Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline valves, and particularly relates to an anti-blocking regulating valve.
Background
The regulating valve is widely applied to controlling the process parameters of gas, liquid, steam and other media, such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level, to be kept at given values. At present, in modern control, a regulating valve plays an important role, and whether the regulating valve can normally work or not directly influences the use effect of the whole pipeline control system. The traditional regulating valve has the following problems in the use process:
(1) when the regulating valve is opened, impurities or solid particles in a medium impact a valve core sealing surface in a flowing process, the valve core sealing surface is damaged for a long time, the sealing effect when the regulating valve is closed is further influenced, and the service life is short;
(2) if solid particles are contained in the used medium, when the opening of the regulating valve is small (the distance between the valve core sealing surface and the valve seat sealing surface is close), the solid particles are easy to block at the valve opening, so that the valve is blocked and the sealing surface is damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-blocking regulating valve which is simple in structure and can prevent blockage.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the valve core of the regulating valve is divided into the throttling valve head of the throttling part and the valve block of the stopping part, and the control is separated, so that the influence between the throttling valve head and the valve block is avoided, the control of the regulating valve is more targeted, the separation protection can be realized, and the service life is prolonged;

(3) through using the guard plate, cover the lower extreme opening of slotted hole when the valve piece is retracted, avoid the medium to erode the sealed face of valve piece for a long time, cause the damage to play the sealed face's of protection valve piece effect.
