1. A lobster sorting device, characterized by comprising:

4. The apparatus for sorting lobsters as claimed in claim 1 wherein said plurality of stations further includes a second distribution station, said second distribution station being disposed between said feeding station and said first distribution station;

7. The lobster sorting apparatus of claim 2 or 5 wherein said lobster feed assembly comprises:

the material pushing plate is movably arranged on one side of the conveying belt and has a reciprocating movement stroke along the width direction of the conveying belt; and the number of the first and second groups,

the pushing driving structure is arranged on the rack and is in driving connection with the pushing plate; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the first transfer assembly further comprises a shifting plate arranged on the first conveying baffle, the shifting plate is arranged above the centrifugal turntable and extends from the first conveying baffle to the center of the centrifugal turntable along the radial direction of the centrifugal turntable, and a brush is arranged on one side of the surface of the turntable of the centrifugal turntable, facing the shifting plate.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lobster processing devices, in particular to a lobster sorting device.

Background

As an important aquatic product variety in China, the crayfish has high economic value and edible value, and gradually forms an irreplaceable position in the Chinese catering service industry along with the increasing favor of people on the crayfish. Because lobsters of different sizes and colors have different tastes, the colors of the common lobsters in the market comprise red, reddish brown and cyan. The lobster body is large in price and excellent, the shells of the freshwater shrimps are softer, the quality is high, and the lobster is more popular. The price difference of the crayfishes classified in different grades is larger, so that the crayfishes classified sale can bring larger economic benefit.

At present, most of mechanical sorting equipment of some large lobster breeding and processing enterprises is vibration sorting or rolling sorting, living lobsters are easily vibrated and collided to cause damage to the lobsters, the death rate is high, and the sorting mechanical precision is low. Today, the lobster industry is rapidly developed, the classification is carried out by simply depending on manual or semi-automatic mechanical equipment, so that the great defect exists, and the requirement for the lobster industry development can not be met.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention mainly aims to provide a lobster sorting device, and aims to solve the problems of poor sorting effect and low sorting precision of the traditional dragon sorting device.

According to the technical scheme, the lobster feeding mechanism is used for automatically feeding the lobsters, the lobsters are automatically transferred through the lobster transferring mechanism, the lobsters are automatically sorted through the lobster separating mechanism, the lobster separating mechanism comprises the color detecting component, the lobsters are sorted through detecting the color of the lobster body, and compared with a traditional lobster sorting device, the lobsters can be sorted through colors, for example, the lobsters are divided into red, reddish brown and cyan, and the lobsters with different colors are different in taste, so that the eating requirements of users can be met, and the sorting effect is better.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in the present embodiment, the lobster sorting apparatus 100 includes a frame 1, a lobster feeding mechanism 2, a lobster transferring mechanism 3, and a lobster separating mechanism, wherein the frame 1 is provided with a plurality of stations, the plurality of stations include a feeding station and a first separating station, and a layout direction of the plurality of stations may be adjusted according to an actual production site, which is not specifically limited herein; the lobster feeding mechanism 2 is arranged on the rack 1 and is positioned at the feeding station; the lobster transfer mechanism 3 is arranged on the rack 1 and used for transferring the lobsters from the feeding station to the first material distribution station; lobster feed mechanism is including locating colour detection part 45 in the frame 1, with colour detection part 45 electric connection's controller and corresponding the lobster that first branch material station set up divides material subassembly 4, the controller is used for right the detection data that colour detection part 45 detected are handled, in order to control lobster divides material subassembly 4 work.

It should be noted that the color detection component 45 may be configured as one or a combination of any number of a detection camera, a color sensor, a color detector, and the like, and the connection structure of the color detection component 45 and the controller and the specific working principle are all the prior art, which will not be described herein too much.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the lobster feeding mechanism 2 is used for automatically feeding lobsters, the lobster transferring mechanism 3 is used for automatically transferring the lobsters, the lobster separating mechanism is arranged for automatically sorting the lobsters, and the lobster separating mechanism comprises the color detecting component 45 for classifying the lobsters by detecting the colors of the lobster bodies, so that compared with the traditional lobster sorting device 100, the lobsters can be classified by colors in the application, for example, the lobsters are classified into red, reddish brown and cyan, and the lobsters with different colors have different tastes, so that the lobsters can meet the eating requirements of users and have better sorting effect.

When the lobsters are classified according to colors, the lobsters can be sorted in the conveying process of the lobsters, and specifically, with reference to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the lobster transfer mechanism 3 includes a first transfer component 31 disposed on the rack 1, the first transfer component 31 includes a centrifugal turntable 311, a first conveying baffle 312 and a conveying belt 314, the centrifugal turntable 311 is rotatably disposed on the rack 1 and is disposed corresponding to the discharge end of the lobster feeding mechanism 2, and the lobsters output by the feeding mechanism fall onto the centrifugal turntable 311; the first conveying baffle 312 is disposed on the rack 1 and surrounds the periphery of the centrifugal turntable 311, and the conveying baffle is disposed in a non-closed manner so as to form a conveying outlet on one side of the centrifugal turntable 311; the conveyor belt 314 is arranged on the rack 1 and corresponds to the conveying outlet, and is used for conveying the lobsters from the conveying outlet to the first material distribution station; the color detection part 45 is arranged on the frame 1 and above the conveyor belt 314, and the controller controls the lobster separating assembly 4 to work through the color of the lobsters detected by the color detection part 45.

Further, since lobsters are generally living bodies and are easy to jump, the first transfer assembly 31 may further include two second transfer baffles 313 arranged in parallel, the two second transfer baffles 313 are respectively located at two sides of the width direction of the conveyor 314, and the two second transfer baffles 313 are connected with the first transfer baffle 312 at the transfer outlet, so as to prevent the lobsters from falling off the conveyor 314.

In another embodiment, the lobster sorting apparatus 100 can sort not only by color but also by size, and sorting is performed in multiple stages to make sorting accuracy higher. The conveying rollers comprise a first roller group 321, a second roller group 322 and a third roller group 323 which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction, a first dividing baffle is arranged between the first roller group 321 and the second roller group 322, a second dividing baffle is arranged between the second roller group 322 and the third roller, and the first dividing baffle and the second dividing baffle are used for avoiding the lobsters so as to prevent the lobsters from jumping from the first roller group 321 to the second roller group 322 or the third roller group 323 to influence the separation effect; the distance between two adjacent conveying rollers in the first roller group 321 is smaller than the distance between two adjacent conveying rollers in the second roller group 322; the gap between the conveying rollers in the first roller set 321 is minimized, so that the small lobsters can fall from the first roller set 321 when the lobsters are conveyed from the first roller set 321, and similarly, the medium lobsters fall from the second roller set 322 and the large lobsters fall from the conveying end of the third roller set 323 when the lobsters are conveyed from the second roller set 322 and the third roller set 323 in sequence, so as to classify the lobsters according to their sizes.

In an embodiment, in order to make the lobsters falling from the feeding hopper 21 to be spread flat, the plurality of conveying rollers may further include an initial roller set, and the initial roller set includes a plurality of rollers closely arranged, so that the lobsters are conveyed to the first roller set 321 after being conveyed for a certain distance on the initial roller set, and are better unfolded to avoid stacking of the lobsters, which makes the separating effect poor.

When the sorting apparatus includes the second transferring assembly 32, the centrifugal rotating discs 311 of the first transferring assembly 31 are correspondingly disposed below the conveying rollers to catch the lobsters falling from the conveying rollers, and accordingly, correspondingly, three centrifugal rotating discs 311 are provided, and the three centrifugal rotating discs 311 are respectively disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the first roller set 321, the second roller set 322 and the third roller set 323 to further perform two-stage sorting on the lobsters.

In the above embodiment, the lobsters are classified according to size and then according to color. Obviously, in another embodiment, the lobsters may be sorted by color and then by size. In particular, the adaptation may be performed according to the above-described scheme, and the description will not be repeated here.

In this embodiment, the lobster separating assembly 4 comprises a material pushing plate 41 and a material pushing driving structure 42, wherein the material pushing plate 41 is movably arranged on one side of the conveyor belt 314 and has a reciprocating stroke along the width direction of the conveyor belt 314; the pushing driving structure 42 is disposed on the frame 1 and is in driving connection with the pushing plate 41, and the pushing driving structure 42 is configured to drive the pushing plate 41 to move back and forth along the width direction of the conveyor belt 314, so that the pushing plate 41 extends above the conveyor belt 314 to push the lobsters on the conveyor belt 314 away from the conveyor belt 314.

The material pushing plate 41 can be arranged in various forms. In one embodiment, the push plate 41 is located at one side of the conveyor belt 314, and the push plate 41 can push lobsters to the other side of the conveyor belt 314 for sorting.

In another embodiment, the pusher plate 41 may be configured to reciprocate above the conveyor belt 314, for example, when the pusher plate 41 pushes out, lobsters on the conveyor belt 314 may be pushed down to one side of the conveyor belt 314, and when the pusher plate 41 retracts, lobsters on the conveyor belt 314 may be pushed down to the other side of the conveyor belt 314, so that the material distribution speed may be faster.

The material pushing plate 41 is provided with a long hole along the width direction of the material pushing plate 41; the pushing driving structure 42 comprises a supporting plate 421, an eccentric wheel 423 and a rotary driver, the supporting plate 421 is arranged on the frame 1, a sliding groove 422 is defined at the top of the supporting plate 421, and the pushing plate 41 is movably arranged in the sliding groove 422 and has a movable stroke along the extending direction of the sliding groove 422; the eccentric wheel 423 is rotatably arranged on the supporting plate 421, a connecting column is convexly arranged on the eccentric wheel 423, and the connecting column is arranged in the long hole in a penetrating manner; the rotary driver is arranged on the machine frame 1 and is in driving connection with the eccentric wheel 423, and the rotary driver is used for driving the eccentric wheel 423 to rotate so as to drive the material pushing plate 41 to reciprocate along the sliding groove 422 through the connecting column.

Specifically, the top of the supporting plate 421 is provided with a first limiting frame and a second limiting frame which are arranged at intervals, the first limiting frame and the second limiting frame are respectively provided with a first side wall and a second side wall which are oppositely arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 314, and a third side wall which is connected with the first side wall and the second side wall, and the first side wall, the second side wall and the third side wall are arranged to define the chute 422 together. The material of scraping wings 41 is rubber, and is the fillet setting along the front end of propelling movement direction to avoid damaging the lobster.

In this embodiment, the lobster feed dividing assembly 4 further includes a feed dividing plate 43 and a feed dividing driving structure 44, the feed dividing plate 43 is rotatably disposed on the frame 1 and is disposed opposite to the push plate 41, the feed dividing plate 43 and the push plate 41 are respectively disposed on two sides of the conveyor belt 314, the feed dividing plate 43 extends along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 314, and when the second conveying baffle 313 is disposed on two sides of the conveyor belt 314, a position avoiding notch is disposed at a position of the second conveying baffle 313 corresponding to the push plate 41; the distributing driving structure 44 is disposed on the frame 1 and is in driving connection with the distributing plate 43, and the distributing driving structure 44 is configured to drive the distributing plate 43 to rotate, so that the distributing plate 43 can be inclined along the length direction, and lobsters on the distributing plate 43 can fall from two ends of the distributing plate 43 respectively to fall into different receiving boxes 5.

The material distributing driving structure 44 includes two magnetic blocks 441 and two electromagnetic relays 442, and the two magnetic blocks 441 are respectively disposed at two ends of the material distributing plate 43 along the length direction; the two electromagnetic relays 442 are disposed on the frame 1 and are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the two magnetic attraction blocks 441, the two electromagnetic relays 442 can be electrically connected to the controller to control one of the electromagnetic relays 442 to be energized according to the detection data of the color detection component 45, so that the material distribution plate 43 is rotated and tilted, and the connection structure between the controller and the electromagnetic relays 442 and the principle that the controller controls the electromagnetic relays 442 to operate belong to the prior art, which are not explained herein.

Specifically, the lobster sorting device 100 further comprises a plurality of storage boxes 5, and the plurality of storage boxes 5 are respectively arranged corresponding to the two ends of the material distributing plate 43. For example, taking red and cyan lobsters as an example, when the lobsters pushed down from the pusher plate 41 onto the material separating plate 43 are detected as red by the color detecting member 45, a first end of the material separating plate 43 in the longitudinal direction is rotated downward, and a second end of the material separating plate 43 in the longitudinal direction is rotated upward, so that the red lobsters are dropped into the red lobster receiving box 5 from the first end, and if the color detecting member 45 detects cyan, the rotating direction of the material separating plate 43 is reversed, and the cyan lobsters are dropped into the cyan lobster receiving box 5 from the second end.

Further, in order to enable the material distributing plate 43 to be quickly reset after rotating, the material distributing driving structure 44 further includes two elastic resetting pieces 443, the two elastic resetting pieces 443 are respectively connected to the corresponding magnetic attraction block 441 and the corresponding electromagnetic relay 442, and after the material distributing plate 43 rotates and distributes the material, the material can be quickly reset to distribute the next lobster.

Obviously, the arrangement of the lobster separating assembly 4 is not limited to the above-mentioned one, and one separating plate 43 may be disposed on both sides of each conveyor belt 314 to separate the lobster from both sides of each conveyor belt 314 when the pushing plate 41 can push the lobster back and forth, and the specific arrangement may be adaptively adjusted according to the arrangement of the separating plates 43, and will not be described in detail herein.

Of course, in another embodiment, the color detection component 45 may be disposed above the conveyor belt 314, for example, when the lobster passing through the color detection component 45 is red, the pushing material driving structure 42 is driven by the controller to operate to drive the pushing plate 41 to push the red lobster from the conveyor belt 314 to the red lobster receiving box 5, and in case of cyan lobster, the lobster is continuously conveyed along the conveyor belt 314 to be conveyed to the conveying end of the conveyor belt 314 to fall into the cyan lobster receiving box 5.

In an embodiment, in order to ensure that the lobsters can accurately fall into the corresponding accommodating boxes 5, the material distributing plate 43 includes a bottom plate 431 in an arc shape, and a first side plate 432 and a second side plate 433 which are disposed on two sides of the bottom plate 431 in the width direction, the first side plate 432 is disposed near the conveyor belt 314, and the height of the first side plate 432 is not higher than the height of the conveying surface of the conveyor belt 314, so that the material pushing plate 41 can push the lobsters onto the material distributing plate 43. The material separating plate 43 is generally white to facilitate the collection and processing of lobster colors by the color detecting part 45.

The specific working principle of the lobster sorting device 100 is as follows: pouring lobsters into the open end of the feeding hopper 21, dropping the lobsters from the discharge opening of the feeding hopper 21 onto the initial roller set so that the lobsters are conveyed continuously in a flat state, dropping small lobsters from the first roller set 321 onto the corresponding centrifugal turntable 311 when the lobsters are conveyed to pass through the first roller set 321, dropping middle lobsters from the second roller set 322 onto the corresponding centrifugal turntable 311 when the lobsters are conveyed to pass through the second roller set 322, dropping the remaining large lobsters onto the centrifugal turntable 311 corresponding to the third roller set 323 when the lobsters are conveyed to pass through the third roller set 323, forming a single row of lobsters from the centrifugal turners 311 to be conveyed onto the conveyor belts 314, pushing the lobsters onto the material separating plates 43 corresponding to the conveyor belts 314 through the material pushing plates 41 corresponding to the conveyor belts 314, through the detection data of the color detecting part 45, the controller controls the corresponding electromagnetic relay 442 to operate to incline the material distributing plate 43 to slide the lobsters into the receiving box 5 to complete the primary classification. According to the invention, the lobsters can be classified into large, medium and small lobsters firstly, then the large, medium and small lobsters are respectively scanned with two different colors for secondary classification, and 6-grade classification is carried out, so that the sorting precision is high, and the sorting effect is good.
