6. The mask of claim 1 wherein said water-retaining material is a disposable water-absorbing material or a material that can repeatedly absorb and release water.

The mask of claim 1 wherein said moisture-wicking layer is located on the outside adjacent to the skin-friendly layer, said moisture-wicking layer comprising a porous pore or fiber network, said moisture-wicking layer being integrally or separately designed to be in intimate contact with the skin-friendly layer.

8. The mask of claim 1 wherein said skin-friendly layer is hydrophilic on the side in contact with the skin or coated with a hydrophilic coating and hydrophobic on the other side.

The mask of claim 1 wherein said filter is at least one of a meltblown, porous, non-woven, polytetrafluoroethylene or modified films thereof, acrylic, polyethylene, polypropylene, or other polyolefin based fibers, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polylactic acid, or other polyester based fibers; the surface layer is at least one of non-woven fabrics or other fiber or film materials.

Background

When the moisture absorption layer is arranged between the skin-friendly layer and the filter layer, the moisture permeating through the skin-friendly layer can be absorbed and stored by the moisture absorption layer, so that a continuous osmotic pressure difference is provided, the face can be kept dry and cool for a long time, and the ventilation and cooling effects of the skin-friendly layer are fully exerted.

The skin-friendly layer fabric is preferably a material with high water vapor permeability and moisture content meeting the physiological requirements of human skin, for example, various types of common ice silk fabrics, bamboo charcoal fibers, or fabrics formed by twisting 70% of viscose filament yarns and 30% of nylon yarns in a cross way, common viscose fibers, high-tenacity fibers, viscose, acetate fibers, modal, modified cotton fibers and the like, and other chemical synthetic fibers such as common terylene, nylon, spandex and the like, or the types mentioned above, or blended fabrics of different fibers can be used. The skin-friendly layer fabric is made of materials which have good biological compatibility, no peculiar smell, no chlorine and various additives and have the content of residual chemical components reaching harmless standards. Various commodity brands and types with cool and breathable properties, such as Viscose fiber or Viscose labeled products, which are common in the market can be selected. For the skin-friendly fabric, certain hydrophilicity is preferred, and the skin-friendly fabric should show certain hygroscopicity, so that the moisture absorption is facilitated. However, it is advantageous for the water vapor that has passed through the fabric to reach the outer side of the skin-friendly layer not to be repeatedly sucked into the inner side, and therefore, the outer side of the skin-friendly layer can be made of hydrophobic fabric, which can be achieved by modifying the surface of the fabric during weaving or blending of the skin-friendly layer fabric, or by proportionally distributing materials on different sides during blending of different fabrics. Preferably, the fabric can be prepared by coating a hydrophobic coating on the outer side of the skin-friendly layer fabric, such as an organic silicon hydrophobic agent, and the like, wherein the coating is arranged so as not to influence the air permeability of the fabric. When the skin-friendly layer fabric has more than one layer or the weaving process allows different materials to be woven on the inner side and the outer side, the weaving can be realized according to the principle. The diameter of the fiber and the aperture and thickness of the fabric are suitable for comfortable and breathable feeling, and the thickness can be 0.1-2mm, preferably 0.2-1mm, and more preferably 0.3-0.6 mm.

The moisture-absorbing layer is preferably made of a material having a water-retaining function, such as those mentioned above, for example, absorbent paper, wood fiber, loose sponge, foam, nonwoven fabric, gauze, poly (meth) acrylate or a modified polymer thereof, polyvinyl alcohol or a modified polymer thereof, polyacrylamide or a modified polymer thereof, polyacrylonitrile or a modified polymer thereof, and the like, which can absorb and fix exhaled moisture, prevent the backflow of the moisture, and maintain the dryness of the skin-friendly layer. The material of the moisture absorption layer is preferably soft water absorption material, such as thin sponge or wood fiber, and the moisture absorption layer can be arranged in multiple layers or single layer, and can be designed to be in a removable and replaceable state according to the requirement of moisture absorption performance. Because the moisture-absorbing layer is adjacent to the skin-friendly layer, the material should also meet certain safety standards and have sufficiently low VOC and other harmful substances. For the disposable absorbent layer, absorbent modified materials such as acrylic or other absorbent resins can be used, which have the advantages of high moisture absorption rate and the disadvantages of denaturation that may cause pore blockage and air permeability reduction, and therefore, it is preferable to provide a support layer on which a water storage material is provided to maintain sufficient air permeability. Or the water storage material is set to be in a loose hole form, so that sufficient air circulation and shape stability can be still kept even after water absorption denaturation occurs. The thickness of the hygroscopic layer may be 0.1 to 2mm, preferably 0.5 to 1.5mm, and more preferably 0.8 to 1.2 mm. The moisture absorption layer is preferably provided in one layer, and may be provided in 2 or more layers. The filter layer may be those mentioned above, or may be a plurality of filter sheets used together. The filter layer is preferably one layer, and 2 or more layers may be provided. When a plurality of filter layers are provided, the moisture absorption layer may be alternately arranged with the filter layers or may be separately and collectively provided. For reusable masks, the filter is preferably removable and replaceable, for example, by providing a removable cover over the mask as described above, and replacing the filter. Sterilizing or oxidizing and adsorbing materials can be added to each layer of the mask, such as silver fibers, activated carbon and the like, and are co-spun with fabric fibers of each layer of the mask, and are melt-blown, or are coated on a moisture absorption layer, a skin-friendly layer, a filtering layer and a surface layer, so that the effects of inactivating bacteria and viruses, eliminating peculiar smell, removing harmful substances, and filtering, adsorbing and inactivating pollen can be achieved.

When the requirement on the protection effect is not high, the mask body part can also adopt different structures.
