The method for manufacturing the free continuous grain ceramic tile according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

With reference to the attached drawing 1, a method for manufacturing a free continuous grain ceramic tile comprises the first step of proportioning and mixing various mud, sand, stone powder and auxiliary materials according to a process formula;

secondly, conveying the well-matched materials such as mud, sand, stone powder and the like into a ball mill through a belt for refining treatment;

thirdly, removing iron impurities and coarse particles in the ball-milled slurry through an iron removing rod and a screen;

fourthly, mixing and homogenizing the slurry discharged by the ball mill in a corrosion removing pool;

fifthly, carrying out heat exchange and water evaporation on the slurry and the high-temperature flue gas in a spray drying tower to obtain granular powder with the water content of 5-6%;

sixthly, punching the powder into a block-shaped green brick by a brick press;
