The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the rotation of the chain wheel on the transverse shaft can be switched between locking and free rotation, when the box body is clamped, the chain wheel can rotate freely, and the chain can slide on the chain wheel in a meshed manner, so that the front clamping plate can be leveled to clamp the box body conveniently; when the clamping mechanism needs to move in the working space, the rotation of the chain wheel is locked, so that the clamping mechanism can be operated to move horizontally conveniently; the rotation switching function of the chain wheel fully considers the actual requirements in the using process, and the convenience and the safety of equipment operation are greatly improved;

the working space is large, the cross beam can rotate around the upright post within 180 degrees, the pulley can slide on the cross beam, and the cross beam and the pulley can enable the clamping mechanism to grab and move the box body at any position in the working space with the semicircular sector;

the clamping mechanism can adapt to various box body widths, and when the size of a packing box on a production line is changed, the clamping parameters of the clamping mechanism can be timely adjusted, so that the clamping mechanism is convenient and quick;

fourthly, the packaging box is suitable for packaging boxes made of various materials, including common paper boxes, wooden boxes and plastic boxes.

The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, which are illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

The embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:

as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the lifting button 3-1.2 is pressed, the hoisting motor 1-4 drives the hoisting drum to rotate clockwise, the steel wire rope 2 is gradually wound on the hoisting drum, the clamping mechanism 3 at the lower end of the steel wire rope 2 is gradually pulled up, the lowering button 3-2.2 is pressed, the hoisting motor 1-4 drives the hoisting drum to rotate anticlockwise, the steel wire rope 2 is gradually released from the hoisting drum, and the clamping mechanism 3 at the lower end of the steel wire rope 2 can gradually lower;

as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the clamping mechanism 3 can be applied to clamping operation of boxes with various widths, and the clamping width of the clamping mechanism 3 needs to be adjusted when the box is clamped for the first time: firstly, the clamping mechanism 3 is in an initial state, the clamping plate structure of the rear clamping plate 3-19 is parallel to the clamping plate structure of the front clamping plate 3-18, the position of the middle sliding plate 3-17 is adjusted after the four screws on the lower side of the middle sliding plate 3-17 are unscrewed, the distance between the clamping plate structure of the rear clamping plate 3-19 and the clamping plate structure of the front clamping plate 3-18 is the same as the width of a box body, and then the four screws on the lower side of the middle sliding plate 3-17 are locked, so that the middle sliding plate 3-17 is tightly connected with the rear clamping plate 3-19, and the adjustment of the clamping width of the clamping mechanism.

As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, when stacking the boxes containing materials, firstly, an operator holds the left handle 3-1 with the left hand, holds the right handle 3-2 with the right hand, pulls the clamping mechanism 3 to move right above the box to be clamped, in the process, the cross beam 1-2 swings, the pulley 1-6 moves on the cross beam 1-2, presses the opening button 3-1.1 to extend the electric cylinder 3-4, the front clamping plate 3-18 swings anticlockwise to realize the opening action of the clamping mechanism 3, pulls the wrench 3-3 backwards to enable the left chain wheel 3-21 and the right chain wheel 3-7 to rotate freely, then lifts the left handle 3-1 and the right handle 3-2 upwards, and moves the left chain 3-16 and the right chain 3-5 forwards on the left chain wheel 3-21 and the right chain wheel 3-7, the front pressing plate 3-18.1 and the rear pressing plate 3-18.2 are changed into a horizontal state, the descending button 3-2.2 is pressed, the clamping mechanism 3 is moved downwards until the front pressing plate 3-18.1 and the rear pressing plate 3-18.2 are pressed to the upper top surface of the box body, the closing button 3-2.1 is pressed, the electric cylinder 3-4 is contracted, the rear pressing plate 3-19 rotates anticlockwise, the rubber sheet on the lower side of the front pressing plate 3-8 and the rubber sheet on the lower side of the rear pressing plate 3-19 clamp the side surface of the box body, the wrench 3-3 is loosened to lock the rotation of the left chain wheel 3-21 and the right chain wheel 3-7, then the ascending button 3-1.2 is pressed, the clamping mechanism 3 clamping the box body is lifted from the ground by the steel wire rope 2 and suspended at a proper height in the air, the operator pulls the clamping mechanism 3 to the upper part of the tray, then presses the descending, after the clamping mechanism 3 is descended and the box body is placed at a proper position on the tray, the opening button 3-1.1 is pressed, after the clamping mechanism 3 is opened, the ascending button 3-1.2 is pressed to separate the clamping mechanism 3 from the box body, namely, the stacking process of the box body is completed, and the clamping and releasing processes of the box body are repeated until the tray is filled with the box body.
