Fig. 2 shows a state in which the movable contact piece 17 presses the upper ends of the two fixed contacts 21 and the scram switch 39 is turned on.

The extinguisher cord assembly comprising: a hook 26, a telescopic extinguishing rope 27 with two ends connected with the hook 26 and the connecting clip 25 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the connecting clip 25 is provided with a clamping groove 28 with the width in clearance fit with the diameter of the small end of the stepped push rod sleeve 9.

In this embodiment, the lock case includes: the lower end of the upper lock shell 29 is provided with a packaging counter bore 30, the lower lock shell 31 is in threaded connection with the upper lock shell 29, the hole type joint terminal 32 is arranged on the top surface of the packaging counter bore 30, the lower end of the hole type joint terminal extends out of the lower end of the lower lock shell 31, and the two wires 33 penetrate through the hole type joint terminal 32 and are connected with the lower ends of the two fixed contacts 21 in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the packaging counter bore 30 is filled with sealant 34; the lower end of the upper lock shell 29 and the upper end of the lower lock shell 31 respectively press the side walls of the sealing cover 15.

Two sealing rings 35 are arranged between the small end of the stepped push rod sleeve 9 and the small end of the stepped hole 10.

The early warning protection device further comprises: an engine oil pressure sensor 36 mounted on a housing provided in the engine oil lubrication system, and a water accumulation sensor 37 mounted on the fuel filter; the engine oil pressure sensor 36 and the accumulated water sensor 37 are respectively electrically connected with the electronic control unit 4.

The electronic control unit 4 is provided with a detonation indicator lamp 41, a cooling water pressure indicator lamp 42, a water temperature indicator lamp 43, a neutral indicator lamp 44, an emergency stop indicator lamp 45, an engine oil pressure indicator lamp 46, a water accumulation indicator lamp 47 and a buzzer 40.

The early warning protection method of the outboard engine early warning protection device is characterized in that (1) when the water pressure sensor 6 detects that the pressure of cooling water is lower than a set pressure value, the water pressure sensor 6 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the water pressure indicator lamp is turned on, and the buzzer 40 sounds to remind a driver of insufficient water pressure; (2) when the water temperature sensor 7 detects that the cooling effect is reduced when the temperature of the cooling water is higher than a set temperature value, the water temperature sensor 7 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls the engine 1 to limit the speed and perform speed-limiting temperature reduction protection, the water pressure indicator lamp is lightened, the buzzer 40 sounds, the indicator lamp is lightened, the buzzer 40 sounds, and a driver is reminded to overhaul the cooling water circulation system; (3) when the engine oil pressure sensor 36 detects that the engine oil pressure is lower than a set pressure value, the engine oil pressure sensor 36 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls the engine 1 to limit the speed, the engine oil pressure indicator lamp 46 is lightened, and the buzzer 40 sounds to remind a driver to stop and overhaul the engine oil lubricating system; (4) when the knock sensor 5 detects that the power of the engine 1 is overheated to attenuate, the knock sensor 5 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls ignition and oil injection to limit the speed of the engine 1, the knock indicator 41 is lightened, and the buzzer 40 sounds to remind a driver to stop and overhaul the engine 1; (5) when the accumulated water sensor 37 detects that accumulated water in the fuel filter reaches a set value, the accumulated water sensor 37 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls the accumulated water indicator lamp 47 to be turned on and the buzzer 40 to sound to remind a driver that water is mixed in fuel oil and the fuel oil system needs to be overhauled, so that the situation that the serious poor combustion is caused because the water is pumped into a fuel injector by the electric gasoline pump to damage the engine 1 is prevented; (6) the engine 1 is ensured to be started safely through the neutral position sensor 38, when the engine 1 is started, the gear shifting shift lever is in a neutral position and presses the neutral position sensor 38, the neutral position sensor 38 transmits a signal to the electronic control unit 4, the neutral position indicator lamp 44 is lightened, then the engine 1 can be started only by screwing the starting switch, meanwhile, the ignition oil quantity of an oil sprayer can be controlled accurately, and the driving comfort is improved during gear shifting; when the gear shifting deflector rod is in a forward gear position or a reverse gear position, the engine 1 cannot be started, and danger caused by rapid acceleration during starting is avoided; (7) when the emergency stop switch 39 is used, the hook 26 is hung at the waist of a user, the connecting clip 25 is clamped between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve 9 and the upper end of the lock shell, and the movable contact 17 is separated from the fixed contact 21 under the action of the lower pressure spring 24; when a user carelessly falls into the water, the connecting clamp 25 is separated from the position between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve 9 and the upper end of the lock shell, under the action of the medium pressure spring 23, the movable contact piece 17 moves downwards along with the push rod 14 by overcoming the resistance of the lower pressure spring 24 and presses the upper ends of the two fixed contacts 21, the emergency stop switch 39 is communicated and transmits signals to the electronic control unit 4, the electronic control unit 4 controls the engine 1 to stop working, the underwater propeller 2 to stop running immediately, the emergency stop indicator lamp 45 to be lightened, and the buzzer 40 to sound, so that the person falling into the water is prevented from being injured and rescued; (8) the connecting clamp 25 is clamped between the lower end of the stepped push rod sleeve 9 and the upper end of the lock shell, when the movable contact piece 17 is separated from the fixed contacts 21, the waterproof cap cover 12 is pressed, the movable contact piece 17 moves downwards along with the push rod 14 to overcome the resistance of the upper pressure spring 22 and the lower pressure spring 24 and presses the upper ends of the two fixed contacts 21, the emergency stop switch 39 is communicated and transmits signals to the electronic control unit 4, and the electronic control unit 4 controls the engine 1 to stop working.

In addition to the above embodiments, the technical features or technical data of the present invention may be reselected and combined to form new embodiments within the scope of the claims and the specification of the present invention, which are all realized by those skilled in the art without creative efforts, and thus, the embodiments of the present invention not described in detail should be regarded as specific embodiments of the present invention and are within the protection scope of the present invention.
