1. An easy-to-maintain butterfly valve, comprising:

the valve body is provided with an inlet, an outlet and a fluid pipeline communicated with the inlet and the outlet, the middle part of the valve body is radially provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is communicated with the fluid pipeline, and two sides of the mounting groove are provided with arc-shaped slideways;

the at least one sliding locking block is matched with the arc-shaped slide way and can slide along the arc-shaped slide way;

the sliding locking block can move to the upper part of the mounting disc along the arc-shaped slide way so as to fix the mounting disc;

the valve rod penetrates through the mounting disc along the radial direction;

the butterfly plate set up in the mounting disc middle part can with the mounting disc inner ring closely laminates in order to block the fluid pipeline, just the butterfly plate with valve rod fixed connection, through rotatory the valve rod can control opening and close of butterfly valve.

2. The butterfly valve easy to maintain according to claim 1, wherein the sliding lock piece has a locking hole, the valve body has a positioning hole, and a locking pin is coaxially inserted into the locking hole and the positioning hole to fix the sliding lock piece.

3. The butterfly valve easy to maintain according to claim 2, wherein sliding blocks are arranged on two sides of the sliding locking block, and the sliding blocks are respectively clamped into the arc-shaped slide ways on two sides of the mounting groove.

4. The butterfly valve of claim 3 wherein the mounting plate has an extension rod, the valve stem being disposed through the extension rod.

The butterfly valve easy to maintain according to claim 4, wherein two sliding locking blocks are arranged in the arc-shaped slideway, and the two sliding locking blocks can be respectively fixed on two sides of the extension rod and abut against the extension rod so as to fix the extension rod.

The butterfly valve of claim 4, wherein a locking disc is fixedly disposed on the top of the extension rod, a locking opening is disposed on the locking disc, and a locking clip is fixedly disposed on the top of the valve rod and is snapped into the locking opening to fix the extension rod and the valve rod.

8. The butterfly valve easy to maintain according to claim 1, wherein an installation opening is formed in one end, located on the arc-shaped slide way, of the valve body, and the sliding locking block can be clamped into or separated from the arc-shaped slide way through the installation opening.

The butterfly valve easy to maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein a connecting hole is formed in the bottom of the valve body, a connecting rod is fixedly arranged on the lower portion of the butterfly plate, the connecting rod is coaxial with the valve rod, and the connecting rod penetrates through the mounting plate and extends into the connecting hole.

The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline valves, in particular to a butterfly valve easy to maintain.

Background

The butterfly valve is an industrial valve with simple structure, can be used for the on-off control of pipeline media, and the butterfly valve opening and closing piece is a disc-shaped butterfly plate and rotates around a valve rod in the valve body, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing. The butterfly plate and the sealing surface are repeatedly extruded to generate sealing when the butterfly valve is opened and closed, so that the material at the sealing position is damaged and leakage is generated; therefore, the butterfly valve needs to be cleaned, maintained or replaced by parts regularly in use; because the butterfly valve in the prior art must be detached from the pipeline when the butterfly plate and the sealing element are cleaned or repaired, a lot of manpower is wasted in a long period of time, and great inconvenience is brought to the use and maintenance of the system where the butterfly plate and the sealing element are located.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a butterfly valve that is easy to maintain and can be easily disassembled for maintenance.

The invention discloses a butterfly valve easy to maintain, which comprises: the valve body is provided with an inlet, an outlet and a fluid pipeline communicated with the inlet and the outlet, the middle part of the valve body is radially provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is communicated with the fluid pipeline, and two sides of the mounting groove are provided with arc-shaped slideways; the at least one sliding locking block is matched with the arc-shaped slide way and can slide along the arc-shaped slide way; the sliding locking block can move to the upper part of the mounting disc along the arc-shaped slide way so as to fix the mounting disc; the valve rod penetrates through the mounting disc along the radial direction; the butterfly plate set up in the mounting disc middle part can with the mounting disc inner ring closely laminates in order to block the fluid pipeline, just the butterfly plate with valve rod fixed connection, through rotatory the valve rod can control opening and close of butterfly valve.

In one embodiment, the sliding lock block is provided with a locking hole, the valve body is provided with a positioning hole, and a lock pin coaxially penetrates through the locking hole and the positioning hole to fix the sliding lock block.

In one embodiment, two sides of the sliding lock block are provided with sliding blocks, and the sliding blocks are respectively clamped in the arc-shaped slide ways on two sides of the mounting groove.

In one embodiment, the mounting plate has an extension rod, and the valve rod is arranged in the extension rod in a penetrating mode.

In one embodiment, two sliding locking blocks are arranged in the arc-shaped slideway, and the two sliding locking blocks can be respectively fixed on two sides of the extension rod and abut against the extension rod so as to fix the extension rod.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the sliding lock block 2 has a lock hole 21, the valve body 1 has a positioning hole 16, and a lock pin is coaxially inserted into the lock hole 21 and the positioning hole 16 to fix the sliding lock block 2.

Preferably, sliding blocks 22 are arranged on two sides of the sliding lock block 2, and the sliding blocks 22 are respectively clamped in the arc-shaped slide ways 15 on two sides of the mounting groove 14.

Preferably, the mounting plate 3 has an extension rod 31, and the valve rod 4 is inserted into the extension rod 31.

Further, a sealing seat 32 is arranged on the inner ring of the mounting disc 3, and the sealing seat 32 can be in sealing fit with the butterfly plate 5.
