a compression roller pushing table is movably mounted in the middle of the upper surface of a machining table of the rack through a rail, a vertical shaft is vertically mounted on the compression roller pushing table through a bearing, a compression roller is fixedly mounted on the vertical shaft, the compression roller pushing table and the compression roller are located on the inner side of an H steel station to be machined, the compression roller is located between two second rollers, the surface of the compression roller is in contact with an H steel side plate, one end, away from the H steel station to be machined, of the compression roller pushing table is fixedly connected with the end portion of a piston rod of a first pushing cylinder, a cylinder body of the first pushing cylinder is fixed on the machining table of the rack, the vertical shaft of the compression roller is in power connection with a second motor through a reduction gear set, and the second motor is fixedly mounted on the rack;

a fixed frame is fixedly arranged at the center of the upper surface of a machining table of the rack, the fixed frame is structurally characterized in that a bottom plate and a top plate are fixedly connected through a plurality of stand columns, thrust conduction devices are fixedly arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate and the bottom surface of the top plate, and the two thrust conduction devices are respectively positioned in an upper steel groove and a lower steel groove of H steel to be machined;

the thrust conduction device comprises a fixed plate, a groove shell, columnar disks and bolts, wherein the groove shell is a rectangular plate, two ends of the groove shell are respectively provided with a circular groove, the outer ends of the two circular grooves are respectively provided with a notch communicated with the outside of the groove shell, each circular groove is internally and movably provided with one columnar disk, one end of the circumferential surface of each columnar disk is exposed out of the notch of the circular groove, the fixed plate is provided with a plurality of elongated grooves, the middle part of each groove shell is provided with at least two bolts, the bolts are respectively and movably arranged in one elongated groove, the end parts of the bolts are fixedly provided with anti-falling nuts, the fixed plate is fixedly arranged on the top surface of a bottom plate or the bottom surface of a top plate of the fixed frame, and the outer circumferential surfaces of all the columnar disks exposed out of the groove shell are contacted with the inner surfaces of corresponding side plates of the H steel to be processed;

the bearing roller is all installed through first grudging post in the both ends of frame, and the pinch rolls is installed through the second grudging post in the processing platform both ends of frame.

And the compression roller is arranged on the upper part of the second vertical frame through an up-down adjusting screw rod.

And a wear-resistant metal ring is fixedly sleeved on the inner wall of the circular groove of the groove shell.

And an anti-dropping fixing block for placing the eccentric separation of the wear-resistant metal ring is fixedly arranged on the outer end face of the groove shell, which is in contact with the H steel side plate to be processed.

The columnar disc is made of high-abrasion-resistance metal materials.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. aiming at the bending processing of large H steel, the invention adopts two first rollers, two second rollers and a compression roller, and five rollers are connected with at least three motors for power transmission, so that the transmission power of the transmission roller to the H steel can be increased, the transmission friction force can be increased, the roller surface slippage caused by insufficient transmission power can be avoided, and the smooth and fluent bending work can be ensured;

two parallel roll shafts 2 are vertically arranged on a frame 1, the lower ends of the roll shafts 2 are arranged at the bottom of the frame 1 through bearings, the upper ends of the roll shafts 2 penetrate through a processing table at the upper part of the frame 1 and extend above the processing table, driven large gears 3 are fixedly arranged at the lower parts of the roll shafts 2, first motors 4 are arranged at two sides below the frame 1, driving pinions 5 are fixedly arranged on output shafts of the two first motors 4, the two driving pinions 5 are respectively meshed and connected with the driven large gears 3, first rollers 6 are fixedly arranged on shaft bodies of the roll shafts 2 above the processing table of the frame 1, the two first rollers 6 are positioned at the outer sides of the H steel 20 stations to be processed and contact with H steel side plates through roller surfaces, a moving table 12 is respectively arranged at two ends of the upper surface of the processing table of the frame 1 through rails, vertical shafts are vertically arranged on the two moving tables 12 through bearings, and second rollers 13 are fixedly arranged on the vertical shafts, the second rollers 13 are positioned on the inner side of the H steel 20 station to be processed, the roller surfaces of the second rollers contact with the H steel side plates, one end, far away from the H steel 20 station to be processed, of the mobile platform 12 is fixedly connected with the end part of a piston rod of a second pushing cylinder 14, the cylinder body of the second pushing cylinder 14 is fixed on the processing platform of the rack 1, the two second rollers 13 respectively correspond to the two first rollers 6, and vertical shafts of the second rollers 13 are meshed with the upper ends of the roller shafts 2 corresponding to the first rollers 6 through a synchronous gear set 15;

a compression roller pushing table 7 is movably mounted in the middle of the upper surface of a machining table 1 of a rack 1 through a rail, a vertical shaft is vertically mounted on the compression roller pushing table 7 through a bearing, a compression roller 8 is fixedly mounted on the vertical shaft, the compression roller pushing table 7 and the compression roller 8 are located on the inner side of a station 20 of H steel to be machined, the compression roller 8 is located between two second rollers 13, the roller surface of the compression roller is in contact with an H steel side plate, one end, far away from the station 20 of the H steel to be machined, of the compression roller pushing table 7 is fixedly connected with the end part of a piston rod of a first pushing cylinder 9, the cylinder body of the first pushing cylinder 9 is fixed on the machining table of the rack 1, the vertical shaft of the compression roller 8 is in power connection with a second motor through a reduction gear set, and the second motor is fixedly mounted on the rack 1;

a fixed frame 10 is fixedly installed at the center of the upper surface of a processing table of the rack 1, the fixed frame 10 is structurally characterized in that a bottom plate and a top plate are fixedly connected through a plurality of upright posts, thrust conduction devices 11 are fixedly installed on the top surface of the bottom plate and the bottom surface of the top plate, and the two thrust conduction devices 11 are respectively positioned in an upper steel groove and a lower steel groove of H steel 20 to be processed;

the thrust conduction device 11 comprises a fixing plate 111, a groove shell 112, columnar discs 113 and bolts 114, wherein the groove shell 112 is a rectangular plate, two ends of the groove shell are respectively provided with a circular groove, the outer ends of the two circular grooves are respectively provided with a notch communicated with the outside of the groove shell 112, each circular groove is internally and movably provided with one columnar disc 113, one end of the circumferential surface of each columnar disc 113 is exposed out of the notch of the circular groove, the fixing plate 111 is provided with a plurality of elongated grooves 115, the middle part of each groove shell 112 is provided with at least two bolts 114, the bolts 114 are movably arranged in one elongated groove 115, the end parts of the bolts 114 are fixedly provided with anti-falling nuts, the fixing plate 111 is fixedly arranged on the top surface of a bottom plate or the bottom surface of a top plate of the fixing frame 10, and the outer circumferential surfaces of all the columnar discs 113 exposed out of the groove shell 112 are contacted with the inner surfaces of corresponding side plates of the H-steel 20 to be processed;

supporting rollers 17 are mounted at two ends of the frame 1 through a first vertical frame 16, and pressing rollers 19 are mounted at two ends of a processing table of the frame 1 through a second vertical frame 18.

The pressure roller 19 is arranged on the upper part of the second vertical frame 18 through an upper and lower adjusting screw rod.

The inner wall of the circular groove of the groove shell 112 is fixedly sleeved with a wear-resistant metal ring 116.

An anti-dropping fixing block 117 for placing the wear-resistant metal ring 116 to be eccentrically separated is fixedly arranged on the outer end face of the groove shell 112 contacted with the side plate of the H steel 20 to be processed.

The cylindrical disk 113 is made of a high-wear-resistant metal material.

The working process is as follows:

inserting H steel 20 to be processed between a first roller 6 and a second roller 13 at an inlet end of the H steel processing device until the end part of the H steel extends into between the first roller 6 and the second roller 13 at an outlet end, controlling an upper thrust conduction device 11 and a lower thrust conduction device 11 of a fixed frame 10 to be respectively positioned in an upper groove and a lower groove of the H steel at the moment, controlling a piston rod of a first thrust cylinder 9 to extend outwards according to the angle requirement of the H steel coil to be processed, pushing a press roller push table 7 to be close to the H steel until a press roller 8 is tightly attached to the H steel and locally bends the H steel to a specific radian, then controlling two second thrust cylinders 14 to push two moving tables 12 until two second rollers 13 contact with a side plate of the H steel, at the moment, engaging a vertical shaft of the second roller 13 with a synchronous gear set 15 corresponding to a roller shaft 2 at the upper end of the first roller 6, starting the second motor and the two first motors, simultaneously starting the press roller 8, the two first rollers 6 and the two second rollers 13 to rotate to drive the H steel to slowly move, and is pressed into a specific radian by a press roller in the moving process;
