3. An improved wool fabric dyeing process according to claim 1, wherein said mercapto polyacid is at least one member selected from the group consisting of 2, 3-dimercaptomalonic acid, mercaptosuccinic acid, 2, 3-dimercaptosuccinic acid.

4. An improved wool fabric dyeing method according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the reducing agent is 7-13% o.w.f., the amount of the mercapto-polybasic acid is 0.2-2% o.w.f., the holding temperature in S1 is 55-70 ℃, and the reaction time is 2-5 h based on the mass of the wool fabric.

5. An improved wool fabric dyeing method according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the aminated gelatin in the aqueous aminated gelatin solution is 1-3 g/L.

6. An improved wool fabric dyeing method according to claim 1, wherein the baking temperature is 125-135 ℃ and the baking time is 1.5-3 min.

An improved dyeing process for wool fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that the acid mordant dye is used in an amount of 1.4-2.2% o.w.f. based on the quality of the wool fabric, and the ratio of the mass of potassium dichromate to the mass of dye in the potassium dichromate solution is (20-30): 100.

The reducing agent can destroy disulfide bonds of the wool scale layer and generate active sulfydryl, the active sulfydryl and sulfydryl polybasic acid generate a shrinkage or sulfydryl reconstruction reaction, and more carboxyl groups are introduced to the surface of the wool fiber, so that the aminated gelatin can form a film on the surface of the fiber conveniently. The isoelectric point of the aminated gelatin is more than 7, so the aminated gelatin has positive charges under the acidic conditions of dyeing and mordant dyeing, and the acting force between the fiber and the dye is increased. The finishing liquor of the aminated gelatin can improve the felting property of wool fabrics.

The reducing agent is selected from sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, mercaptoethanol, etc., which react with disulfide bonds to form equimolar cysteine residues.
