Background

Rubber is an important industrial raw material, and is called four industrial raw materials with steel, petroleum and coal. The rubber has extremely wide application due to the specific high elasticity and good physical and mechanical properties and electrical insulation performance, and the natural rubber is widely used in food and medical products. The consumption of rubber is therefore high. Commonly used rubbers include natural and synthetic rubbers. The worldwide demand is up to 2000 ten thousand tons at present, wherein 1200 ten thousand tons of synthetic rubber and 800 ten thousand tons of natural rubber are available. But synthetic rubber cannot replace natural rubber. The natural rubber yield of China only accounts for 7 percent of the world, and the demand accounts for more than 22 percent of the world.

Natural rubber is rubber extracted from rubber-containing plants. The latex collected from the rubber tree is a milky white liquid, similar in appearance to milk; it is a product biosynthesized by rubber trees, has very complex components, contains rich non-rubber substances such as protein, saccharides, lipid, inorganic salt, enzyme and the like besides rubber hydrocarbon and water, is easy to decay and solidify quickly under the action of bacteria and enzyme, and thus has influence on the quality and economic benefit of products.

For a long time, in rubber production, in order to prevent the volatile acid value of fresh latex from rising, keep fresh latex from putrefactive and coagulating before processing and keep processing stability, it is a common practice to add ammonia water for preservation after collection. However, ammonia has a strong pungent odor and is corrosive, which seriously affects the working and production environment, harms the health of workers, pollutes the environment, is toxic and carcinogenic, and damages the performance and quality of the natural rubber latex.

With the 'two children' policy released in China, the infant products are growing continuously, and the quality problem is highlighted day by day. The safety, sanitation and health indexes related to the nipple are greatly increased in the countries in the last two years, and compared with the old standard, the new national standard of the nipple modifies the application range: the new standard is suitable for nipples processed by taking liquid rubber as a main raw material, the raw material requirements for nipple production are increased, the physical and chemical indexes are modified and greatly increased, the requirements for infant products are becoming more and more severe, the rubber raw material for the nipples is colorless, odorless, nontoxic, high-temperature resistant, low-temperature resistant, good in fluidity, fast in vulcanization, fast in forming speed, resistant to oxidation, resistant to heat aging, excellent in tear strength and high in transparency, the products meet the environment-friendly requirements such as ROHS and the like, and the food-grade standard requirements are met.

Therefore, researches on novel nontoxic food and medical products and ammonia-free nontoxic natural rubber latex normal-temperature preservative and method for replacing the traditional ammonia-added preservation are urgent.

The invention aims to provide a natural rubber latex normal-temperature preservative which is free of ammonia and non-toxic, overcomes the defect of using ammonia water for preservation, improves the quality of natural rubber and can be applied to various fields.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the natural rubber latex normal-temperature preservative comprises the following components: alkaline electrolyzed water, chitosan, sodium diacetate, nisin, sodium alginate, ethylparaben and sodium sorbate.

4. indexes such as ash content, ammonia content, volatile components, initial plasticity value, plasticity retention rate, Mooney viscosity, smell and the like of the fresh natural rubber latex preserved by using the preservative meet the requirements of related quality indexes;

5. the invention uses strong alkaline electrolyzed water, which not only greatly reduces the cost of raw materials, but also increases the fresh-keeping effect of the fresh-keeping agent, thereby improving the quality of the fresh-keeping agent.
