When the upper layer tire is installed, the upper layer tire is also rotated to the tire installing hook 5-3 position through the rotating mechanism, when the tire installing hook 5-3 is used for installing the tire, the tire installing auxiliary wheel 5-4 is pressed on the tire bead at the same time, the tire bead is ensured to be lower than the wheel rim surface, the tire is protected from being damaged, and meanwhile, the upper layer tire installing procedure is executed through the auxiliary arm (as shown in figure 10).
