Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a method and a system for evaluating drug use of children and computer equipment.

Background

The rational drug administration evaluation refers to the evaluation of safety, effectiveness, economy and appropriateness of clinical drug administration.

Safety: rather than an absolute notion of whether a drug has adverse effects or side effects, the emphasis is placed on achieving maximum therapeutic efficacy with minimal risk of medication for the drug user.

Effectiveness: the expected purpose is achieved through the action of the medicine. The clinical effectiveness indexes comprise cure, significant efficiency, good conversion rate, inefficiency and the like.

The economic efficiency is as follows: the cost and the benefit of medication are considered, namely, the lowest possible medicine expense is exchanged for the largest possible treatment benefit, the limited medical resources are reasonably used, and the medicine expense burden of the patient is reduced.

Appropriateness: is an important index for realizing reasonable medication. Including appropriate indications, appropriate medication, appropriate administration (time, dosage, course, and route of administration), appropriate patient, appropriate information, and appropriate observations.

The method is particularly important for monitoring and evaluating the reasonable medication of special patient groups, especially for children patients, but currently, the reasonable medication evaluation monitoring of the clinical medication of the children patients is mainly evaluated manually by means of sophisticated experts, and a uniform evaluation system and system are not formed yet to efficiently and automatically complete the reasonable medication evaluation of the clinical medication of the children patients, so that the supervision of the medication of the children is realized.
