1. A pen, comprising:

a pen barrel comprising:

a barrel housing: and

a screw thread part arranged on the pen tube shell;

a connection structure comprising:

an elastic element clamping part arranged on the main body;

a pen cap, comprising:

a pen cap housing; and

the elastic piece corresponds to the clamping part and is arranged on the pen cap shell; and

and two ends of the elastic piece are respectively clamped and fixed with the elastic piece clamping and fixing part and the elastic piece corresponding clamping and fixing part.

2. The pen of claim 1, wherein the connecting structure further comprises at least one connecting structure through hole disposed in the main body; the pen cap further comprises at least one pen cap through hole, the at least one pen cap through hole is arranged in the pen cap shell, and the position of the at least one pen cap through hole corresponds to the at least one connecting structure through hole.

3. The pen of claim 2, further comprising a detent passing through the at least one connection structure through hole and the at least one cap through hole.

4. The pen of claim 2, wherein the at least one connection structure through hole is located between the corresponding threaded portion and the elastic member fastening portion.

5. The pen of claim 2, wherein the at least one connecting structure through hole has a size greater than the at least one cap through hole.

6. The pen as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pen barrel further comprises a positioning portion, and the pen cap further comprises a corresponding positioning portion, the shape of the positioning portion corresponding to the corresponding positioning portion.

7. The pen of claim 6, wherein the barrel further comprises a molding, and the cap further comprises a corresponding molding; when the positioning part is combined with the corresponding positioning part, the modeling part is aligned with the corresponding modeling part.

8. The pen of claim 7, wherein the shape of the shaping portion is a plane.

9. The pen of claim 1, further comprising a battery located within the barrel.

10. The pen of claim 9, further comprising a conductive elastic member, the conductive elastic member being connected to the battery.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a pen, in particular to a pen with a pen tube of a non-circular tube shape.

Background

A general ball-point pen, a stylus pen or a touch pen has a circular tube type pen body and a pen cap, wherein a pen core, an ink tube, a spring or electronic parts are installed in the circular tube type pen body, and one end of the pen body has a screw thread. The pen cap is also provided with screw threads which can be combined with the screw threads of the pen body, and the pen core, the ink tube, the spring or the electronic part can also be arranged in the pen cap; by combining the pen cap and the pen body, the appearance of the pen can be in a round tube shape.

However, some pens are designed to have a special appearance, such as a regular hexagon, and the pen body and the pen cap are also designed to be a corresponding regular hexagon. Therefore, the screw threads of the pen body and the pen cap with special shapes need to be subjected to very fine calculation and hardware processing, so that when the screw threads of the pen body and the pen cap are mutually rotated to the bottom, the regular hexagonal shells of the pen body and the pen cap are just mutually aligned; therefore, for the pen with special shape or non-circular tube shape, the traditional screw structure of the pen body and the pen cap can greatly increase the design and manufacturing cost.

Therefore, there is a need for a new pen that can be manufactured at a reduced cost and easily assembled into a particular configuration.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a pen with a non-circular-tube-shaped pen tube.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pen including a pen barrel, a connecting structure, a pen cap and an elastic member. The pen tube comprises a pen tube shell and a thread part. The thread part is arranged on the pen tube shell. The connecting structure comprises a main body, a corresponding thread part and an elastic piece clamping part. The corresponding screw part is arranged on the main body and combined with the screw part. The elastic piece clamping part is arranged on the main body. The pen cap comprises a pen cap shell and an elastic piece corresponding to the clamping part. The elastic piece is arranged on the pen cap shell corresponding to the clamping part. The two ends of the elastic piece are respectively clamped with the elastic piece clamping part and the elastic piece corresponding clamping part.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the connection structure further includes at least one connection structure via disposed in the main body; the pen cap further comprises at least one pen cap through hole, the at least one pen cap through hole is formed in the pen cap shell, and the position of the at least one pen cap through hole corresponds to the at least one connecting structure through hole.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pen further includes a locking pin passing through the at least one connection structure through hole and the at least one cap through hole.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the at least one connection structure through hole is located between the corresponding threaded portion and the elastic member fastening portion.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the size of the at least one connection structure through hole is larger than the size of the at least one cap through hole.

Detailed Description

In order to better understand the technical content of the present invention, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the embodiments are only used as examples and do not limit the scope of the present invention. In addition, some components are omitted from the drawings in the embodiments to clearly show the technical features of the invention. The same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like elements.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a pen according to an embodiment of the present invention is described. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a pen according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a pen in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of a pen according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the pen 1 has the effects of reducing the manufacturing cost and allowing an assembler to easily assemble the housing into a special shape (for example, the housing is a non-circular tube). The pen 1 is, for example, a touch pen, but the type is not limited thereto, and the pen 1 may also be a laser pen, a ball-point pen, an automatic pen, or other pen-like devices. The pen 1 includes a pen barrel 10, a connecting structure 20, a cap 30, an elastic member 40, a click pin 50, a conductive elastic member 60, and a battery 70.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the pen barrel 10 is used to cooperate with the pen cap 30 to accommodate the internal components of the pen 1. The pen barrel 10 includes a barrel housing 11, a threaded portion 12, a positioning portion 13 and a molding portion 14. The pen tube housing 11 is a hollow tube, the inner wall of the hollow tube is a circular tube structure, and the outer wall is a non-circular tube structure. The barrel housing 11 is used to house the internal components of the pen 1. The threaded portion 12 is an internal thread and is disposed inside the pen barrel housing 11 toward one end of the cap 30. The positioning portion 13 is a groove, and the positioning portion 13 is disposed at an end of the pen barrel housing 11 facing the pen cap 30. The modeling part 14 is a plane and is arranged on the pen tube shell 11; however, the shape of the shaping portion 14 is not limited to a flat surface, and may be changed to another shape according to the design requirement.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the connection structure 20 is used to couple the pen barrel 10 and the pen cap 30 and adjust a coupling angle between the pen barrel 10 and the pen cap 30. The connecting structure 20 includes a main body 21, a corresponding threaded portion 22, two connecting structure through holes 23, and an elastic member fastening portion 24. The main body 21 is a cylinder which can be inserted into the combined pen barrel 10 and pen cap 30. The corresponding thread part 22 is a ring with external threads, and is arranged at one end of the main body 21 facing the pen holder 10, and the corresponding thread part 22 is used for being combined with the thread part 12; however, the types of the screw portion 12 and the counter screw portion 22 are not limited to the above, and the counter screw portion 22 may be changed to an internal screw and the screw portion 12 may be changed to an external screw. Two connecting structure through holes 23 are disposed in the main body 21, and the connecting structure through holes 23 are used for accommodating the pins 50. Two connecting structure through holes 23 are located between the corresponding thread portion 22 and the elastic element clamping portion 24; however, the number of the connecting-structure through holes 23 is not limited to two, and in other embodiments, the number of the connecting-structure through holes 23 may be changed to one. The elastic member fixing portion 24 is an arc-shaped groove disposed on one side of the main body 21 facing the cap 30, and the elastic member fixing portion 24 is used for fixing the elastic member 40. In the present embodiment, the elastic element 40 is a spring, but not limited thereto.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the cap 30 is used to couple with one end of the pen barrel 10 to accommodate the internal components of the pen 1 in cooperation with the pen barrel 10. The cap 30 includes a cap housing 31, two cap through holes 32, an elastic member corresponding locking portion 33, a corresponding positioning portion 34 and a corresponding shaping portion 35. The cap housing 31 is a hollow tube, the inner wall of the hollow tube is a circular tube structure, and the outer wall is a non-circular tube structure. The cap housing 31 serves to accommodate the internal components of the pen 1. The two pen cap through holes 32 are arranged in the pen cap shell 31, and the positions of the two pen cap through holes 32 respectively correspond to the two connecting structure through holes 23; however, the number of the cap through holes 32 is not limited to two, and may be changed to one. The size of the connecting structure through hole 23 is larger than that of the pen cap through hole 32. The cap through hole 32 is used for accommodating the bayonet 50. The elastic member is connected to the cap shell 31 corresponding to the fastening portion 33, and one end of the elastic member 40 can be wound around the elastic member to fasten the elastic member 40. In the embodiment, the elastic element corresponding fastening portion 33 is a drawing pin-shaped structure, but the shape and structure of the elastic element corresponding fastening portion 33 are not limited to the above. The positioning counterpart portion 34 is a convex point, and the groove shape of the positioning portion 13 and the convex point shape of the positioning counterpart portion 34 correspond to each other; the corresponding positioning portion 34 is used to combine with the positioning portion 13 for positioning. However, the types of the positioning portions 13 and the corresponding positioning portions 34 are not limited to the above, and the positioning portions 13 may be changed to a convex-point shape, and the corresponding positioning portions 34 may be changed to a concave-groove shape. The corresponding shaping portion 35 is a plane and is disposed on the cap housing 31. When the positioning portion 13 and the counterpart positioning portion 34 are coupled, the plane of the sculpting portion 14 is aligned with the plane of the counterpart sculpting portion 35. However, the shape of the corresponding shaping portion 35 is not limited to a flat surface, and may be changed to another shape according to the design requirement.

In an embodiment of the present invention, two ends of the elastic element 40 are respectively fastened to the circular arc-shaped groove of the fastening portion 24 of the elastic element and the pin-shaped structure of the fastening portion 33 corresponding to the elastic element. The elastic member 40 is used to provide elasticity to the connection structure 20 and the cap 30 so as to make the connection structure 20 and the cap 30 approach each other.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the detent 50 passes through the two coupling structure through holes 23 and the two cap through holes 32. The detent 50 is used to fix the position of the attachment structure 20 within the cap 30. The width of the bayonet 50 is approximately the same as the size of the pen cap through hole 32, so that the bayonet 50 can be mutually clamped and difficult to move after passing through the pen cap through hole 32; in addition, since the size of the through hole 23 of the connection structure is larger than that of the through hole 32 of the cap, the size of the through hole 23 of the connection structure is also larger than the width of the bayonet 50, so that the connection structure 20 can still slightly move relative to the bayonet 50 after the bayonet 50 passes through the through hole 23 of the connection structure. The cap 30 can also be moved slightly relative to the connecting structure 20 by the pin 50.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a battery 70 is located in the pen barrel 10, and the battery 70 is used to provide power required by the touch function of the pen 1. The conductive elastic member 60 is a negative spring, one end of the conductive elastic member 60 is connected to the battery 70, and the other end of the conductive elastic member 60 has a larger coil radius, and the end having the larger coil radius can be fastened to the inner side of the ring corresponding to the threaded portion 22. The conductive elastic member 60 is used to conduct the power of the battery 70 to the elements requiring power inside the pen 1.

When an assembler wants to assemble the pen 1 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the end of the conductive elastic member 60 with a larger coil radius may be first clamped to the inner side of the ring corresponding to the threaded portion 22, and the battery 70 may be placed in the pen barrel casing 11. Next, the assembling personnel can clamp one end of the elastic element 40 in the pin-shaped structure of the corresponding clamping part 33 of the elastic element, and clamp the other end of the elastic element 40 in the circular arc groove of the clamping part 24 of the elastic element. Next, the assembler can place a portion of the main body 21 into the cap housing 31 and align the two connecting structure through holes 23 with the two cap through holes 32, respectively. Next, the assembler can insert the bayonet 50 through the two connecting structure through holes 23 and the two cap through holes 32; in this way, the connection structure 20, the cap 30, the elastic member 40 and the latch 50 are coupled to each other, and the elastic pulling force of the elastic member 40 can draw the connection structure 20 and the cap 30 close to each other to be tightly coupled.

Finally, the assembler may rotate the corresponding screw portion 22 into the screw portion 12 to gradually bring the cap 30 closer to the barrel 10 until the groove of the positioning portion 13 and the convex point of the corresponding positioning portion 34 are engaged. When the positioning portion 13 and the corresponding positioning portion 34 are combined, the plane of the modeling portion 14 will be aligned with the plane of the corresponding modeling portion 35, so that the outlines of the pen barrel 10 and the pen cap 30 are matched with each other. In addition, since the size of the coupling structure through-hole 23 is larger than the bayonet 50, the bayonet 50 can move slightly relative to the coupling structure 20; that is, in the case where the corresponding thread part 22 has been rotated to the bottom with respect to the thread part 12, and the plane of the modeling part 14 is not aligned with the plane of the corresponding modeling part 35 yet (i.e. the outer shapes of the pen barrel 10 and the pen cap 30 are not matched with each other yet), the pen cap 30 can still be slightly moved by the movable space between the click pin 50 and the connecting structure through hole 23 to finely adjust the position of the corresponding positioning part 34, so that the positioning part 13 and the corresponding positioning part 34 are fitted to each other, and the plane of the modeling part 14 can be aligned with the plane of the corresponding modeling part 35. Therefore, excessive fine calculation and hardware processing are not required in designing and manufacturing the thread rotation angle between the corresponding threaded portion 22 and the threaded portion 12; the structural error corresponding to the rotation angle of the thread between the threaded portion 22 and the threaded portion 12 can still be compensated by the fine tuning effect generated by the active space between the bayonet 50 and the coupling structure through hole 23.

By means of the structural design of the pen 1, the design and manufacturing cost of the corresponding thread part and the thread part can be reduced, and assembling personnel can easily assemble the shell into a special shape.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only examples, and are not limited to the examples. For example, without departing from the basic framework of the invention, the scope of the invention shall be determined by the scope of the claims that follow.
