Background

Bacterial, fungal, viral infections have been an important part of the threat to human health. Laboratory diagnosis is a major method for diagnosing these infectious disease pathogens in hospitals, and medical examiners play a crucial role. However, many of these pathogens are transmitted by aerosols, and the centrifuge of a hospital laboratory is a concern that aerosol generation can lead to infection of the laboratory personnel. Therefore, the invention of the aerosol adsorption purification centrifuge is applied to the clinical laboratory to protect the safety of clinical laboratory workers and is of great importance.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present invention is directed to an aerosol particle adsorption purification centrifuge that avoids the above disadvantages.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. As shown in fig. 1, an aerosol particle adsorption purification centrifuge is divided into two working systems: a centrifugal system and an aerosol particle adsorption purification system. The centrifugal system comprises a centrifugal machine shell 1, a centrifugal machine inner container 2, a rotor motor 3 and a rotary drum 5. The aerosol particle adsorption and purification system comprises a FH50-B-13L-30 miniature centrifugal blower 6, an LH-50S pipeline fan 7, a HEPA filter, an air blowing air duct 11 consisting of a PU air pipe and an exhaust air duct 12.

The inner space of the centrifugal system is divided into an inner cavity and an outer cavity by combining the outer shell 1 of the centrifugal machine and the inner container 2 of the centrifugal machine. The inner cavity mainly comprises a transmission rod 4 of a rotor motor 3 and two pairs of rotary drums 5 connected to the transmission rod 4, the inner container 2 is coupled with the centrifuge shell 1 at the opening of the inner cavity, so that the whole inner container 2 is in a suspended state, and the lower half part of the centrifuge shell 1 and gaps of about 50mm around the centrifuge shell 1 and the inner container 2 are reserved as outer cavities. The lower half part of the outer cavity mainly contains a rotor motor 3 for providing power for centrifugation, two air blowing fans 6, an exhaust fan 7 and PU pipes forming an air blowing air duct 11 and an exhaust air duct 12.

The aerosol particle adsorption purification system is mainly positioned in an outer cavity and consists of two air blowing fans 6, an exhaust fan 7, a HEPA filter, an air blowing air duct 11 and an exhaust air duct 12. FH50-B-13L-30 is a nearly circular miniature centrifugal air blower with a diameter of about 50mm, a thickness of 20 mm, a power supply of 12V DC voltage, a rated power of 4.2W and an air volume of 0.3m3And/min, the wind pressure is 150kPa, and air is blown into the cavity from the periphery and the lower part through the air blowing air duct 11. The LH-50S exhaust fan is a cylindrical pipeline exhaust fan, the length of the column is 100mm, the sectional area of the column is 50mm, the power is supplied by using 12V direct current voltage, the rated power is 6W, and the air volume is 0.6m3And/min, the air pressure is 330kPa, the air in the inner cavity is pumped into a HEPA filter for filtering through the front half part of the exhaust air duct 12, and finally the air is exhausted to the atmosphere through the rear exhaust air duct 12. The HEPA filter is a disposable dry type high-efficiency air filter, is made of laminated borosilicate microfiber, has an adsorption efficiency of 97% on aerosol particles with a diameter of more than 0.3 μm in air, and is directly 50mm by using a circular HEPA filter in the embodiment. The air blowing air duct 11 and the exhaust air duct 12 mainly use PU pipes with the inner diameter of 4mm and the outer diameter of 6mm, the use bursting pressure is greater than 1MPa, and the HEPA filter is positioned at the front end of the exhaust air duct and used for adsorbing and purifying air containing aerosol particles.

Two air blowing fans 6 and an exhaust fan 7 are paved at the bottom of the outer cavity. Four air blowing air ports 8 are formed in the side wall of the inner container of the centrifuge, two air blowing air ports 8 with symmetrical circle centers are formed right below the inner container, each air blowing air port is a six-hole air port, the rear portion of each air port is in a horn-shaped design and is connected to an air blowing air duct 11PU pipe, and the PU pipe is arranged on the peripheral gap of the outer cavity and is finally connected to two air blowing fans 6. Two air blowing air ports 8 at the bottom of the inner container 2 are blown by one air blowing fan, and the air blowing air ports 8 of the side wall fan are supplied by the other air blowing fan 6, so that a strong ascending air flow is finally formed. The centrifuge housing 1 is provided with an air inlet 13 for the suction of the blower 6.

Four exhaust air ports 10 are symmetrically arranged on the inner surface of an upper cover 9 of the centrifuge in a circle center mode, the exhaust air ports 10 are six air ports, a HEPA filter (not shown in the figure) is fixed behind each air port, the air ports are in a horn-shaped design and are connected to PU pipes of the exhaust air channels, PU pipe supports are arranged on peripheral gaps of an outer cavity and extend downwards, the PU pipe supports are finally connected to an air suction inlet of an exhaust fan 7, and an outlet of the exhaust fan 7 is connected to an air exhaust port 14 of a centrifuge shell 1. A circle of rubber ring is designed at the position of the 9 opening of the centrifuge cover, so that the space of the inner container 2 is not in direct contact with the atmosphere when the centrifuge works, and aerosol does not leak. The blowing and suction tuyeres are 50mm circular in shape as a whole, and each air hole in the tuyeres is 10mm circular.

Laboratory operating personnel uncap after with the sample balancing and start centrifugation, and rotary drum 5 rotates the centrifugation under rotor motor 3 drives, and air-blowing motor 6 and exhaust motor 7 begin work after the centrifugation finishes. Two air-blowing fans 6 are connected to 6 blast ports of 4 inner container side walls and 2 at the bottom through 6 PU pipes, and blast air into the inner container of the centrifuge. An exhaust fan is connected to 4 air suction ports 10 above the centrifuge cover through 4 PU pipes to start air suction, HEPA filters are respectively arranged on the 4 air suction ports 10, when air containing aerosol particles passes through the filters, the aerosol particles are adsorbed by the HEPA filters, and the purified air is exhausted to the atmosphere through an exhaust port 14 on the centrifuge shell 1 under the action of the exhaust fan 7. This process will last about 20s, can guarantee to adsorb the aerosol that produces in the centrifugation process completely, reaches the purpose to the air purification of centrifuge inner chamber, realizes preventing the function of aerosol loss.

The aerosol particle adsorption purification centrifuge provided by the invention has the advantages of scientific and reasonable design, simple and convenient operation, capability of completely adsorbing the aerosol generated in the centrifugation process, capability of completely purifying the air in the centrifuge on the basis of ensuring safety through the matching work of the air blowing fan, the exhaust fan and the HEPA filter, capability of preventing the dissipation of the aerosol, and capability of well meeting the requirements of practical application.
