Further, the washing machine assembly further includes a washing machine display panel 400, the washing machine display panel 400 is disposed on the working platform 110, and the washing machine display panel 400 is located at a side of the second opening 1112 and is distributed side by side with the second opening 1112. Through with washing machine display panel 400 integrated setting on work platform 110, more convenient user is to washing machine 300 operation control, and the product is more convenient to use, and through locating operation panel in the side of second opening 1112 and second opening 1112 side by side, like this, the operation guidance nature is more clear and definite, promotes the use experience of product.

Further, the second opening 1112 is located between the first opening 1111 and the washing machine display panel 400. Thus, the second opening 1112 may separate the first opening 1111 from the washing machine display panel 400, preventing the water from being splashed onto the operation panel when the water tank 200 at the first opening 1111 is used.

Of course, in other embodiments, the washing machine display panel 400 may be disposed at the front side or the rear side of the second opening 1112.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, a positioning edge 1113 is disposed on the working platform 110, a groove is disposed on the display panel 400 of the washing machine, and the positioning edge 1113 is inserted into the groove. Through the groove inserting cooperation of the positioning edge 1113 and the washing machine display panel 400, on one hand, the assembly convenience of the washing machine display panel 400 can be improved, and the assembly precision and the assembly stability of the washing machine display panel 400 are ensured, and on the other hand, the positioning edge 1113 can also play a role in retaining water, so that the water of the washing machine 300 or the water tank 200 is prevented from splashing into the washing machine display panel 400.

In more detail, as shown in fig. 4, two opposite sides of the display panel 400 of the washing machine are provided with folding edges 410, or the periphery of the display panel 400 of the washing machine is provided with folding edges, and the folding edges 410 surround a groove for being inserted and matched with the positioning edges 1113.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, the cover plate 111 is formed with an accommodating cavity 1114, the positioning edge 1113 surrounds an opening at the top end of the accommodating cavity 1114, the positioning edge 1113 thereof protrudes upwards to block water to some extent, so as to prevent water from entering the accommodating cavity 1114, the display panel 400 of the washing machine is covered on the positioning edge 1113 to be assembled with the cover plate 111, the accommodating cavity 1114 is further encapsulated, a display module is disposed below the display panel 400 of the washing machine, and the display module is located in the accommodating cavity 1114, it can be understood that the specific structure of the display module is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein. In this structure, the signal of the display module is output through the display panel 400 of the washing machine, so that the user can know the operation state of the washing machine through the display panel 400 of the washing machine to facilitate better control of the washing machine.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the work platform 110 is provided with a through hole 114, the through hole 114 is located at a side of the first opening 1111, and the washing machine assembly further includes a water tap 500, and the water tap 500 is penetratingly assembled to the through hole 114. Therefore, the washing machine 300 can be fixed in the housing assembly 100 in a hoisting manner, so that the shock absorption effect on the washing machine 300 is good, the washing machine 300 can be prevented from colliding with the housing assembly 100, and the protection of the washing machine 300 is facilitated.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the receiving space includes a first compartment 1311 and a second compartment 1312, the first compartment 1311 and the second compartment 1312 being relatively independent, the water tub 200 being located in the first compartment 1311, and the washing machine 300 being located in the second compartment 1312. Thus, the first chamber 1311 and the second chamber 1312 are prevented from moisture interference with each other, and the protection effect of the washing machine 300 is improved.

More specifically, for example, a partition is provided in the accommodation space so as to partition the accommodation space into a first compartment 1311 and a second compartment 1312.

Of course, the accommodating space may be integrally assembled into a structure with a plurality of cavities, such that the cavity with the first compartment 1311 and the cavity with the second compartment 1312 are assembled to define a combined cabinet.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the housing assembly 100 includes a cabinet 130, a receiving space is formed in the cabinet 130, and the work platform 110 is connected to the top of the cabinet 130. Therefore, the washing machine component is in a movable design, and the washing machine component is convenient to integrally transfer.

In more detail, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the cabinet 130 may specifically include a frame 133 and a counter top 134, the frame 133 forming a side of the cabinet 130 and enclosing an accommodation space, and the counter top 134 forming a top surface of the cabinet 130. Optionally, the frame 133 may be made of wood, and optionally, the counter top 134 may be made of marble. Of course, the frame 133 may be made of the same material as the counter top 134.

Of course, in other embodiments, the water tank 200 and the washing machine 300 may be accommodated in other furniture, for example, a kitchen integrated kitchen range cabinet may have an accommodating space for accommodating the water tank 200 and the washing machine 300.

In one embodiment of the invention, the cabinet 130 is further provided with one or more bins 1313. For example, compartments or drawers are designed to form a storage chamber 1313 or the like, so that daily items such as washing liquid can be stored, further facilitating the use of the user.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a washing machine assembly includes: a housing assembly 100, a water tub 200, a washing machine 300, a sliding door 120, a washing machine display panel 400, a water tap 500, a detergent box 330, etc.

The washing machine 300 may be embodied as a pulsator washing machine.

The sliding door 120 may be embodied as a glass door, so that the washing condition in the washing machine can be seen through, wherein, in order to facilitate driving the sliding door 120 to slide, the sliding door 120 may be provided with a door handle 121.

The housing assembly 100 includes a working platform 110 and a receiving space located below the working platform 110, wherein a first opening 1111 and a second opening 1112 are formed on the working platform 110 and are distributed side by side; the sink 200 may be a sink 200 for use in a kitchen, a toilet, or a balcony, the sink 200 being received in the receiving space, the sink 200 having a work opening 210, the work opening 210 corresponding to the first opening 1111; the washing machine 300 is accommodated in the accommodating space, so that the washing machine 300 is installed in an embedded manner, the washing machine 300 has a laundry input port 310, and the laundry input port 310 corresponds to the second opening 1112.

The sliding door 120 is slidably mounted to the work platform 110, and the sliding door 120 is configured to slide relative to the work platform 110 to control opening and closing of the first opening 1111 and the second opening 1112. Specifically, a sliding door 120 is provided on the work platform 110, the sliding door 120 having a first position and a second position with respect to the sliding movement of the work platform 110.

The working platform 110 specifically comprises a cover plate 111, a bedplate 112 and a slide rail 113, wherein the cover plate 111 and the bedplate 112 are preferably made of stainless steel, and a first opening 1111 and a second opening 1112 are formed in the cover plate 111; the bedplate 112 is arranged on the upper surface of the cover plate 111 and surrounds the cover plate 111 to play a role of edge wrapping the cover plate 111, so that the product appearance is more attractive, and the assembly of the cover plate 111 is firmer; the sliding rails 113 are connected to the cover plate 111 or the bedplate 112, and the sliding rails 113 are distributed on two sides of the sliding door 120 and are connected with the sliding door 120 in a sliding manner.

The washing machine display panel 400 is disposed on the working platform 110, and is located at a side of the second opening 1112 and distributed side by side with the second opening 1112. Further, the second opening 1112 is located between the first opening 1111 and the washing machine display panel 400.

The working platform 110 is provided with a through hole 114, the through hole 114 is located at the side of the first opening 1111, and the faucet 500 is assembled in the through hole 114 in a penetrating manner.

In addition, the washing machine 300 is provided with a hanger bar 320, the housing assembly 100 is provided with a hanger bar connecting part 1314, and the hanger bar 320 is connected to the hanger bar connecting part 1314, so that the washing machine 300 is hung on the housing assembly 100.

The housing assembly 100 further includes a cabinet 130, an accommodating space is formed in the cabinet 130, the sink 200 and the washing machine 300 are accommodated in the cabinet 130, and the work platform 110 is connected to the top of the cabinet 130. The position of the cabinet 130 below the sink 200 is further provided with 2 compartments as storage bins 1313, and for dust prevention of the storage bins 1313, the cabinet 130 may be further provided with a cabinet door 132.

The detergent box 330 is disposed at the laundry input port 310 of the washing machine 300, and the cover plate 111 is provided with a notch for avoiding the detergent box 330.

The working principle is as follows:

when the sink 200 or the faucet 500 is needed, the slidable door 120 may be slid to the upper side of the washing machine. When washing is required, the sliding door 120 slides above the water tub 200, and then laundry is put into the washing machine and a washing program is operated.

The washing machine assembly provided by the embodiment is characterized in that the washing machine 300 is integrally manufactured with the water tank 200, the storage bin 1313 and the like in the positions of a kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony and the like, is reasonably matched, is convenient to operate, can save the household use space of a user, is simple and efficient in whole structure assembly, and can be easily disassembled and conveniently maintained if the washing machine 300 goes wrong.

Fig. 8 shows a flow diagram illustrating an assembly method of a washing machine assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 8, the assembling method of the washing machine assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention may be adapted to assemble the washing machine assembly described in any of the above embodiments, the assembling method of the washing machine assembly including the steps of:

step 802, assembling furniture articles in the accommodating space of the cabinet body, connecting the suspender with the suspender connecting part, assembling the washing machine in the accommodating space of the cabinet body, and hanging the washing machine on the suspender;

step 804, assembling a cover plate on the top of the cabinet body, and enabling a first opening to correspond to a working opening of the furniture article and a second opening to correspond to a clothes putting opening of the washing machine;

step 806, assembling a slide rail to the cover plate, assembling a sliding door to the slide rail, and assembling a display panel of the washing machine to the cover plate;

step 808, assembling a platen to the cover plate.

According to the assembling method of the washing machine assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the washing machine and the furniture are assembled in the cabinet body, the parts above the cabinet body are installed one by one, so that the assembling is efficient, the assembling is convenient and rapid, the washing machine can be effectively protected, the assembling damage of the washing machine is avoided, and the yield of products is improved.

Fig. 9 shows a flow diagram illustrating an assembly method of a washing machine assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 9, the assembling method of the washing machine assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention may be adapted to assemble the washing machine assembly described in any of the above embodiments, the assembling method of the washing machine assembly including the steps of:

step 902, assembling furniture articles in the accommodating space of the cabinet body, connecting the suspender with the suspender connecting part, assembling the washing machine in the accommodating space of the cabinet body, and hanging the washing machine on the suspender;

step 904, assembling the washing machine computer board and the panel controller on the washing machine;

step 906, assembling a cover plate on the top of the cabinet body, and enabling a first opening to correspond to a working opening of the furniture article and a second opening to correspond to a clothes putting-in opening of the washing machine;

step 908, assembling a slide rail to the cover plate, assembling a sliding door to the slide rail, and assembling a display panel of the washing machine to the cover plate;

step 910, assembling a platen to the cover plate.

In the scheme, the assembling step of the washing machine computer board, the panel controller and the washing machine is arranged after the washing machine hoisting step, so that the damage risk of the computer board and the panel controller can be reduced, and the product yield is improved.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a method of assembling a washing machine assembly includes:

step 1: the frame of the cabinet body is assembled, and the cabinet table top is assembled at the top of the frame to construct the cabinet body.

Step 2: the hanger rod is connected with the hanger rod connecting part, the washing machine is assembled in the accommodating space of the cabinet body and hung on the hanger rod, and the water tank is assembled in the accommodating space of the cabinet body. It is understood that the operation of assembling the washing machine in the accommodating space and the operation of assembling the water tank in the accommodating space may be performed simultaneously or one by one without being divided into front and rear parts.

And step 3: and a computer board and a panel controller of the washing machine are installed.

And 4, step 4: the cover plate is assembled at the top of the cabinet body, and the first opening corresponds to a working opening of furniture articles, and the second opening corresponds to a clothes putting opening of the washing machine.

And 5: and assembling a slide rail to the cover plate, installing a sliding door to the slide rail, and assembling the display panel of the washing machine to the cover plate. It can be understood that the actions of assembling the slide rail to the cover plate and installing the sliding door to the slide rail and the action of assembling the display panel of the washing machine to the cover plate can be simultaneously carried out or can be carried out one by one without dividing front and back.

Step 6: and (4) mounting a bedplate on the cover plate to ensure that the bedplate forms edge-covering fixation on the cover plate.

Of course, those skilled in the art can adjust the content of the above embodiments according to the requirement, for example, for the already assembled frame, this step 1 can also be omitted. For example, in step 1 and step 2, the counter top may be mounted on the top of the frame after the washing machine and the sink are mounted in the accommodating space defined by the frame. For another example, step 3 may be adjusted to be before step 2, or step 3 may be omitted for a washing machine already equipped with a washing machine computer board and a panel controller.

In summary, the washing machine assembly and the assembling method thereof provided by the invention integrate the furniture articles suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, objects and the like and the washing machine in the same shell assembly, so that the washing machine and the furniture articles are more harmoniously and reasonably matched, the washing machine and the furniture articles are compactly arranged, the household use space is favorably saved, the design of the top sliding door in the structure is more convenient for users to use, and the top sliding door also has simple and square ornamental effects, and meanwhile, the sliding door can be used for supporting, placing objects or decorating table tops at ordinary times, so that the functions of the product are more abundant.
