1. A tractor assembly auxiliary tool, which assembles an assembled component with a threaded hole on which an internal thread part is formed on a rotating shaft,

the auxiliary assembly tool of the traction machine is provided with a main body and a connecting mechanism,

an external thread part screwed with the internal thread part is formed on the periphery of the main body,

the connection mechanism connects the main body to an end of the rotary shaft so as to be coaxial with the rotary shaft and to be rotatable with respect to the rotary shaft.

2. The hoisting machine assembly aid according to claim 1, wherein,

the connecting mechanism has a shaft member which is inserted through a through hole penetrating the body in an axial direction and is attached to the end portion of the rotating shaft,

the main body rotates about the shaft member.

3. The hoisting machine assembly aid of claim 2, wherein,

the shaft member is supported by a pair of bearings disposed at both axial end portions of the main body,

of the pair of bearings, at least the bearing disposed on the side opposite to the rotating shaft is a thrust bearing.

4. The hoisting machine assembly aid of claim 3, wherein,

the thrust bearing abuts against the end of the rotating shaft.

5. A hoisting machine assembling method for assembling an auxiliary using the hoisting machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,

the hoisting machine assembling method comprises:

a first step of connecting the main body of the hoisting machine assembly jig to the end of the rotating shaft;

a 2 nd step of screwing the female screw portion of the assembled member to the male screw portion of the main body;

a 3 rd step of rotating the main body with respect to the rotary shaft to move the assembled member in an axial direction of the main body;

a 4 th step of assembling the assembled member to the rotary shaft; and

and a 5 th step of detaching the main body from the rotary shaft.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a hoist assembly jig for an elevator in which a sheave around which a main rope is wound is rotated to move a car chamber up and down, and a method of assembling a hoist using the hoist assembly jig.

Background

Conventionally, in assembling a hoisting machine of an elevator, in a work of assembling a frame having a rotor or a housing having a stator on a rotating shaft, the center of the rotating shaft and the center in the radial direction of the frame or the housing may be displaced by the attraction force of the rotor and the stator, and the workability may be poor.

Accordingly, the following techniques are disclosed: a plurality of guide rollers are mounted on the inner side of the frame of the rotor, and the guide rollers are arranged along the outer periphery of the stator, so that the center of the rotating shaft and the center of the frame of the rotor are not deviated. In addition, the following techniques are also disclosed: an external thread portion is formed on one end side of the rotating shaft, an internal thread portion that is screwed with the external thread portion is formed in the center of the boss portion of the frame, and the external thread portion is screwed with the internal thread portion, whereby the center of the rotating shaft and the center of the frame are not displaced (see, for example, patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

The prior art has the following problems.

In the case of a large elevator, the size of the frame is large, and the weight of the frame is heavy. Therefore, in a state where the frame is suspended by a crane or the like, the worker aligns the frame with the rotary shaft and assembles the frame to the rotary shaft.

However, the structure disclosed in patent document 1 in which a plurality of guide rollers are provided on the frame has a problem that the number of parts of the frame increases and the cost increases. In addition, in the structure in which the external thread portion of the rotating shaft is screwed with the internal thread portion of the frame, the rotating shaft or the frame having a weight must be assembled while rotating, and the burden on the operator is large.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a hoisting machine assembly jig and a hoisting machine assembly method using the same, which can reduce the burden on an operator with a simple configuration.

Means for solving the problems

The present invention relates to a hoist assembly jig in which an assembly member having a threaded hole is assembled to a rotary shaft, the threaded hole having a female screw portion formed therein, the hoist assembly jig including a main body having an outer screw portion formed on an outer periphery thereof to be screwed into the female screw portion, and a coupling mechanism for coupling the main body to an end portion of the rotary shaft coaxially with the rotary shaft and rotatably with respect to the rotary shaft.

Effects of the invention

The invention provides a tractor assembly auxiliary tool, which enables a main body of the tractor assembly auxiliary tool to be arranged between a shell and a rotating shaft of a tractor, and positions the center of the shell and the center of the rotating shaft. Then, only the main body of the hoisting machine assembly jig is rotated, thereby moving the housing in the axial direction. Thus, the rotating shaft and the housing can be assembled with a simple structure without being affected by the attraction force between the rotor and the stator. Therefore, the burden on the operator can be reduced.
