1. A method of knitting a double-sided cloth with cut loops, the double-sided cloth with cut loops consisting of a first face layer and a second face layer connected to the first face layer, the second face layer forming a plurality of cut loops on a side remote from the first face layer, the circular knitting machine having two needle beds disposed correspondingly, the method comprising the steps of:

knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first face layer using one of the needle beds;

knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using the other needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns on the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet connected with the bottom yarn tissue respectively, wherein the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue form the second surface layer; and

an interweaving step: and simultaneously knitting by using the two needle beds, and connecting the first face layer with the second face layer by using a plurality of connecting yarns to form the double-sided cloth with the cut loop pile.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein in the step of knitting the second face layer, two yarns are fed to one of the needle beds in knitting, one of the two yarns is knitted into the ground yarn structure, and the other of the two yarns is connected to the ground yarn structure and provided with a hook yarn and a hang yarn to form one of the loops.

3. The method of knitting double-sided cloth with cut loop pile with a circular knitting machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein one of the yarns forming the loop is a wool yarn.

A method of knitting a double-sided cloth with loop cut pile with a circular knitting machine, the double-sided cloth with loop cut pile being composed of a first face layer and a second face layer connected to the first face layer, the second face layer being formed with a plurality of loop cut piles on a side away from the first face layer, the circular knitting machine having two needle beds disposed correspondingly, the method comprising the steps of:

knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using one needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns on the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet respectively connected with the bottom yarn tissue, and forming the second surface layer by using the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue;

knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first face layer using the other needle bed; and

an interweaving step: and simultaneously knitting by using the two needle beds, and connecting the first face layer with the second face layer by using a plurality of connecting yarns to form the double-sided cloth with the cut loop pile.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein in the step of knitting the second face layer, two yarns are fed to one of the needle beds in knitting, one of the two yarns is knitted into the ground yarn weave, and the other of the two yarns is connected to the ground yarn weave and provided with a hook yarn and a hang yarn to form one of the loops.

6. The method of knitting double-sided cloth with cut loop pile with a circular knitting machine according to claim 4 or 5, wherein one of the yarns forming the loop is a wool yarn.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a knitting method of a circular knitting machine, in particular to a method for knitting double-sided cloth with cut loops by using the circular knitting machine.

Background

However, the fabrics woven by the above patents only have one side, so that the manufacturers need to make a double-sided fabric with cut loop pile by bonding another single-sided fabric in order to increase the fullness, heat retention or tissue diversity of the fabrics.

In addition, the adhesion of the two single-sided fabrics needs to be implemented by glue, and in order to meet the basic requirements that the fabrics can be cleaned for multiple times, the glue needs to have stronger viscosity. As a result, the phase change leads to increased toxicity of the glue, which makes it more sensitive to skin and sensitive consumers more likely to develop allergic problems. In addition, the above-mentioned glues are more chemical compounds, which, if discharged improperly into the surrounding environment, would lead to the occurrence of environmental pollution.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to solve the problem that the double-sided cloth with cut loop pile cannot be woven at one time and needs additional processing.

The invention has the secondary purpose that the double-sided cloth with the cut loop pile is not bonded by glue, so that the harm of glue residue to human health is avoided.

To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for knitting a double-sided cloth with cut loops by a circular knitting machine, the double-sided cloth with cut loops comprises a first surface layer and a second surface layer connected to the first surface layer, the second surface layer forms a plurality of cut loops on a side far away from the first surface layer, the circular knitting machine has two corresponding needle beds, the method comprises the steps of:

knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first surface layer by using one of the needle beds;

knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using the other needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns of the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet respectively connected with the bottom yarn tissue, wherein the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue form the second surface layer; and

an interweaving step: the two needle beds are used for knitting simultaneously, and the first surface layer is connected with the second surface layer by a plurality of connecting yarns to knit the double-sided cloth with the cut loop velvet.

In one embodiment, in the step of knitting the second face layer, two yarns are fed to one of the needle beds in knitting, one of the two yarns is knitted into the ground yarn weave, and the other yarn is connected with the ground yarn weave and subjected to yarn hooking and yarn hanging to form one of the loops.

In one embodiment, one of the yarns forming the loops is a wool yarn.

In addition to the above embodiments, the present invention also provides another method for knitting the double-sided cloth with cut loops, the method comprising the steps of:

knitting a second surface layer: knitting a bottom yarn tissue and a plurality of yarn rings connected with the bottom yarn tissue by using one needle bed, driving a plurality of cutters arranged on the same needle bed to cut yarns of the yarn rings to form a plurality of cut loop velvet respectively connected with the bottom yarn tissue, and forming the second surface layer by the cut loop velvet and the bottom yarn tissue;

knitting a first surface layer: knitting the first surface layer by using one of the needle beds; and

an interweaving step: the two needle beds are used for knitting simultaneously, and the first surface layer is connected with the second surface layer by a plurality of connecting yarns to knit the double-sided cloth with the cut loop velvet.

Through the implementation of the invention, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics: the method of the invention leads the double-sided cloth with the cut loop velvet to be directly woven by the circular knitting machine, thereby simplifying the production procedure of the double-sided cloth with the cut loop velvet. In addition, the double-sided cloth with the cut loop pile does not need to use glue to adhere the two cloth layers, so that the harm of glue residual substances to the health of a human body is avoided.

Detailed Description

The present invention is described in detail and technical content with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a method 10 for knitting a double-sided cloth with cut loops by a circular knitting machine, first explaining the double-sided cloth with cut loops 20 to be knitted according to the present invention, wherein the double-sided cloth with cut loops 20 is composed of a first face layer 21 and a second face layer 22 connected to the first face layer 21, and further, the second face layer 22 is composed of a ground yarn structure 221 and a plurality of cut loops 222 connected to the ground yarn structure 221. In addition, the ground weave 221 is herein referred to as being produced by interweaving one yarn 223, while the cut loops 222 are each formed by looping another yarn 224 and then cutting. Furthermore, a circular knitting machine 30 for carrying out the method 10 according to the invention comprises two needle beds 31, 32, the two needle beds 31, 32 being arranged in correspondence, as shown in fig. 3. In addition, a plurality of knitting needles 311, 321 are disposed on the two needle beds 31, 32, and one of the needle beds 32 to be used for knitting the second face layer 22 further has a plurality of sinkers 322 for hanging yarn, a plurality of hooking needles 323 for hanging yarn by matching with the sinkers 322, and a plurality of cutters 324. In one embodiment, each of the cutters 324 may be integrally formed with one of the needles 321.

In this embodiment, with reference to fig. 1, the method 10 includes:

knitting a first surface layer step 11: knitting the first face layer 21 using one of the needle beds 31;

knitting a second facing layer step 12: knitting the ground stitch 221 and a plurality of loops 225 connected with the ground stitch 221 by using another needle bed 32, driving the cutters 324 arranged on the same needle bed 32 to cut the loops 225 to form the cut loops 222 respectively connected with the ground stitch 221, wherein the cut loops 222 and the ground stitch 221 form the second face layer 22; and

and an interleaving step 13: the first face layer 21 and the second face layer 22 are connected by a plurality of connecting yarns 23 by simultaneously knitting with the two needle beds 31 and 32 to form the double-sided cloth 20 with cut loop pile.

Further explaining the method 10 of the present invention, at the beginning of knitting, one of the needle beds 31 configured to knit the first face layer 21 is set to knit the first face layer 21 with the needles 311 based on the cloth pattern. Subsequently, in the step 12 of knitting the second fabric, another needle bed 32 is used to knit the second fabric 22, during the knitting process, the needle bed 32 is fed with two yarns 223, 224, wherein one yarn 223 is knitted into the ground yarn structure 221 by the needles 321, and the other yarn 224 is hooked and hung by one of the hooks 323 and hung on one of the sinkers 322 corresponding to the hook 323, besides being connected to the ground yarn structure 221 by the needles 321, so as to form one of the loops 225. Thereafter, the needle bed 32 drives one of the cutters 324 to cut the loop 225 hanging on the sinker 322, so that the loop 225 is cut to form one of the cut loops 222 connected to the ground weave 221. Further, the length of the cut loop pile 222 is determined by the length of the yarn hooked by one of the yarn hooking needles 323 when the loop 225 is formed. In another aspect of the present invention, one of the yarns 224 used to form the loops 225 is a wool yarn. After the knitting of the second face layer 22 is completed, the knitting process proceeds to the interlacing step 13, in which the two needle beds 31 and 32 of the circular knitting machine 30 are simultaneously driven to connect the first face layer 21 and the second face layer 22 by half-needle interlacing or full-needle interlacing the connecting yarns 23, as shown in fig. 2.

Moreover, the method 10 of the present invention can be performed in another embodiment besides the above embodiments. Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment, the method 40 includes the steps of:

knitting the second facing 41: knitting the ground stitch 221 and the loops 225 connected with the ground stitch 221 by using one of the needle beds 32, driving the cutters 324 disposed on the same needle bed 32 to cut the loops 225 to form the cut loops 222 respectively connected with the ground stitch 221, and forming the second face layer 22 by the cut loops 222 and the ground stitch 221;

knitting the first facing 42: knitting the first face layer 21 using the other needle bed 31; and

an interleaving step 43: the first face layer 21 and the second face layer 22 are connected by the connecting yarns 23 by using the two needle beds 31 and 32 to knit the double-faced fabric 20 with cut loop pile.

In summary, the method 40 disclosed in the present embodiment and the method 20 disclosed in the previous embodiment only differ in the weaving sequence of the first surface layer 21 and the second surface layer 22, which can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art, and thus, the description thereof is omitted herein.

In summary, the method 10 (or 40) of the present invention enables the double-sided cloth 20 with cut loops to be directly knitted by the circular knitting machine 30, thereby solving the problem of complicated production process derived from the conventional manufacturing method. In addition, the double-sided cloth 20 with cut loop pile of the invention does not need to use glue to adhere two cloth layers, thereby avoiding the harm of glue residual substances to the health of human body.

In summary, the present invention is only a preferred embodiment, and the scope of the invention should not be limited by this, and all equivalent changes and modifications made in the claims of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
