Technical Field
The present invention relates to a packaging box that can be easily opened, a blank board for the packaging box, and a package.
Background
Conventionally, in a package box having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and a height lower than the length of the short sides of the top surface portion and the bottom surface portion, a linear fracture line extending in the longitudinal direction is provided in the longitudinal surface portion (side surface extending in the longitudinal direction) as a structure for opening. In such a packaging box, the following problems arise: when a load is applied to the top surface portion during assembly by a wrapping type container loader or the like, the top surface portion is accidentally bent at a linear fracture line provided in the longitudinal surface portion. In addition, in this packaging box, there is a problem that the opening force is difficult to be transmitted in the longitudinal direction in which the breaking line extends.
Here, patent document 1 describes that the fracture line in the long surface portion is formed in a wave shape, and the fracture initiation portion is provided in the trough portion of the wave shape. This prevents the breaking line from being bent during assembly, and the opening force can be effectively used from the valley portion of the wavy breaking line along the crest portion.

However, patent document 1 has the following problems. The first problem is that, as the unsealing operation, first, the opening portion of the fracture line is rotated and lifted while being held by a finger, but the unsealing force is not easily along the wave-shaped fracture line, and therefore, is concentrated above the opening portion, and the opening portion may be chipped (hereinafter, referred to as "chipping above the opening portion"). A second problem is that, since the breaking line has a wavy shape, the opening force is hard to be transmitted across the crest of the breaking line, and the cutting along the breaking line from the opening portion is stopped in the vicinity of the crest, so that the opening is hard to be easily performed (hereinafter, referred to as "separation stop in the vicinity of the crest").

The operation of opening the packaging box 10 when taking out the article 70 stored in the packaging box 10 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 to 9. First, in the unopened state of the packaging box 10 shown in fig. 4, the user's fingertips are pushed into the tab-shaped breakage start portions Cs formed in the valley portions of the first breakage line C1 (see hollow arrow a in fig. 4). Here, the fracture start portion Cs is configured by narrowing the interval between the cuts and making the length of the cut relatively long, and therefore, as shown in fig. 5, the fracture is caused by a small pushing force to form the opening 40. Thereafter, the fingertip is further pushed into the fracture start portion Cs, and the fracture start portion Cs is bent inward of the package 10 via the holding score line Rs. At this time, the opening operation can be performed more stably by bringing a part of the thumb or palm into contact with the first edge L1 and the

In the upper half of the package box 10 thus divided, although not shown, the pair of fourth edges L4 and the pair of sixth edges L6 are similarly provided with the upper third fracture line C3 a. Accordingly, when the package box 10 divided vertically is removed, the upper third breaking line C3a and the lower third breaking line C3b are cut, so that the package box can be stored as recyclable waste without increasing its volume.
