The processing of the roller part in the conventional elevator roller guide shoe is generally divided into aluminum wheel vulcanized rubber and aluminum wheel bonding polyurethane. The two roller processing methods have the following defects:

1. the roller has multiple processing procedures, complex processing technology and multiple circulation times in the roller processing process;

2. the number of required moulds is large in the processing process, and excessive resources are occupied in production and processing;

3. when the guide shoe is actually used, rubber or polyurethane outside the roller belongs to a part easy to wear, and if the guide shoe is damaged, the whole roller assembly needs to be replaced. Causing material resource waste of parts such as aluminum wheels and the like.
