosure and its advantages have been described in detail, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the techniques of the disclosure as defined by the appended claims. For example, relative terms such as "above" and "below" may be used with respect to the device. Of course, if the device is inverted, the top becomes the bottom, and vice versa. In addition, if oriented in a lateral direction, above and below may refer to the sides of the device. Moreover, the scope of the present application is not intended to be limited to the particular configurations of the process, machine, manufacture, composition of matter, means, methods and steps described in the specification. As one of ordinary skill in the art will readily appreciate from the disclosure, processes, machines, manufacture, compositions of matter, means, methods, or steps, presently existing or later to be developed that perform substantially the same function or achieve substantially the same result as the corresponding configurations described herein may be utilized according to the present disclosure. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to include within their scope such processes, machines, manufacture, compositions of matter, means, methods, or steps.
