1. A needle clamp of a sewing machine with a replaceable thread passing plate is characterized by comprising:

a needle clamp body, which is provided with a first groove arranged at one end and a second groove which is arranged at one side of the needle clamp body, which is not opposite to at least one yarn and is communicated with the first groove, wherein the second groove comprises a first section connected with the first groove and a second section connected with the first section and having a width larger than that of the first section;

a wire-passing plate, which is provided with an assembly section arranged in the first groove, a limiting section connected with the assembly section and arranged in the second groove and a wire-passing section which extends from one side of the assembly section which is not connected with the limiting section and forms a plurality of wire-passing holes, wherein the limiting section comprises a neck part arranged corresponding to the first section and a head part arranged in the second section and limited by the first section of the second groove; and

a pressing plate, which is arranged at one side of the needle clamp body provided with the second groove and at least presses the limiting section of the wire passing plate.

2. The needle mount with replaceable thread guide of claim 1, wherein the pressing plate is disposed in the second slot, the second slot having a third section extending from the second section and providing the pressing plate disposed therein.

3. The needle clamp of sewing machine with replaceable thread passing plate as claimed in claim 2, wherein the needle clamp body has a mounting hole provided in the third section of the second groove and providing a pressing plate assembly.

The needle clamp of sewing machine with replaceable thread passing plate as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pressing plate comprises an installation part located in the second groove and a pressing part connected to the installation part and pressing the position-limiting section of the thread passing plate, the pressing part and the installation part being located at different levels.

The needle mount of claim 4, wherein the needle mount body has a plurality of needle mounting holes formed in the first groove, the thread guide plate has at least one needle passing hole corresponding to the needle mounting holes, the needle mounting holes have a first extension thread, and each thread passing hole has a second extension thread crossing the first extension thread.

6. The needle clamp of sewing machine with replaceable thread passing plate as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second groove is tapered, and the head is disposed at the widest position in the second groove.

7. The needle clamp of sewing machine with replaceable thread passing plate as claimed in claim 4, wherein the needle clamp body is made of a first material, and the thread passing plate is made of a second material different from the first material.

A sewing machine needle mount with replaceable thread passing plate as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the needle mount body has a plurality of needle mounting holes formed in the first groove, the thread passing plate has at least one needle passing hole corresponding to the needle mounting holes, the needle mounting holes have a first extension thread, and each thread passing hole has a second extension thread which can be interlaced with the first extension thread.

9. The needle clamp of sewing machine with replaceable thread passing plate as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second groove is tapered, and the head is disposed at the widest position in the second groove.

10. The needle clamp of sewing machine with replaceable thread passing plate of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the needle clamp body is made of a first material, and the thread passing plate is made of a second material different from the first material.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a needle clamp of a sewing machine, in particular to a needle clamp of a sewing machine with a replaceable thread passing plate.

Background

The applicant of the present application has proposed a needle clamp of a sewing machine, as disclosed in taiwan patent publication No. 201725295, which includes a base body made of a first material and a thread passing assembly, wherein the base body has an assembling rod disposed at a top portion and an assembling groove disposed at a side away from the assembling rod. The wire passing assembly is made of a second material, the second material is different from the first material, the hardness of the second material is greater than that of the first material, and the wire passing assembly is provided with an assembling section adhered in the assembling groove, a wire passing section extending from the assembling section towards the direction far away from the seat body and a plurality of wire passing holes arranged in the wire passing section.

However, the thread passing assembly is only applied by adhesion during assembly, when the thread passing assembly is sewn for a long time, the thread passing assembly is easy to fall off abnormally relative to the seat body due to long-time pulling of yarns, and when the thread passing assembly falls off, the residual glue affects the assembly of the other thread passing assembly to be replaced, so that advanced residual glue treatment is required.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to solve the problem that the conventional structure is easy to separate abnormally due to yarn pulling under the condition of long-term sewing.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a needle clamp of a sewing machine with a replaceable thread passing plate, which comprises a needle clamp body, a thread passing plate and a pressing plate. The needle clamp body is provided with a first groove arranged at one end and a second groove which is arranged on one side of the needle clamp body, is not opposite to at least one yarn and is communicated with the first groove, and the second groove comprises a first section connected with the first groove and a second section connected with the first section and having a width larger than the first section. The wire passing plate is provided with an assembly section arranged in the first groove, a limiting section connected with the assembly section and arranged in the second groove and a wire passing section which extends from one side of the assembly section which is not connected with the limiting section and forms a plurality of wire passing holes, wherein the limiting section comprises a neck part arranged corresponding to the first section and a head part arranged in the second section and limited by the first section of the second groove. The pressing plate is arranged on one side of the needle clamp body, which is provided with the second groove, and at least presses the limiting section of the wire passing plate.

In one embodiment, the platen is disposed in the second channel, the second channel having a third section extending from the second section and providing for the platen to be disposed therein.

In one embodiment, the needle clamp body has a mounting hole disposed in the third section of the second slot and providing a pressing plate assembly.

In one embodiment, the pressing plate includes an installation portion located in the second groove and a pressing portion connected to the installation portion and pressing the limiting section of the wire passing plate, and the pressing portion and the installation portion are located on different horizontal planes.

In one embodiment, the needle mount body has a plurality of sewing needle mounting holes formed therein, the thread guide plate has at least one needle passing hole corresponding to the sewing needle mounting holes, the sewing needle mounting holes have a first extension thread, and each thread passing hole has a second extension thread capable of crossing the first extension thread.

In one embodiment, the second slot is tapered, and the head is disposed at the widest point in the second slot.

In one embodiment, the needle clamp body is made of a first material, and the wire passing plate is made of a second material different from the first material.

Through the implementation of the invention, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics: this sewing machine needle clamp uses this second groove to exert the location of first stage to this line board, and the collocation should pass the location that the line board applyed the second stage again to this clamp plate, makes this line board can not drop unusually in the sewing in-process. Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a needle clamp 10 of a sewing machine with replaceable thread passing plate, wherein the needle clamp 10 is provided with a plurality of sewing needles 20 mounted thereon and driven by a needle clamp driving rod 21 to make a reciprocating motion. Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the needle bar 10 of the sewing machine includes a needle bar body 11 assembled with the needle bar driving rod 21, a thread passing plate 13 and a pressing plate 14, the needle bar body 11 having a first groove 111 disposed at one end and a second groove 112 disposed at a side of the needle bar body 11 not facing at least one yarn and communicating with the first groove 111. Further, the first groove 111 is provided on the side of the needle mount body 11 not connected to the needle mount driving lever 21, i.e., the side facing a sewing machine presser foot 22. In one embodiment, the first slot 111 penetrates two opposite sides of the sewing needle 10, and one side of the first slot 111 is the side of the sewing needle 10 facing the yarn (not shown), which defines the front side of the sewing needle 10, and the other side of the first slot 111 is the back side of the sewing needle 10. On the other hand, the second slot 112 of the present invention is disposed on the back of the sewing machine needle 10, and the surface of the second slot 112 is perpendicular to the surface of the first slot 111. The second slot 112 includes a first segment 113 connected to the first slot 111 and a second segment 114 connected to the first segment 113 and having a width greater than that of the first segment 113.

In summary, the wire passing plate 13 has an assembling section 131 disposed in the first groove 111, a limiting section 132 connected to the assembling section 131 and disposed in the second groove 112, and a wire passing section 133 extending from a side of the assembling section 131 not connected to the limiting section 132. The position-limiting section 132 includes a neck 134 corresponding to the first section 113 of the second groove 112, and a head 135 disposed in the second section 114 of the second groove 112 and limited by the first section 113 of the second groove 112. In addition, the thread passing section 133 is formed with a plurality of thread passing holes 136 for the yarn to pass through. In one embodiment, the needle mount body 11 is made of a first material, and the wire-passing plate 13 is made of a second material different from the first material. For example, the first material is metal, and the second material is ceramic. On the other hand, the pressing plate 14 is installed on the side of the needle clamp body 11 where the second slot 112 is located, and the pressing plate 14 at least presses the limiting section 132 of the wire passing plate 13. In one embodiment, the second slot 112 is tapered, and the head 135 is disposed at the widest point within the second slot 112.

Therefore, the threading plate 13, which is not the original structure of the needle clamp body 11, can be limited by the structure of the second groove 112 and the pressing plate 14 during sewing, and will not fall off during sewing. In addition, the present invention makes the wire-passing board 13 easily replaceable by this design.

Referring back to fig. 3 and 5, in one embodiment, the platen 14 is disposed within the second slot 112, and the second slot 112 further has a third segment 115 extending from the second segment 114 and providing the platen 14 therein. It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, the pressing plate 14 is not only disposed in the third section 115 of the second groove 112, but also disposed in the second section 114 of the second groove 112 to press the head 135 in the second section 114. Furthermore, the needle clamp body 11 may further have a mounting hole 116 disposed in the third section 115 of the second slot 112 and providing a pressing plate assembly 15, and the pressing plate assembly 15 may be a screw. In addition, in an embodiment, the pressing plate 14 includes an installation portion 141 located in the second groove 112 and a pressing portion 142 connected to the installation portion 141 and pressing the limiting section 132 of the wire passing plate 13, and the pressing portion 142 and the installation portion 141 are located at different horizontal planes, as illustrated in fig. 3 and 7.

Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment, the needle mount body 11 has a plurality of sewing needle mounting holes 117 formed in the first groove 111, the thread guide plate 13 has at least one needle passing hole 137 corresponding to the sewing needle mounting holes 117, the sewing needle mounting holes 117 have a first extension thread 118, and each thread passing hole 137 has a second extension thread 138 capable of crossing the first extension thread 118.
