During operation, the installation process is as follows: the left body 12 and the right body 13 surround the limb 11 for a circle and the fastening block 43 is fastened, the orbiting rod 35 outside the left body 12 and the right body 13 is rotated to drive the rotating disc 36 to rotate and further drive the feeding rod 37 to rotate, the feeding rod 37 moves to one side close to the limb 11 and adjusts the feeding amount of the feeding rod 37 according to the thickness of the limb 11 through the threaded connection with the thread block 38, so that the angle between the rear splint 39 and the front splint 40 is adjusted and the limb 11 is fixed; and (3) ventilation state: the driving motor 14 drives the coaxial transmission shaft 16 to rotate, and then drives the driving bevel gear 17 to rotate, and further drives the meshed driven bevel gears 18 to rotate, the fan 21 is driven to rotate by the fan shaft 20, and then fresh air is sucked from the air inlet pipe 19 and is transmitted to the air distribution pipe 67, and then is distributed inside the air injection boxes 32 which are symmetrical left and right on the same side and enters the air injection cavity 33, and simultaneously is blown to the limbs 11 through the air injection holes 34, so that the function of ventilating the inside of the working cavity 25 is achieved, and a good placing space of the limbs 11 is ensured; and (3) a disinfection process: when the outer surface of the limb 11 needs to be disinfected, the electromagnetic core 50 is electrified under the condition of driving the motor 14 by injecting disinfectant into the disinfection box 62 to generate magnetic force, so that the iron ring 54 and the spline cylinder 53 are attracted to move downwards, the lower end of the spline cylinder 53 moves into the spline cylinder cavity 51 and is meshed with the power shaft 47, the reset spring 56 extends and simultaneously drives the intermediate shaft 52 to rotate, the pump shaft 58 is driven to rotate by the coupler 57 to further drive the pump blade 60 to rotate and suck the disinfectant in the disinfection box 62 into the pump cavity 59 by the liquid inlet pipe 61, meanwhile, one part of the disinfectant enters the liquid collecting cavities 64 which are symmetrical up and down on the same side through the liquid outlet pipe 63, the disinfectant further enters the spraying cavities 30 through the outer pipe 65 and the inner pipe 66, the transmission shaft 16 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 14, and the driving spur gear 23 is driven to rotate and further drives the spur gears 24 which are meshed with, and then the double-head reverse threaded rod 26 is driven to rotate, so that the guide sliding rods 28 on the upper side and the lower side are driven to move towards one side close to the rear clamping plate 39, the inner pipe 66 is driven to extend out of the outer pipe 65, the disinfectant in the spraying cavity 30 is uniformly sprayed to the limb 11 through the spraying holes 31, the disinfection action on the limb 11 is completed, and after the disinfection is completed, the spraying valve 29 and the inner pipe 66 are reset through the reverse rotation of the driving motor 14.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the wound of a patient is fixed, and external fresh air is sent into the wound placing space, so that inflammation symptoms caused by long-term wrapping are avoided.

In the above manner, a person skilled in the art can make various changes depending on the operation mode within the scope of the present invention.
