As shown in figure 1, the hot-pressing method straw fiberization of the invention mainly comprises a raw material processing and wind power device 1, a raw material forced input device 2, a raw material pre-digester and heat supply device 3, a pre-hydrolyzate heat-preservation and pressure-maintaining discharging and conveying device 4, a pre-hydrolyzate hot-grinding unit 5, a grinding-hydrolyzate steam purification and recycling device 6, a grinding-hydrolyzate heat-preservation and pressure-maintaining discharging and conveying device 7, a grinding-hydrolyzate high-temperature and high-pressure solid-liquid separation and drying unit 8, a dried solid-phase wood fiber system 9, a liquid-phase processing and recycling system 10 and the like.

The implementation mode is as follows: plant resources and straw solid waste are prepared into production raw materials through raw material treatment and wind power equipment 1; the production raw material is input into the raw material pre-digester and the heat supply device 3 by the raw material forced input device 2 to produce pre-decomposition products; inputting the pre-decomposed product into a pre-decomposed product hot grinding unit 5 through a pre-decomposed product heat preservation and pressure maintaining discharging and conveying device 4 to obtain a ground decomposed product; meanwhile, steam produced by milling is input into the raw material pre-digester and the heat supply equipment 3 for use through the milling steam purification and conveying equipment 6; the ground material is conveyed into a ground material high-temperature high-pressure solid-liquid separation and drying unit 8 through ground material heat-preservation pressure-maintaining discharging and conveying equipment 7, and the obtained dried solid phase is wood fiber; the wood fiber is dried to form a commodity through a solid phase wood fiber system 9; the obtained liquid phase is recycled and treated by a liquid phase treatment and recycling system 10, and then is circularly recycled for the production and use of a raw material pre-digester and heat supply equipment 3 and a pre-decomposed substance hot mill unit 5 so as to realize closed circulation; thus, the clean production and the process cycle are completed.
