The planar heating device for defrosting and deicing of a refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the conductive electrodes (401) are conductive silver paste, the conductive silver paste is printed on two sides of the microcrystalline graphite fiber cloth in a printing mode, and the number of the electrodes is not less than 2.

The planar heating device for defrosting and deicing of a refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein said insulating fixed housing (5) is made of a high flame retardant and heat resistant plastic, and said insulating fixed housing (5) is provided with wire grooves for mounting fixed wires (403).

Background

The refrigerator is a refrigeration device capable of keeping constant low temperature, is an electrical appliance for storing food or other articles at low temperature, and is widely applied to the fields of life and industry. At present, most heaters adopted by a household air-cooled refrigerator for defrosting and deicing are steel pipe or quartz pipe heaters, and the steel pipe or quartz pipe heaters have the problems of small heating area, long working time, high energy consumption, low heating efficiency, poor temperature uniformity (over-high local temperature), difficulty in controlling the highest heating temperature and the like when the steel pipe or quartz pipe heaters are used for defrosting inside the refrigerator. The fiber cloth (patent of invention, patent number 201910271815.6) is a nonmetal heating material with the characteristics of light weight, thin thickness, high electrothermal conversion rate of 99%, strong hydrophobic property, high heating speed, uniform heating, strong weather resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and the like.

Therefore, a planar heating device for defrosting and deicing a refrigerator is studied to improve defrosting and deicing efficiency in the refrigerator.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a planar heating device for defrosting and deicing of a refrigerator, which supplies power to a conductive electrode through a lead so as to heat a heating body, and finally heats an evaporator of the refrigerator through an insulating heat-conducting layer so as to achieve the defrosting effect of the refrigerator, thereby solving the problems of small heating area, long heating time, high energy consumption, low heating efficiency, poor temperature uniformity and difficulty in controlling the highest heating temperature of the conventional steel pipe heater.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

A planar heating device for defrosting and deicing of a refrigerator is sequentially provided with an insulating fixed shell, a heating body, a temperature sensor and an insulating heat conduction layer; the heating body consists of a conductive electrode, microcrystalline graphite fiber cloth and a lead; conductive electrodes are arranged on two sides of the edge of the surface of the heating body; and both ends of the conductive electrode are respectively connected with a lead; the insulating heat transfer layer is tightly attached to the heating body; the heating body is connected with the control circuit through a lead; a temperature sensor, a heating body and an insulating heat conduction layer are sequentially arranged in the insulating fixed shell; and the surface heater and the refrigerator evaporator are fixedly arranged in the refrigerator through an insulating fixed shell.

Further, the insulating and heat conducting layer is made of heat-resistant and temperature-conducting insulating materials such as but not limited to mica sheets, microcrystalline glass, insulating ceramic sheets, heat-conducting and insulating silica gel sheets and the like.

Further, the heating layer is microcrystalline graphite carbon fiber cloth.

Further, the electrode plate is a silver paste electrode plate.

Further, the insulating fixed shell is made of high-flame-retardant heat-resistant plastic.

Furthermore, a wire groove is formed on the insulating fixing layer.

Further, the wire groove can be provided with a fixed wire.

The present invention has the following advantageous effects.

The invention supplies power to the microcrystalline graphite fiber cloth through the wires, so that the heating body generates heat, and finally the refrigerator achieves the defrosting and deicing effects through the insulating heat conduction layer.

According to the invention, the microcrystalline graphite fiber cloth is used as the heating body in the heating layer, and compared with a steel tube or quartz tube heater, the planar heater is used for planar global heating, so that the working temperature for defrosting and deicing is relatively low, the highest heating temperature of the planar heater is easier to control, the safety of the refrigerator is improved, and the safety of people is guaranteed.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
