Therefore, small reversing teeth are arranged at the position to make up for the gap between the reversing teeth at the two sides. This small reversing tooth only works when dealing with anomalous banknotes entering from the rear inlet. When abnormal paper money entering from the front inlet is processed, in order to avoid the interference of the reversing tooth and the transmission wheel, the paper money is only required to be kept in a horizontal state and does not rotate along with the whole reverser.

Therefore, the small reversing teeth are provided with the limiting ribs which are positioned on the paper money guiding surface, when abnormal paper money is required to enter the paper money recovery box through the outlet at the current inlet, the reversing teeth rotate anticlockwise and incline towards the transmission wheel, the limiting ribs are abutted against the inserting teeth in the rotating process, the small reversing teeth are prevented from continuously inclining towards the transmission wheel and colliding with the transmission wheel, and the reversing teeth continuously incline to the specified angle.

The front inlet and the outlet are arranged in parallel, and the front inlet and the rear inlet are arranged in a mutually vertical mode.

The section structure of the reversing tooth is triangular, the reversing tooth comprises an upper paper money guiding surface 601 and two side paper money guiding surfaces 602, the two side paper money guiding surfaces are arc-shaped, and two inclined surfaces are arranged at two ends of the upper paper money guiding surface.

The torsion spring is sleeved on the commutator shaft in series and located between the small reversing teeth, one end of the torsion spring is hung on the tooth hole 14 of the small reversing teeth, the other end of the torsion spring is hung on the tooth hole 15 of the reversing teeth, and the tooth hole of the reversing teeth and the tooth hole of the small reversing teeth are located on two sides of the commutator shaft respectively. When the reversing teeth are driven by the reversing control mechanism to rotate, the small reversing teeth are driven by the torsion spring to synchronously rotate.

The small reversing teeth extend towards the rear inlet direction, are equivalently located on one side, close to the rear inlet, of the reverser shaft, are not arranged on one side, close to the front inlet, of the small reversing teeth, when abnormal paper money enters the outlet through the front inlet, the small reversing teeth are still at a horizontal angle and do not rotate along with the reversing teeth, and if the small reversing teeth are also arranged on one side, close to the front inlet, of the small reversing teeth, the abnormal paper money entering the outlet through the reverser from the front inlet can be blocked.

The limiting ribs protrude out of the paper money guiding surface and are abutted against the inserting teeth, gaps are reserved between the conveying belt and the paper money guiding surface, normal rotation of the conveying wheel and the conveying belt can be guaranteed through the gaps, the structure of the arranged limiting ribs is simple, limiting electronic devices are not additionally arranged, and limiting movement of the small reversing teeth is achieved.

Spacing muscle and torsional spring are located the both sides setting of little switching-over tooth respectively, and the benefit of here design lies in, guarantees that little switching-over tooth left and right sides effort is balanced, prevents that the phenomenon of one side perk from appearing in little switching-over tooth.

An operating method of an abnormal paper money transmission device comprises the following three steps:

(1) as shown in fig. 1, when there is no abnormal paper money in the transmission channel, the reversing tooth and the small reversing tooth are both in a horizontal state, and normal paper money can smoothly enter the rear inlet from the front inlet of the transmission channel, or enter the front inlet from the rear inlet;

(2) as shown in fig. 2, when abnormal paper money enters the transmission channel from the front inlet, the reversing tooth rotates clockwise for 20 degrees relative to the horizontal position, and the small reversing tooth still keeps the horizontal state, as shown in fig. 5, the paper money enters the outlet from the front inlet and is output to the paper money recycling box;

(3) when abnormal paper money enters the transmission channel from the rear inlet as shown in fig. 3, the reversing tooth and the small reversing tooth rotate 20 degrees anticlockwise relative to the horizontal position, and the paper money enters the outlet from the rear inlet and is output to the paper money recovery box as shown in fig. 6.
