The moving frame 1 is composed of a frame 101 and moving wheels 102, the frame 101 is formed by welding profile steels, the moving wheels 102 are arranged at the bottom end of the frame 101, and the moving wheels 102 are solid tires; a first rotary disc 103 is arranged between the frame 101 and the front wheel shaft of the movable wheel 102, and the first rotary disc 103 adopts a heavy rotary disc to realize positioning and rotation during the sand blasting of the cast wheel; the first rotary disk 103 is composed of an upper disk 310, a lower disk 320, and steel balls 330, the steel balls 330 being disposed between the upper disk 310 and the lower disk 320.

The workpiece mounting frame 2 is a rice-shaped upper steel frame which is rotatably fixed on the moving frame 1 through a second rotary disc, and a positioning nut 201 is arranged on the rice-shaped upper steel frame; the cast wheel to be processed is positioned and fixed by bolts, taper sleeves and positioning nuts 201 at the tail ends of the steel frame section steel in the shape of Chinese character mi, and cannot shift in the transportation and rotation processes.
