1) refitting and manufacturing a jacking air bag (1) with a rod groove (9) at the top, wherein the rod groove (9) is matched with the balance round rod (4) in size and used for placing the balance round rod (4);

2) manufacturing a balance round rod (4) and a rolling round rod (3), installing rotating shaft handles (10) at two ends of the rolling round rod (3), arranging spherical grooves (11) at two ends of the rolling round rod (3), arranging two inner ring grooves (12) at trisection positions of the rolling round rod (3), and installing steel hanging rings (13) in the inner ring grooves (12);

3) according to the engineering design requirements, a groove (5) is dug, ear plates (7) are welded on two sides of the end part of a segmented pre-installed pipeline (8), and the segmented pre-installed pipeline (8) is hung in the groove (5);

4) respectively placing steel backing plates (2) on two sides of the groove (5), placing the jacking air bag (1) on the steel backing plates (2), arranging a balance round rod (4) in a rod groove (9) at the top of the jacking air bag (1), and adjusting the balance round rods (4) on the two sides of the groove (5) to be at the same height with the horizontal plane through the jacking air bag (1);

5) placing a spherical groove (11) of a rolling round rod (3) on a balance round rod (4), connecting a steel hanging ring (13) on the rolling round rod (3) with an ear plate (7) of a pipeline by using a steel rope (6), lifting the pre-installed pipeline (8) by a jacking air bag (1) to enable the pre-installed pipeline to be positioned on an installation central line, and lifting the pre-installed pipeline (8) to be at the same height as the installed pipeline (14);

6) lubricating oil is smeared at the spherical groove (11), meanwhile, the rolling round rod (3) is driven to move on the balance round rod (4) through the rotating shaft handle (10), so that the pre-installed pipeline (8) is close to and aligned with the installed pipeline (14), then the rolling round rod (3) is temporarily fixed by using a temporary buckle (15), and the joint of the pre-installed pipeline (8) and the installed pipeline (14) is installed and welded;

7) and (5) repeating the steps 4) to 6), sequentially completing the welding and installation work of the pipeline connecting pipes in the whole flat area, and then backfilling and compacting the backfill soil in the groove (5) to complete the construction operation of pipeline installation.

Technical Field

The invention relates to pipeline installation in flat areas, in particular to a pipeline connecting pipe system and a manufacturing and using method thereof.

Background

With the increasing production and consumption speed of petroleum and natural gas and the development of the north-south water project, the development pace of pipeline transportation is increasing. In the pipeline engineering construction, the pipeline butt joint is usually performed in a flat area or a place with a small angle by a pipeline butt joint machine, and then the butt joint pipeline is welded and installed manually. However, the butt joint process of the large pipeline involves lifting and butt joint precision adjustment of the pipeline, and the butt joint machine needs other equipment to assist in hoisting the pipeline; in limited pipeline slot space, the butt joint machine is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble and occupies a square area. These all cause inconvenience to the engineering construction and increase the cost.

Therefore, a pipeline connecting pipe system which is simple and convenient to construct, can be recycled and can be quickly and accurately butted and a manufacturing and using method thereof are needed to be sought.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a pipeline connecting pipe system and a manufacturing and using method thereof.

The pipeline connecting pipe system comprises a jacking air bag, a steel base plate, a rolling round rod, a balance round rod, a groove, a steel rope, an ear plate, a pre-installed pipeline, a rotating shaft handle, a spherical groove, an inner ring groove, a steel hanging ring, an installed pipeline and a temporary buckle; the steel backing plate is arranged on two sides of the groove, the jacking air bag is arranged in the center of the steel backing plate, two ends of the balance round rod are arranged on the jacking air bag, and two ends of the rolling round rod are arranged on the balance round rod; the pre-installation pipeline and the installed pipeline are arranged in the groove, and the lug plates are arranged on two sides of the end part of the pre-installation pipeline; the rotating shaft handles are arranged at two ends of the rolling round rod, and the spherical grooves are arranged at two ends of the rolling round rod; the inner ring groove is arranged at the trisection position of the rolling round rod, the steel hanging ring is arranged in the inner ring groove, and the steel rope is connected with the steel hanging ring and the lug plate; the temporary buckles are arranged on two sides of the rolling round rod in the alignment state of the pipeline interfaces.

The manufacturing and using method of the pipeline connecting pipe system comprises the following steps:

1) refitting and manufacturing a jacking air bag with a rod groove at the top, wherein the rod groove is matched with the balance round rod in size and used for placing the balance round rod;

2) manufacturing a balance round rod and a rolling round rod, installing rotating shaft handles at two ends of the rolling round rod, arranging spherical grooves at two ends of the rolling round rod, arranging two inner ring grooves at trisection positions of the rolling round rod, and installing a steel hanging ring in the inner ring grooves;

3) excavating a groove according to engineering design requirements, welding lug plates on two sides of the end part of the segmented pre-installed pipeline, and hoisting the segmented pre-installed pipeline into the groove;

4) placing steel base plates on two sides of the groove respectively, placing the jacking air bag on the steel base plates, arranging balance round rods in rod grooves at the top of the jacking air bag, and adjusting the balance round rods on the two sides of the groove to be at the same height of the level through the jacking air bag;

5) placing the spherical groove of the rolling round rod on the balance round rod, connecting a steel hanging ring on the rolling round rod and an ear plate of the pipeline by using a steel rope, lifting the pre-installed pipeline by using a jacking air bag to enable the pre-installed pipeline to be positioned on an installation central line, and lifting the pre-installed pipeline to be at the same height as the installed pipeline;

6) coating lubricating oil at the spherical groove, driving the rolling round rod to move on the balancing round rod through the rotating shaft handle to enable the pre-installed pipeline and the installed pipeline to be close to and aligned, then temporarily fixing the rolling round rod by using a temporary buckle, and performing installation welding at the joint of the pre-installed pipeline and the installed pipeline;

7) and (5) repeating the steps 4) to 6), sequentially completing the pipeline connecting pipe welding and mounting work of the whole flat area, and then backfilling and compacting the backfill soil in the groove to complete the construction operation of pipeline mounting.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the pipeline connecting pipe system adopted by the invention has the advantages of simple structure and convenient disassembly, assembly and arrangement, reduces the use frequency of large machinery, and reduces the risk of collapse of a pipeline groove.

2. The lifting lugs on two sides of the pipeline are lifted vertically relative to a single point, the disturbance force of the outside on the pipeline is small, and the pipeline lifting process is more stable.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. The following examples are set forth merely to aid in the understanding of the invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

The manufacturing and using method of the pipeline connecting pipe system comprises the following steps:

1) as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the jacking air bag 1 with the rod groove 9 at the top is manufactured in a modified mode, and the rod groove 9 is matched with the size of the balance round rod 4 and used for placing the balance round rod 4.

2) As shown in fig. 1 and 6, a balance round bar 4 and a rolling round bar 3 are manufactured, a rotating shaft handle 10 is installed at both ends of the rolling round bar 3, spherical grooves 11 are provided at both ends of the rolling round bar 3, two inner ring grooves 12 are provided at trisection positions of the rolling round bar 3, and a steel hanging ring 13 is installed in the inner ring grooves 12.

3) As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, according to the engineering design requirements, a groove 5 is dug, lug plates 7 are welded on two sides of the end part of a segmented pre-installed pipeline 8, and the segmented pre-installed pipeline 8 is hung in the groove 5.

4) As shown in fig. 1 and 2, steel backing plates 2 are respectively placed on two sides of a groove 5, a jacking air bag 1 is placed on the steel backing plates 2, a balance round rod 4 is arranged in a rod groove 9 at the top of the jacking air bag 1, and the balance round rods 4 on two sides of the groove 5 are adjusted to be at the same height with the horizontal level through the jacking air bag 1.

5) As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a spherical groove 11 of a rolling round rod 3 is arranged on a balance round rod 4, a steel hanging ring 13 on the round rod and an ear plate 7 of the pipeline are connected by using a steel rope 6, then the pre-installed pipeline 8 is lifted by jacking the air bag 1 to be centered on an installation center line, and the pre-installed pipeline 8 is slowly lifted to be at the same height as an installed pipeline 14.

6) As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, lubricating oil is applied to the spherical groove 11, four constructors simultaneously drive the rolling round rod 3 to move on the balancing round rod 4 through the rotating shaft handle 10, so that the pre-installed pipeline 8 and the installed pipeline 14 are close to and aligned, and then the rolling round rod 3 is temporarily fixed by using the temporary buckle 15, so that the installation and welding at the joint of the pre-installed pipeline 8 and the installed pipeline 14 are facilitated.

7) And (5) repeating the steps 4) to 6), sequentially completing the pipeline connecting pipe welding and mounting work of the whole flat area, and then backfilling and compacting the backfill soil in the groove 5 to complete the construction operation of pipeline mounting.
