The plate gate valve as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper end of the connecting rod is provided with a convex edge along a radial direction, the upper end of the adjusting rod is located below the convex edge, and the lower end of the adjusting rod abuts against the two second bevel gears through the first bevel gear.

4. The plate gate valve of claim 1, wherein each valve plate is fixedly installed with a packing which is compressed against the first valve hole or the second valve hole when the gate valve is closed.

5. The plate gate valve of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the connecting rod is provided with a T-shaped slot and the upper end of the valve stem is provided with a T-shaped projection located within the T-shaped slot.

6. The plate gate valve of claim 1, wherein the inner sidewall of the square valve spool is provided with a sealing ring at the first valve hole and the second valve hole.

7. The plate valve of claim 1, wherein a first handle bar is fixedly mounted to an upper end of said adjustment bar; the lower end of the loop bar is fixedly provided with a second handle bar, and the lower end of the valve rod is fixedly provided with a hand wheel.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline valves, and particularly relates to a flat gate valve.

Background

The gate valve is the most important valve at present, and is widely used for the circulation and the stopping of media such as liquid, gas, dust and the like. Generally, the gate valve includes the valve body, and the valve body lower part has feed inlet and discharge gate, and the left end of feed inlet and the right-hand member of discharge gate all have sealed face, and the movive seal complex is equipped with the valve plate that can reciprocate and can not rotate between two sealed faces. Meanwhile, the upper part of the valve plate is connected with a valve rod, and the upper part of the valve rod is connected with a handle through a screw nut mechanism. After the handle rotates, the valve rod is driven to move up and down through the screw rod nut mechanism, then the valve plate moves up and down to seal or open the two sealing inclined planes, and finally the feed port and the discharge port are communicated or cut off. A flat gate valve is one of gate valves, and as a component for performing on/off and flow control of a pipeline system, the flat gate valve is widely used in many fields such as oil, gas, and water conservancy. At present, a flat gate valve basically comprises a valve body, a valve rod, a valve seat, a valve plate and a driving mechanism, wherein the valve seat is arranged between the valve seat on two sides in the valve body in a sealing mode, the valve plate is arranged on the valve rod, the driving mechanism is used for driving the valve rod to rotate around the axis of the valve rod, so that the valve plate can move up and down to intercept or open a channel, the valve rod and the valve plate form a screw rod nut structure, and two sides of the valve plate are respectively arranged on the end faces of the valve seat in a sealing mode. However, in actual operation, the valve seat not only needs to limit the rotation of the valve plate, but also needs to rub against the valve plate for a long time, which easily causes damage to the valve seat and the valve plate, resulting in insufficient sealing performance, and thus causing leakage accidents. When valve plate and disk seat damage caused the leakage in the use, need stop whole pipeline or equipment at present flat gate valve, pull down the gate valve and carry out valve plate and disk seat maintenance or change, influence production efficiency, many operating modes do not allow equipment to shut down moreover, in case shut down can cause great economic loss.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a flat gate valve which is simple in structure and can be used for replacing a gate plate on line without stopping the machine.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a flat gate valve comprises a valve body, wherein a valve cavity with an opening at the lower end is arranged in the valve body, a valve block is rotatably connected in the valve cavity, an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe which are communicated with the valve cavity are arranged on the side surface of the valve body, and the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are coaxially arranged; an installation cavity communicated with the valve cavity is arranged above the valve cavity in the valve body, an upper end cover is fixedly installed at an opening at the upper end of the installation cavity, and a lower end cover is fixedly installed at an opening at the lower end of the valve cavity; the bottom of the valve block is provided with a loop bar extending out of the lower end cover, a square valve groove is arranged in the valve block, a first valve hole and a second valve hole which penetrate through the valve block are arranged along the side wall perpendicular to the square valve groove in the valve block, and the first valve hole and the second valve hole are perpendicular to each other; an adjusting rod with the lower end extending into the mounting cavity is arranged in the upper end cover along the axial direction of the sleeve rod, a connecting rod arranged along the axial direction is connected in the adjusting rod in a rotating mode, and mounting grooves communicated with the mounting cavity are formed in two sides of the mounting cavity in the valve body; the lower end of the connecting rod extends out of the adjusting rod and is rotatably connected with a shaft rod, and the shaft rod is perpendicular to the connecting rod; the two ends of the shaft lever are respectively positioned in the two mounting grooves and are fixedly provided with valve discs, three valve plates are uniformly arranged on the peripheral side wall of each valve disc at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the valve plates are used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the first valve hole or the second valve hole; the upper end of the valve rod extends into the mounting cavity and is connected with the lower end of the connecting rod; the mounting cavity is internally provided with a transmission assembly used for connecting the adjusting rod and the two valve discs, and when the adjusting rod rotates, the two valve discs are driven by the transmission assembly to synchronously rotate to a position where one valve plate is positioned right above the square valve groove.

Furthermore, the transmission assembly comprises a first bevel gear, the first bevel gear is fixedly installed at the lower end of the adjusting rod, a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear is fixedly installed on the end face, facing the adjusting rod, of each valve disc, and the second bevel gear and the shaft rod are coaxially arranged.

Furthermore, the upper end of the connecting rod is provided with a convex edge along the radial direction, the upper end of the adjusting rod is positioned below the convex edge, and the lower end of the adjusting rod is abutted to the two second bevel gears through the first bevel gear.

Furthermore, all fixed mounting has sealed the pad on every valve plate, and when the gate valve was closed, sealed pad compresses tightly on first valve opening or second valve opening.

Furthermore, the lower end of the connecting rod is provided with a T-shaped cutting groove, and the upper end of the valve rod is provided with a T-shaped lug which is positioned in the T-shaped cutting groove.

Furthermore, sealing rings are arranged at the first valve hole and the second valve hole on the inner side wall of the square valve groove.

Furthermore, a first handle rod is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the adjusting rod; the lower end of the loop bar is fixedly provided with a second handle bar, and the lower end of the valve rod is fixedly provided with a hand wheel.

Advantageous effects

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

(1) according to the invention, the first valve hole and the second valve hole which are distributed in a ninety-degree manner are arranged in the valve block, when the first valve hole in the working position is blocked or the sealing ring is damaged, the valve block can be controlled to rotate by ninety degrees by rotating the second handle rod, so that the second valve hole is rotated to the working position;

(2) according to the invention, the three valve plates are arranged on each valve disc, when the valve plate sealing element at the working position is damaged, the two valve discs can be synchronously rotated by rotating the adjusting rod to drive the new valve plate to rotate to the position right above the square valve groove, so that the service life of the gate valve is prolonged, the valve plates can be replaced on line without stopping, the continuous work of pipelines or equipment is ensured, the operation efficiency of a system is improved, and the economic loss caused by stopping, maintaining and replacing the valve seats is avoided.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-6, a plate gate valve includes a valve body 1, a valve cavity 102 with an opening at the lower end is arranged in the valve body 1, a valve block 2 is rotatably connected in the valve cavity 102, an inlet pipe 1a and an outlet pipe 1b communicated with the valve cavity 102 are arranged on the side surface of the valve body 1, and the inlet pipe 1a and the outlet pipe 1b are coaxially arranged; an installation cavity 101 communicated with the valve cavity 102 is arranged above the valve cavity 102 in the valve body 1, an upper end cover 1c is fixedly installed at an opening at the upper end of the installation cavity 101, and a lower end cover 1d is fixedly installed at an opening at the lower end of the valve cavity 102; the bottom of valve block 2 is equipped with loop bar 21 that stretches out lower end cover 1d, be equipped with square valve groove 2a in the valve block 2, be equipped with first valve opening 2b and the second valve opening 2c that runs through along the lateral wall of perpendicular to square valve groove 2a in the valve block 2, first valve opening 2b and second valve opening 2c mutually perpendicular, be equipped with sealing washer 211 in first valve opening 2b and second valve opening 2c department on the inside wall of square valve groove 2 a.

An adjusting rod 7 with the lower end extending into the installation cavity 101 is arranged in the upper end cover 1c along the axial direction of the loop bar 21, and a connecting rod 5 arranged along the axial direction is rotatably connected in the adjusting rod 7; mounting grooves 103 communicated with the mounting cavity 101 are formed in the valve body 1 at two sides of the mounting cavity 101; the lower end of the connecting rod 5 extends out of the adjusting rod 7 and is rotatably connected with a shaft rod 51, and the shaft rod 51 is vertical to the connecting rod 5; the two ends of the shaft rod 51 are respectively positioned in the two mounting grooves 103 and are fixedly provided with the valve discs 31, the peripheral side wall of each valve disc 31 is uniformly provided with three valve plates 311 at intervals along the circumferential direction, the valve plates 311 are used for controlling the on-off of the first valve hole 2b or the second valve hole 2c, a sealing gasket 3a is fixedly mounted on each valve plate 311, and when the gate valve is closed, the sealing gasket 3a is tightly pressed on the first valve hole 2b or the second valve hole 2 c.

The upper end of the sleeve rod 21 is connected with a valve rod 8 which extends into the mounting cavity 101 and is connected with the lower end of the connecting rod 5, the lower end of the connecting rod 5 is provided with a T-shaped cutting groove 52, the upper end of the valve rod 8 is provided with a T-shaped lug 81 positioned in the T-shaped cutting groove 52, and the valve rod 8 is used for driving the connecting rod 5 to move up and down; the mounting cavity 101 is internally provided with a transmission assembly for connecting the adjusting rod 7 and the two valve discs 31, and when the adjusting rod 7 rotates, the transmission assembly drives the two valve discs 31 to synchronously rotate to a position where one valve plate 311 is positioned right above the square valve groove 2 a. The transmission assembly comprises a first bevel gear 6, the first bevel gear 6 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the adjusting rod 7, a second bevel gear 41 meshed with the first bevel gear 6 is fixedly arranged on the end surface of each valve disc 31 facing the adjusting rod 7, and the second bevel gear 41 and the shaft rod 51 are coaxially arranged. The upper end of the connecting rod 5 is provided with a convex edge 53 along the radial direction, the upper end of the adjusting rod 7 is positioned below the convex edge 53, and the lower end of the adjusting rod 7 abuts against the two second bevel gears 41 through the first bevel gear 6.

A first handle rod 7a is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the adjusting rod 7; the lower end of the loop bar 21 is fixedly provided with a second handle bar 2e, and the lower end of the valve rod 8 is fixedly provided with a hand wheel 82.

When the invention is used, as shown in fig. 1, the first valve hole 2b is communicated with the inlet pipe 1a and the outlet pipe 1b, and one valve plate 311 on the two valve discs 31 is inserted into the square valve groove 2a to block the first valve hole 2 b; when the gate valve needs to be opened, the hand wheel 82 drives the valve rod 8 in threaded connection with the loop bar 21 to rotate, the valve rod 8 pushes the connecting rod 5 to move upwards when rotating, so that the valve disc 31 is driven to move upwards through the shaft rod 51, and the valve plate 311 is driven to leave the square valve groove 2a when the valve disc 31 moves upwards, so that the inlet pipe 1a and the outlet pipe 1b are communicated, and the gate valve is opened as shown in fig. 4; when the gate valve needs to be closed, the hand wheel 82 is rotated reversely to drive the valve rod 8 in threaded connection with the loop bar 21 to move downwards, and when the valve rod 8 moves downwards, the connecting rod 5 is pulled to move downwards, so that the valve disc 31 drives the valve plate 311 to be inserted into the square valve groove 2a to block the first valve hole 2 b; when the first valve hole 2b is blocked or the sealing member of the first valve hole 2b is damaged, the two valve plates 311 are controlled to leave the square valve groove 2a, then the sleeve rod 21 is driven to rotate by the second handle rod 2e, and the sleeve rod 21 drives the valve block 2 to rotate to the position where the second valve hole 2c is coaxial with the inlet pipe 1a and the outlet pipe 1 b.

When the sealing gasket 3a on the valve plate 311 is damaged or the sealing is not tight, the connecting rod 5 is controlled to move upwards to enable the lower end of the valve plate 311 to leave the square valve groove 2a, then the adjusting rod 7 is rotated through the first handle rod 7a, the adjusting rod 7 drives the two second bevel gears 41 to synchronously rotate through the first bevel gear 6 when rotating, and the second bevel gears 41 drive the valve disc 31 to rotate when rotating, so that the new valve plate 311 is rotated to a position right above the square valve groove 2 a. Therefore, the service life of the gate valve is prolonged, the valve plate 311 can be replaced on line without stopping, the continuous work of pipelines or equipment is ensured, the system operation efficiency is improved, and the economic loss caused by stopping for maintenance and replacing the valve seat is avoided.
