4. The multifunctional adjuvant of claim 1 wherein: the alkali is triethanolamine.

5. The multifunctional adjuvant according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that: the paint also comprises the following components in parts by mass:

3-8 parts of industrial salt;

7-12 parts of sodium xylene sulfonate.

6. The multifunctional adjuvant of claim 5 wherein: the paint also comprises the following components in parts by mass:

1-2 parts of a penetrating agent.

10. A process for the preparation of a multifunctional adjuvant according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

step (1), mixing water, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid, stirring uniformly, slowly adding alkali to adjust the pH value to 5-7, and stirring for 20-40min to form a premix;

and (2) adding the residual substances into the pre-mixture, stirring for 30-40min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the multifunctional auxiliary agent.

The application relates to the field of printing and dyeing auxiliaries, in particular to a multifunctional auxiliary and a preparation method thereof.

Background

At present, the clothing cloth and the fabric are usually woven by cotton spun yarns, in order to improve the strength of the clothing cloth and the fabric, the clothing cloth and the fabric are generally subjected to sizing operation in the textile process, but the sizing agent needs to be removed by desizing operation in subsequent treatment, otherwise, the clothing cloth and the fabric are hard, and the hydrophilicity of the clothing cloth and the fabric is easily influenced.

In the traditional desizing, an auxiliary agent is usually added into a working solution, and the clothes cloth or fabric is soaked in the working solution, and then the clothes cloth or fabric after desizing is obtained through the steps of steam padding, washing, soaping, drying and the like. Along with the gradual improvement of living standard of people, the aesthetic requirement degree of people on clothes and fabrics is higher and higher, therefore, people usually also print patterns on clothes and fabrics finished by desizing so as to meet the requirements of different consumers.

In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that there is a defect that the desizing capability of the auxiliary agent is poor, which results in incomplete desizing of the clothing fabric or the fabric, and thus the subsequent bleaching and dyeing of the clothing fabric and the fabric are easily affected by the size, so that the dyeing effect of the clothing fabric and the fabric is easily affected.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to improve the desizing effect of clothes and fabrics and enable the dyeing effect of the clothes and fabrics to be less susceptible, the application provides a multifunctional auxiliary and a preparation method thereof.

In a first aspect, the present application provides a multifunctional additive, which adopts the following technical scheme:

5-15 parts of nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid;

10-20 parts of sulfonate;

10-20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether;

10-15 parts of solvent oil;

1-2 parts of alkali;

the multifunctional auxiliary agent comprises, by mass, 110 parts of water and the balance of water.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, through adopting sulfonate and fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether to cooperate mutually, be favorable to dissolving better, disperse and clear away the by-product that the cellulose degradation came out, make ground paste and the impurity of coming off from dress cloth and fabric be difficult to redeposit on dress cloth and fabric more, make the whiteness degree of the dress cloth and the fabric of the gained of desizing more difficult to receive the influence when being favorable to dress cloth and fabric to take off the thick liquid completely better, and then be favorable to improving the follow-up processability of dress cloth and fabric better, make the follow-up dyeing effect of dress cloth and fabric better.

Because the water in the working solution is generally hard water, and after the cloth and the fabric are soaked in the working solution for desizing, the cloth and the fabric easily carry the hard water to enter the padding steamer, and easily make calcium ions, magnesium ions and metal ions in the hard water form scale on the conveying roller in the padding process, the calcium ions and iron ions in the hard water are chelated by adopting the synergistic cooperation of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid, and simultaneously, the formed calcium soap and oxidation precipitates are favorably dissolved better, so that the surface of the conveying roller in the padding steamer is more difficult to scale, and the labor cost for manually cleaning the conveying roller at the later stage is favorably reduced; the conveying efficiency of the conveying roller is improved better, the whiteness of the clothes cloth and the fabric is not affected by water scales on the conveying roller easily, meanwhile, the clothes cloth and the fabric are not scratched by the water scales on the conveying roller easily in the conveying process, and the quality of the obtained clothes cloth and fabric is improved better.

The pH value of the auxiliary agent is adjusted through the neutralization reaction between the alkali and the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and the nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid, the pH value of the working solution is favorably adjusted by the auxiliary agent better, so that the chelating capacity of the working solution to iron ions and calcium ions is stronger, and scale is further difficultly deposited on a conveying roller in the padding steaming machine, the working efficiency of the padding steaming machine is favorably improved, meanwhile, the quality of the clothing cloth and the fabric is favorably improved, and the subsequent processing performance of the clothing cloth and the fabric is better.

By adding the solvent oil, the method is also beneficial to better removing oil stains and grease on clothes and fabrics.

By adopting the components to cooperate with each other, the desizing treatment process of the clothes cloth and the fabric only needs to add the multifunctional auxiliary agent without adding a dispersing agent, a chelating agent, an oil removing agent, a detergent and the like, and the operations of cleaning, oil removing and cleaning and bleaching can be simultaneously completed in the desizing process in the process production with low requirement on the bleaching effect of the clothes cloth and the fabric, so that the production cost is saved and the production process is saved; meanwhile, the auxiliary agent formed by the synergistic cooperation of the components is also suitable for refining, bleaching and dyeing processes of natural fibers, synthetic fibers and artificial fibers, and a good effect can be achieved only by adding 1-3g of the auxiliary agent into each liter of working solution, so that the application range is wide; in addition, the auxiliary agent formed by the synergistic cooperation of the components is not easy to damage the clothing cloth and the fabric, and is beneficial to better keeping the clothing cloth and the fabric smooth.

Preferably, the sulfonate is a sodium sulfonate salt or a calcium sulfonate salt.

By adopting the technical scheme, the sodium sulfonate salt or the calcium sulfonate salt is adopted as the sulfonate, so that the slurry on the clothing cloth and the fabric is easy to completely fall off, and the softness and the hydrophilicity of the clothing cloth are not easily influenced by the slurry; meanwhile, the method is also favorable for better dissolving and removing degradation byproducts of cellulose, so that slurry and impurities falling off from the clothes cloth and the fabric are more difficult to redeposit on the clothes cloth and the fabric, the whiteness of the clothes cloth and the fabric obtained by desizing is more difficult to influence, the subsequent processing performance of the clothes cloth and the fabric is further favorably improved, and the subsequent dyeing effect of the clothes cloth and the fabric is better.

Preferably, the solvent oil comprises the following components in parts by mass:

3-7 parts of pine water;

7-8 parts of dipropylene glycol methyl ether.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, cooperate in order to form solvent oil through adopting pine water and dipropylene glycol methyl ether each other, be favorable to promoting the deoiling effect of auxiliary agent better for it is difficult to contain greasy dirt and grease to handle the dress cloth and the fabric of gained for the deoiling and the washing effect of dress cloth and fabric are better.

Meanwhile, the pine water and the dipropylene glycol methyl ether are mutually cooperated to form the solvent oil, the solvent oil is favorably and better cooperated with the sulfonate to better promote the dispersion performance of the auxiliary agent, so that impurities and slurry falling off from the clothes cloth and the fabric in the working solution are more difficult to be redeposited on the clothes cloth and the fabric, the clothes cloth and the fabric are favorably desized more completely, simultaneously, the whiteness of the desized clothes cloth and the fabric is higher, further, the subsequent processing performance of the clothes cloth and the fabric is favorably improved, and the subsequent dyeing effect of the clothes cloth and the fabric is better; meanwhile, the dispersing effect of the auxiliary agent is also beneficial to better dispersing the coloring agent, so that the coloring agent is more uniformly distributed on the surfaces of the clothes cloth and the fabric in the dyeing process of the clothes cloth and the fabric, and the dyeing effect of the clothes cloth and the fabric is further better improved.

Preferably, the base is triethanolamine.

By adopting the technical scheme, the triethanolamine is used as the alkali, and the triethanolamine is alkalescent, so that the pH value of the auxiliary agent is easier to adjust, and the situation that the pH value of the auxiliary agent is difficult to adjust back due to overlarge addition amount is reduced.

0.1-0.3 part of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate;

0.2-0.7 part of sodium lignosulfonate.

1-2 parts of essence.

By adopting the technical scheme, the essence is added, so that the obtained clothes and fabrics have certain fragrance, the unpleasant odor of other chemical reagents can be covered, the working experience of workers can be better improved, and the consumption experience of consumers can be better improved.

In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a multifunctional additive, which adopts the following technical scheme:

a preparation method of the multifunctional auxiliary agent comprises the following steps:

step (1), mixing water, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid, stirring uniformly, slowly adding alkali to adjust the pH value to 5-7, and stirring for 20-40min to form a premix;

and (2) adding the residual substances into the pre-mixture, stirring for 30-40min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the multifunctional auxiliary agent.

By adopting the technical scheme, the components are favorably and cooperatively matched with each other better to better play a role by controlling the adding sequence of the components, so that the dissolving, dispersing, fiber decomposition by-product removing effects, desizing effects, oil removing effects, scale removing effects and the like of the auxiliary agent are favorably improved, and the subsequent processing performance of the clothes cloth and the fabric is better; meanwhile, the components are uniformly mixed according to a certain sequence to obtain the multifunctional auxiliary agent, the preparation is simple and convenient, and the industrial production of the multifunctional auxiliary agent is facilitated.

In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:

1. by adopting the mutual synergistic cooperation of the sulfonate and the fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether, the slurry and impurities removed from the clothes cloth and the fabric are more difficult to be redeposited on the clothes cloth and the fabric, so that the clothes cloth and the fabric are favorably and completely desized, and meanwhile, the whiteness of the desized clothes cloth and fabric is more difficult to be influenced;

2. by adopting the mutual synergistic cooperation of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid, the formed calcium soap and oxidation precipitates are favorably dissolved while the calcium ions and the iron ions in hard water are favorably chelated, so that the surface of a transmission roller in a padding steamer is less prone to scaling, and the labor cost for manually cleaning the transmission roller at the later stage is favorably reduced;

3. by adopting the mutual synergistic cooperation of the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and the nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid, the whiteness of the clothes cloth and the fabric is less susceptible to the influence of the water scale on the conveying roller, and the clothes cloth and the fabric are less prone to being scratched by the water scale on the conveying roller in the conveying process, so that the quality of the treated clothes cloth and fabric is better improved;

4. the pH value of the auxiliary agent is adjusted by adding alkali, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid to perform a neutralization reaction, so that the pH value of the working solution can be better adjusted by the auxiliary agent, the chelating capacity of the working solution to iron ions and calcium ions is stronger, scales are less prone to being deposited on a conveying roller in a padding steamer, the working efficiency of the padding steamer can be better improved, and meanwhile, the quality of clothes, cloth and fabrics can be better improved;

5. by adding the solvent oil, the method is also beneficial to better removing oil stains and grease on clothes and fabrics;

6. by adopting the components to cooperate with each other, the desizing treatment process of the clothes cloth and the fabric only needs to add the multifunctional auxiliary agent without adding a dispersing agent, a chelating agent, an oil removing agent, a detergent and the like, and the operations of cleaning, oil removing and cleaning and bleaching can be simultaneously completed in the desizing process in the process production with low requirement on the bleaching effect of the clothes cloth and the fabric, so that the production cost is saved and the production process is saved;

7. the auxiliary agent formed by the synergistic cooperation of the components is also suitable for refining, bleaching and dyeing processes of natural fibers, synthetic fibers and artificial fibers, and can achieve good effect only by adding 1-3g of the auxiliary agent into each liter of working solution, so that the application range is wide.

Detailed Description

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1.

In the following examples, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid is 2809-21-4 from Nantong Runfeng petrochemical Co.

In the following examples, nitrilotrimethylene triphosphonic acid was used which was 6419-19-8 available from Shandong Tai and Water treatment science Co.

In the following examples, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether of AEO-9 grade 6666, available from Shandong Yihui chemical Co., Ltd, was used.

In the following examples, potassium lignosulfonate was made of XM-J model number available from Shenyang Corn & Chemicals Co.

In the following examples, sodium dodecylsulfate was prepared from sodium dodecylsulfate available from Shandonghao Shunhuaichi chemical Co., Ltd, No. 2386-53-0.

In the following examples, calcium lignosulfonate, available from Jinan Xin Shengda chemical Co., Ltd., under the trade designation 144-55-8, was used.

In the following examples, petroleum ether was selected from petroleum ether available under the trade designation 8032-32-4 from Shanghai Aladdin Biochemical technology Co., Ltd.

In the following examples, the water of the pine is water of a commercial product No. 2147483647 from Hongwei chemical materials Co., Ltd, Dongguan.

In the following examples, dipropylene glycol methyl ether of 34590-94-8, a product number of Yixing letter chemical Co., Ltd was used.
