Background

The motor vehicle which meets the national scrapping standard or does not meet the national scrapping standard but the engine or the chassis is seriously damaged and does not meet the national motor vehicle operation safety technical conditions or the national motor vehicle pollutant emission standard is called as a scrapped automobile after being checked. According to the increasing environmental protection requirement of the country for the disassembly of the scrapped motor vehicles, the design of a disassembly process of the scrapped motor vehicles is necessary.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a scrapped automobile disassembling process which has the characteristic of convenient disassembly.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: the disassembly process of the scraped car is characterized by comprising the following steps:

firstly, checking: checking and registering the information of the scrapped automobile; secondly, pretreatment; thirdly, dismantling: dismantling the storage battery, the safety airbag and the waste capacitor, emptying and collecting residual liquid in the vehicle; fourthly, disassembling: disassembling the rest parts on the scraped car through a disassembling platform, and performing classified collection and classification on the disassembled parts; and fifthly, waste car shells are packed and pressed into blocks.

The disassembly platform comprises a bottom plate, a guide rail is fixed on the bottom plate, a sliding seat is arranged on the guide rail, the sliding seat is connected with a driving structure which can enable the sliding seat to move back and forth, a rotating shaft is horizontally arranged on the sliding seat, the end part of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a swing frame, a plurality of positioning components which can position the scraped car are arranged on the swing frame, a hydraulic cylinder is hinged on the sliding seat, the end part of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the middle part of the swing frame, a one-way ratchet wheel is fixed in the middle part of the rotating shaft, a pawl matched with the ratchet wheel is arranged on the sliding seat, the pawl is connected with a reset pull ring through a steel wire rope, an auxiliary frame is also arranged on the base, a balancer is arranged on the auxiliary frame, and a torsion wrench is detachably connected on a steel wire rope of the balancer, the auxiliary frame on can dismantle through flexible rope and be connected with electric screwdriver, the auxiliary frame on still install the manipulator, the manipulator on install olecranon and cut.

The blade is arranged on the cutter holder, and the cutter holder is connected with the end part of a piston rod of the high-pressure oil cylinder.

The cutter blade is provided with a plurality of first connecting holes, the cutter holder is provided with a plurality of second connecting holes, and positioning pins matched with the first connecting holes and the second connecting holes are inserted in the first connecting holes and the second connecting holes.

The floating assembly comprises a rail and a floating seat, the rail is vertically fixed on the rack, the floating seat is movably connected to the rail, an upper spring and a lower spring are mounted on the rail, the floating seat is located between the upper spring and the lower spring, and the L-shaped rod body is connected with the floating seat.

The hook-shaped rod body and the L-shaped rod body are integrally formed.

Compared with the prior art, the disassembly process of the scrapped automobile has the advantages that: according to the invention, the operation of checking, preprocessing, dismantling, disassembling, and pressing the waste car shell into blocks can be realized, the mechanical disassembling can be carried out after the tools are specially designed and improved, the traditional oxygen cutting in the industry is abolished, the disassembling can be carried out more efficiently, and the disassembling is convenient.

The olecranon shear comprises a frame 27, the frame 27 is connected with a manipulator 9, the olecranon shear further comprises a base 32, a high-pressure oil cylinder 36 and a blade 33, the base 32 is connected with the frame 27 through a floating assembly, the base 32 comprises a hook-shaped rod body 32a for positioning and a 1-resetting pull ring 258 for installation, one end of the 1-resetting pull ring 258 is connected with a cylinder body of the high-pressure oil cylinder 36, a piston rod of the high-pressure oil cylinder 36 is vertically upward, the end of a piston rod of the high-pressure oil cylinder 36 is connected with the blade 33, the other end of the 1-resetting pull ring 258 is connected with the hook-shaped rod body 32a, the hook-shaped rod body 32a is provided with a through groove 32a1 for the blade 33 to pass through, and the pointed angle of the blade 33 is 90 degrees.

The blade 33 is mounted on a blade holder 35, and the blade holder 35 is connected to the end of the piston rod of the high-pressure cylinder 36.

The blade 33 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes I33 a, the tool holder 35 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes II 35a, and the positioning pins 34 matched with the connecting holes I33 a and the connecting holes II 35a are inserted in the connecting holes I33 a and the connecting holes II 35 a.
