The melamine veneer directly applicable to a substrate according to claim 6, further comprising a second melamine-softening paper layer and a second aluminum oxide layer, wherein said second melamine-softening paper layer and said second aluminum oxide layer are disposed between said first aluminum oxide layer and said adhesive layer.

8. The melamine finish according to claim 7, wherein the first melamine softening paper and the second melamine softening paper are formed by high temperature hot press bonding of a dielectric layer and a melamine paper.

9. The melamine veneer directly applicable to a substrate according to claim 8, wherein the dielectric layer is one of a non-woven fabric, polypropylene or waterproof paper.

Technical Field

Background

At present, melamine materials in the market are fragile, can only be applied to direct flat pasting, medium density fiberboard, particle board, metal plate and metal strips, cannot be applied to objects which cannot be directly pasted, and are not beneficial to the development of the whole panel decoration industry. In addition, the prior art can not directly stick the board, and has the defects of single surface decoration, unclear patterns, no hand feeling, no wear resistance, no solvent resistance and difficult color matching. 5. the base materials such as the stone-plastic floor, the wood-plastic floor and the like can be recycled and changed into secondary waste plastics for recycling;
