Background

The finished train wheel after sawing, rolling, heat treatment and finish machining is subjected to static balance, identification, ultra-detection, magnetic detection flaw detection, surface strengthening treatment of the train wheel and the like through a detection line. At present, wheels subjected to finish machining by a lathe are sent to a conveying roller way of a detection line through a lathe discharging roller way, and the roller way is structurally characterized in that a motor drives double rows of rollers. When the wheel is transported on the detection line, the inner rim surface or the outer rim surface of the train wheel needs to be supported on the two rows of rollers according to the requirement of detection identification, and the clamping jaws have a certain thickness, so that when the wheel needs to be transported on the roller table with the inner rim surface of the wheel facing downwards, if the clamping jaws of the manipulator directly fall on the roller table after the outer rim surface of the wheel clamped by the manipulator is turned over into the wheel with the inner rim surface facing downwards, the clamping jaws of the manipulator interfere with the surface of the roller table.

d. in the descending process of the lifting device, when the wheel rim contacts with the surfaces of the rollers on two sides of the lifting device, the wheel falls onto the rollers, the piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder continues to retract, the lifting device descends to the lowest position, the detection line conveying roller way receives a signal at the moment, the wheel on the roller way is conveyed to the next procedure, the roller way stops running, the lifting device enters a standby state, and one working cycle is finished.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention has the advantages that:

1. compared with the prior art, the wheel lifting device is additionally arranged between two rows of rollers of the wheel conveying roller way, so that the wheels supported on the conveying roller way by any rim surface can be grabbed by the manipulator; the whole device has novel conception, simple, compact and reasonable structure, high efficiency, strong reliability and convenient maintenance.

2. The bracket body 12 is of a frame structure, an inverted U-shaped groove 14 is formed in the bottom of a lower supporting plate 121 of the bracket body 12, and the U-shaped groove 14 is connected to a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 4 through a pin shaft 15. Preferably, the lift cylinder 4 is allowed to swing and tilt to a certain extent during operation, so as to prevent the lift cylinder 4 from being positioned too much during operation. The position of the position sensor 23 on the bracket 22 is set to be a waist-shaped hole for the installation and adjustment of the two position sensors 23, and the detecting body 24 is processed to be a ring-shaped structure to prevent the loss of the detecting signal when the guide rod 8 rotates abnormally. The lifting cylinder 4 is lifted and lowered to the right position and is detected by a position sensor.

b. when the manipulator conveys the wheels to the position right above the lifting device, the electric control unit sends a signal, the piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 4 extends out of the lifting device and rises to the highest position, and the detection body 24 on the guide rod 8 is aligned with the position sensor 23 on the bracket 22, which is at the high position;

c. the manipulator drops the clamped wheel onto the supporting plate 13 of the lifting device, the manipulator leaves, the electric control unit sends a signal, and the piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 4 retracts to enable the lifting device to start to descend;

d. in the descending process of the lifting device, when the wheel rim contacts with the surfaces of the rollers on two sides of the lifting device, the wheel falls onto the rollers, the piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 4 continues to retract, the lifting device descends to the lowest position, the detection line transportation roller way receives a signal at the moment, the wheel on the roller way is transported to the next procedure, the roller way stops running, the lifting device enters a standby state, and one working cycle is finished.

Compared with the prior art, the wheel lifting device is additionally arranged between two rows of rollers of the wheel conveying roller way, so that the wheels supported on the conveying roller way by any rim surface can be grabbed by the manipulator; the whole device has novel conception, simple, compact and reasonable structure, high efficiency, strong reliability and convenient maintenance.
