The open ends of the shells of the traditional filtering equipment and the pressure regulating equipment are generally closed by adopting blind plates, and parts in the shells can be inspected, maintained and replaced by dismantling the blind plates when needed; however, the blind plate is connected with the equipment shell through the bolt, the blind plate is time-consuming and labor-consuming to disassemble and assemble, and the blind plate has larger potential safety hazard due to heavier weight. In order to solve the problems of the traditional filtering equipment and the traditional pressure regulating equipment, the structural form of the quick-opening blind plate is developed in the field, and the aim of quickly opening the blind plate is fulfilled by hinging the blind plate with the equipment shell and arranging a sealing mechanism and a locking mechanism between the blind plate and the equipment shell. However, the existing quick-opening blind plate has many defects in practical application, which mainly appear in the following aspects: 1) the locking ring adopts a structural form that the inner end surface and the outer end surface are parallel, so that inconvenience is brought to installation operation due to a narrow embedding space, and the locking ring is easy to be blocked due to the axial center deviation of the blind plate after installation; 2) an axial positioning structure is lacked between a blind plate and an equipment shell, so that the phenomenon of axle center deviation is easily caused by the heavier blind plate, and the stability of the structure and the door opening and closing operation are influenced; 3) the sealing mechanism only adopts axial sealing, and the single sealing mechanism has poor reliability and affects the safety.

The blind plate 2 is clamped in the large hole 11 of the neck 1, and a third tapered surface 21 opposite to the second tapered surface 15 is provided on the outer side of the blind plate 2. The opening and closing mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and control and good synchronism, the force applying rod 351 is used for rotating the hinge 35, and the cone ring 3 can be unfolded or contracted under the action of the U-shaped part 34, the sleeve 37 and the eccentric shaft sleeve 38, so that the locking or unlocking operation is completed.

As an optimized scheme, the insert block assembly 5 is clamped at the opening of the conical ring 3 in the embodiment. The insert assembly 5 specifically comprises an insert body 51 and a limiting bent plate 52, wherein the cross section of the insert body 51 is the same as the single-side cross section of the taper ring 3, one end of the limiting bent plate 52 is fixedly connected with the insert body 51, and the other end of the limiting bent plate 52 is provided with an interlocking mechanism. According to the structure, when the air pressure in the equipment is higher than a safety value, the lock rod 82 of the safety lock 8 extends into the limit groove 62 of the limit rod 6, at the moment, the limit rod 6 and the insert block assembly 5 cannot be detached, so that unlocking and door opening operations cannot be performed, and the safety of operators and the equipment is ensured; when the air pressure in the equipment is lower than the safety value, the lock rod 82 of the safety lock 8 can be retracted, and then the unlocking and door opening operations can be carried out after the limiting rod 6 and the insert assembly 5 are sequentially removed. According to the invention, the limiting rod 6 is arranged in the first threaded through hole arranged on the blind plate 2, and the purposes of exhausting and relieving pressure can be realized after the limiting rod 6 is removed, so that the safety is further enhanced. In the concrete application, the joints of the limiting rod 6, the needle valve 7 and the blind plate 2 are all provided with sealing gaskets so as to ensure the sealing performance of the joints.

It should be noted that, in practical application, the bottom of the slot 13 is in an arc structure, and the exhaust hole 131 is arranged between the bottom of the slot 13 and the outer peripheral wall of the high neck 1, so that the locking and unlocking actions of the slot 13 can be prevented from being influenced by the air blocking through the exhaust hole 131, and the stability of the actions is ensured. In order to avoid the falling of the conical ring 3 in the door opening state, more than two Z-shaped anti-falling plates 9 are fixed on the blind plate 2 along the circumferential direction.
