Background

The transfer printing is to print dye pigment on transfer printing paper, transfer printing and heat treatment to transfer the dye in the pattern to the textile and fix the dye to form the pattern. The most widely used transfer printing method is dry transfer of disperse dyes onto synthetic fiber fabrics. The method is that the disperse dye, paste powder, alcohol, benzene and other solvent are first selected and mixed with resin to form ink, and the ink is printed onto tough paper to form transfer paper. When printing, the surface of the transfer paper with patterns is overlapped with the fabric, and the fabric is hot pressed for about 1min at high temperature (220 ℃), so that the disperse dye is sublimated to be changed into gas, and the gas is transferred to the fabric from the paper. After printing, no water washing treatment is needed, so that no sewage is produced, and the effects of bright color, clear gradation and delicate flower shape can be obtained.

However, the existing ecological problem is that a large amount of transfer paper is needed during printing and dyeing, and the transfer paper is difficult to recycle after printing, which causes serious resource waste.

Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve this problem.
