1. A paper sheet accumulation apparatus comprising:

an accumulation section in which paper sheets are accumulated;

an impeller that sends the paper sheets to the accumulating section; and

a support mechanism supporting the impeller, wherein

The support mechanism includes:

a first rotating shaft rotatably supporting the impeller;

a support member provided with the first rotation shaft;

a second rotation shaft that rotatably supports the support member in a direction in which the support member moves toward and away from the accumulation section; and

a biasing member that biases the support member in a direction in which the impeller moves toward the sheets accumulated in the accumulation portion.

2. The paper sheet accumulating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

a pivot detection portion that detects that the support member has pivoted to a predetermined pivot position on the second rotation shaft; and

a controller that controls a rotational drive of the impeller, wherein

When the pivot detection portion detects that the support member has pivoted to the predetermined pivot position, control is performed to stop the rotational drive of the impeller.

3. The paper sheet accumulating apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

a lower end detection unit that detects that the placement table of the accumulation unit has reached a lower end position; and

a controller that controls a rotational drive of the impeller, wherein

The controller controls to continue the rotational driving of the impeller when the lower end detection portion detects that the placing table has reached the lower end position with accumulation of the paper sheets.

4. The paper sheet accumulating apparatus according to claim 1,

the impeller includes a plurality of blades each formed of a metal plate, and the plurality of blades have elasticity to press the paper sheets accumulated in the accumulation section.

5. The paper accumulating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein,

the plurality of blades of the impeller includes: a plurality of bends that are bent at intervals along a longitudinal axis of the plurality of blades; and a plurality of flat portions formed at both sides of each bent portion.

6. A method of controlling a sheet stacking apparatus, the method comprising the steps of:

causing the impeller to send the paper to the accumulation section;

accumulating the paper sheets on a placing table of the accumulating section, and causing a lower end detecting section to detect that the placing table has reached a lower end with the accumulation of the paper sheets; and

causing a pivot detecting section to detect that a support member has been pivoted on a second rotation shaft to a predetermined pivot position by a support mechanism including a first rotation shaft rotatably supporting the impeller, the support member provided with the first rotation shaft, the second rotation shaft rotatably supporting the support member in a direction in which the support member moves toward and away from the accumulation section, and a biasing section biasing the support member in a direction in which the impeller moves toward the sheets accumulated in the accumulation section;

controlling to continue the rotational driving of the impeller even after the lower end detecting section detects that the placing table of the accumulating section has reached a lower end position with the accumulation of the paper sheets; and

when the pivot detection portion detects that the support member has pivoted to the predetermined pivot position, control is performed to stop the rotational drive of the impeller.

The invention relates to a paper accumulation device and a control method of the paper accumulation device.

Background

For example, a bill handling apparatus used as an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) or the like includes a bill accumulating device that stores therein bills collected by the bill handling apparatus. Such a banknote accumulation device includes: an accumulation unit for accumulating banknotes; and an impeller for sending the paper money to the accumulation part.

Technical problem

In the above-described banknote accumulation device, for example, accumulation of banknotes having wrinkles or wrinkles causes the banknotes to be bulky in the accumulation section, which causes a problem in that the amount of storage in the accumulation section is reduced according to the state of deformation of the accumulated banknotes.

Therefore, in the banknote accumulation device according to the related art, the pressing member presses the banknotes accumulated in the accumulation unit, thereby suppressing a decrease in the amount of storage of the banknotes accumulated in the accumulation unit. However, in this banknote accumulation device, since the pressing member and the driving mechanism for driving the pressing member are provided, there is a disadvantage that the size of the banknote accumulation device increases and the structure is complicated.

In view of the above circumstances, the technology disclosed herein has been made, and an object of the disclosed technology is to provide a paper sheet accumulation apparatus and a control method of the paper sheet accumulation apparatus that allow simplification of a structure for suppressing a reduction in the amount of storage of paper sheets accumulated in an accumulation section.

Technical scheme for solving problems

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, according to one aspect, a sheet accumulating apparatus disclosed in the present application includes: an accumulation section in which paper sheets are accumulated; an impeller that sends the paper sheets to the accumulating section; and a support mechanism that supports the impeller, wherein the support mechanism includes: a first rotating shaft rotatably supporting the impeller; a support member provided with the first rotation shaft; a second rotation shaft that rotatably supports the support member in a direction in which the support member moves toward and away from the accumulation section; and a biasing member that biases the supporting member in a direction in which the impeller moves toward the sheets accumulated in the accumulating portion.

Advantageous effects of the invention

With the paper sheet accumulation device according to the aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to simplify the configuration for suppressing a decrease in the amount of storage of paper sheets accumulated in the accumulation section.
