1. A preparation method of the composite fiber fabric antifriction material is characterized by comprising the following steps:

preparing a phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive into a film by using a spin coater to obtain a phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive film;

laying the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film on the bonding surface of the composite fiber fabric, and pressing to obtain the glue film treated composite fiber fabric;

mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and the solid lubricant to obtain an antifriction material liquid;

and soaking the composite fiber fabric subjected to the glue film treatment into the antifriction material liquid, drying and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the composite fiber fabric antifriction material.

2. The production method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method for producing a film comprises the steps of: mixing a phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive with an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution;

laying a layer of demoulding cloth on the substrate, adopting a spin coater to lay a film on the surface of the demoulding cloth on the mixed solution, airing, and removing the film to obtain the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film.

3. The production method according to claim 2, wherein the organic solvent is absolute ethanol, ethyl acetate, acetone, or butanone; the concentration of the mixed solution is 10-50% of the initial concentration of the phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive.

4. The preparation method of claim 2, wherein in the film spreading process, the distance between the spin coater roller and the demolding cloth is 0.10-0.20 mm, and the movement speed of the spin coater roller is 0.001-0.05 m/s.

5. The method for preparing the composite fiber fabric, according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickness of the phenolic-acetal glue film is not more than 1/4 of the thickness of the composite fiber fabric.

6. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the pressure of the pressing is 0.1 to 1.0MPa, and the dwell time is 10 to 60 min.

The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the friction reducing liquid comprises 80-90 parts by weight of polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and 10-20 parts by weight of solid lubricant per 100 parts by weight of the friction reducing liquid; the solid lubricant is graphite, molybdenum disulfide, boron nitride or silicon dioxide.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the hot pressing conditions include: the pressure is 0.5MPa to 5.0MPa, the temperature is 350 ℃ to 400 ℃, and the heat preservation and pressure maintaining time is 10min to 60 min.

9. The composite fiber fabric antifriction material prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a composite fiber fabric, an antifriction layer and a phenolic-acetal glue film; an antifriction layer is attached to the lubricating surface of the composite fiber fabric, and a layer of phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive film is pressed into the bonding surface.

10. Use of a composite fibre fabric friction reducing material according to claim 9 as a friction reducing material in a self-lubricating spherical plain bearing.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of self-lubricating joint bearing antifriction materials, in particular to a composite fiber fabric antifriction material and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The self-lubricating spherical plain bearing is composed of an inner ring and an outer ring of the bearing and a composite fiber fabric antifriction material pasted on the inner spherical surface of the outer ring, and has the series advantages of maintenance-free performance, self-lubricating performance, high strength, high bearing capacity, corrosion resistance and the like, wherein the composite fiber fabric antifriction material mainly refers to a composite fiber fabric based on PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) fibers, is divided into a lubricating surface and a bonding surface, is two surfaces enriched with lubricating fibers (generally PTFE fibers) and reinforcing fibers respectively, and has unique technical advantages and huge application prospects in the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing.

The wear resistance of the composite fiber fabric is not high, and the PTFE fiber on the surface is easily scratched and worn when being opposite to metal to lose the self-lubricating function, so that the antifriction and wear-resistant treatment of the composite fiber fabric is one of the key technologies for prolonging the service life of the joint bearing. In addition, the composite fiber fabric antifriction material is bonded with the spherical metal matrix in the outer ring of the joint bearing through an adhesive, and due to the pores built by the fibers inherent in the fiber fabric in a staggered manner, part of the solid lubricant system permeates to the bonding surface through the fabric layer in the antifriction treatment process, so that the bonding strength is reduced; or part of the adhesive penetrates through the fabric layer to the lubricating surface during the bonding process, resulting in a reduction in the lubricating effect. Therefore, the method effectively controls the penetration of materials to the fabric layer in the whole process, is a key technology in the antifriction treatment and bonding of the composite fiber fabric, and is of great importance to the reliability of the joint bearing.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a composite fiber fabric antifriction material, and a preparation method and application thereof, which can effectively prevent lubricating components from permeating into a bonding surface and prevent an adhesive from permeating into a lubricating surface, and is beneficial to improving the bonding strength of the composite fiber fabric antifriction material while realizing antifriction.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

preparing a phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive into a film by using a spin coater to obtain a phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive film;

laying the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film on the bonding surface of the composite fiber fabric, and pressing to obtain the glue film treated composite fiber fabric;

mixing the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and the solid lubricant to obtain an antifriction material liquid;

and soaking the composite fiber fabric subjected to the glue film treatment into the antifriction material liquid, drying and then carrying out hot pressing to obtain the composite fiber fabric antifriction material.

Preferably, the method for preparing a film comprises the steps of: mixing a phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive with an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution;

laying a layer of demoulding cloth on the substrate, adopting a spin coater to lay a film on the surface of the demoulding cloth on the mixed solution, airing, and removing the film to obtain the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film.

Preferably, the organic solvent is absolute ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, acetone or butanone; the concentration of the mixed solution is 10-50% of the initial concentration of the phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive.

Preferably, in the film laying process, the distance between the roller of the spin coater and the demolding cloth is 0.10-0.20 mm, and the movement speed of the roller of the spin coater is 0.001-0.05 m/s.

Preferably, the thickness of the phenolic-acetal glue film does not exceed 1/4 of the thickness of the composite fiber fabric.

Preferably, the pressing pressure is 0.1-1.0 MPa, and the pressure maintaining time is 10-60 min.

Preferably, every 100 weight parts of the antifriction material liquid contains 80-90 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and 10-20 parts of solid lubricant; the solid lubricant is graphite, molybdenum disulfide, boron nitride or silicon dioxide.

Preferably, the hot pressing conditions include: the pressure is 0.5MPa to 5.0MPa, the temperature is 350 ℃ to 400 ℃, and the heat preservation and pressure maintaining time is 10min to 60 min.

The invention provides a composite fiber fabric antifriction material prepared by the preparation method in the scheme, which comprises a composite fiber fabric, an antifriction layer and a phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film; an antifriction layer is attached to the lubricating surface of the composite fiber fabric, and a layer of phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive film is pressed into the bonding surface.

According to the invention, the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film is prepared by a glue homogenizing machine, and the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film for physical barrier prepared by the glue homogenizing machine is uniform in thickness and adjustable and controllable in thickness at will, so that the friction reducing effect can be reduced by preventing the thickness from being uneven; because the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film has no fluidity, the phenomenon of permeating to a lubricating surface does not exist after the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film is pressed on an adhesive surface, and the adverse effect on the antifriction effect is further prevented.

The invention takes the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and the solid lubricant as the antifriction feed liquid to act on the lubricating surface of the composite fiber fabric, and can reduce the surface friction torque and the friction coefficient of the antifriction material of the composite fiber fabric. The invention firstly prepares the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film, presses the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film on the bonding surface of the composite fiber fabric, and then impregnates the antifriction feed liquid or coats the antifriction feed liquid, thereby preventing the antifriction feed liquid from permeating to the bonding surface of the composite fiber fabric and influencing the bonding strength.

In addition, the phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film used as a barrier layer can effectively isolate the adhesive from permeating upwards into a lubricating surface and the antifriction feed liquid from permeating downwards into a bonding surface in the process of pasting and curing the composite fiber fabric antifriction material, so that the antifriction effect and the bonding strength are prevented from being adversely affected; and because the phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive film and the phenolic aldehyde-acetal adhesive adopted in the pasting and curing process are the same resin, the chemical difference between the physical barrier layer and the adhesive is eliminated, and the bonding strength between the composite fiber fabric antifriction material and the metal matrix can be obviously improved.

The results of the examples show that the composite fiber fabric antifriction material prepared by the invention has excellent peel strength and compression strength in a 180-degree peel strength test and a compression strength test, the bonding strength is 1.9-2.1 kN/m, the compression strength is not lower than 200MPa, the surface friction coefficient is not higher than 0.07, and compared with the composite fiber fabric antifriction material without a phenolic aldehyde-acetal glue film, the composite fiber fabric antifriction material has higher bonding strength, lower and stable friction coefficient under the same conditions, and is beneficial to improving the self-lubricating performance and the service reliability of a joint bearing.
