In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cover plate is connected with the water retaining platform through a rotating shaft and can realize 180-degree overturning, and the rotating shaft and the ladder stand are positioned on the same side; when the cover plate is positioned at the second working position, the front surface of the cover plate faces the water retaining table and can be attached to the table surface of the water retaining table.

Detailed Description

In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the present embodiment provides a manhole cover for being installed on a manhole 1, the manhole cover comprising a cover plate 2 openably and closably installed at a top of the manhole 1, the cover plate 2 having a first operating position capable of blocking the manhole 1 and a second operating position capable of opening the manhole 1. A retractable safety handrail 3 is provided on the back 21 of the cover 2, the back 21 of the cover 2 being disposed towards the manhole 1 when the cover 2 is in the first operating position, the safety handrail 3 being in a retracted position and being capable of extending into the manhole 1. When the cover 2 is in the second operating position, the handrail 3 can be in the extended position and the handrail 3 can be on the same side as the ladder 12 provided in the manhole 1 and above the ladder 12.

When the safety ladder is used, the cover plate 2 is opened, the cover plate 2 is located at the second working position, the safety handrail 3 extends out and is located at the extending position, and the safety handrail 3 can be located above the ladder stand 12. After climbing to the top of the ladder stand 12, the worker under the manhole 1 can climb upwards by the safety handle 3. The personnel located above the manhole 1 can also step on the stairs 12 accurately and conveniently by means of the safety handrail 3 and then slowly descend downwards. When the manhole 1 is not accessed, the safety handle 3 is retracted, and then the cover plate 2 is closed to be in the first working position, and at the moment, the safety handle 3 can extend into the manhole 1.

Therefore, in the well lid in the embodiment, the retractable safety handrail 3 is additionally arranged on the back 21 of the well lid, when the cover plate 2 is opened, the safety handrail 3 can extend out and be positioned above the ladder stand 12, so that people can be better assisted to climb, the problem that the workers are inconvenient to climb in the process of going up and down the manhole 1 is solved, and the up-and-down safety is improved; meanwhile, the safety handrail 3 can be hidden after the cover plate 2 is closed, and the space utilization rate of the underground interior is increased. In a specific implementation, in order to prevent external entering water from penetrating into a lower layer from the manhole 1, a water retaining platform 11 is generally provided at a top opening of the manhole 1, and the cover plate 2 is provided on the water retaining platform 11. The water retaining platform 11 is of an annular structure, surrounds the top opening of the manhole 1 for a circle, and is of a whole ring-shaped closed structure so as to play a role in blocking water flow from entering.

Further, in order to facilitate the smooth opening and closing of the cover plate 2 and the smooth telescopic operation of the safety handle 3, as shown in fig. 4, the cover plate 2 is connected with the water blocking platform 11 through the rotating shaft 4 and can be turned over by 180 degrees, and the rotating shaft 4 and the ladder stand 12 are located on the same side. When the cover plate 2 is in the second working position, the front surface of the cover plate 2 faces the water stop table 11 and can be attached to the table surface of the water stop table 11. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the safety handle 3 includes a connecting rod 31 and a handle bar 32 connected to each other, and the connecting rod 31 is telescopically provided at the rear surface 21 of the cover 2. When the cover 2 is in the first working position, the connecting rod 31 is retracted within the range of the cover 2 and the grab bar 32 is extended into the manhole 1. When the cover 2 is in the second operating position, the connecting rods 31 extend outwardly from the cover 2 and the grab bar 32 is positioned above the ladder stand 12.

Thus, the whole cover plate 2 can be opened and closed by 180 degrees. After the connecting rod 31 retracts to the range of the cover plate 2, the cover plate 2 can be smoothly closed on the manhole 1 to block the manhole 1, the included angle between the planes of the top openings of the cover plate 2 and the manhole 1 is 0 degree, and the grab bar 32 also smoothly extends into the manhole 1 to realize hiding. After the cover plate 2 is turned over by 180 degrees around the rotating shaft 4, the manhole 1 is opened, and an included angle between the cover plate 2 and a plane where a top opening of the manhole 1 is located is 180 degrees; at this time, the connecting rod 31 extends out along the surface of the cover plate 2 and towards the manhole 1, so that the grab bar 32 can be positioned above the ladder stand 12, and the worker can climb conveniently. The opening and closing of the cover plate 2 and the telescopic operation of the safety handrail 3 are not interfered with each other, and the operation is simple.

The opening and closing of the cover plate 2 can be directly realized manually, and the intelligent opening can also be realized by pressing a button by adopting a corresponding control device, which is not limited by the invention.

Preferably, in order to facilitate the holding of the safety handle 3 after the safety handle is extended, the connecting rod 31 and the grab bar 32 are arranged perpendicular to each other, the axis of the connecting rod 31 is perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft 4, and the axis of the grab bar 32 is perpendicular to the plate surface of the cover plate 2. Therefore, when the cover plate 2 is in the second working position and the safety handrail 3 extends out, the handrail rod 32 is erected on the cover plate 2, and operators can climb up and down more conveniently; meanwhile, when the safety rail 3 is retracted into the back cover plate 2 in the first working position, the grab bar 32 extends vertically downward, avoiding interference with other components below the manhole 1.

In practical applications, in order to facilitate the telescopic movement of the handrail 3, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a driving device 5 is provided on the back surface 21 of the cover plate 2, and the driving device 5 is connected to the handrail 3 and can drive the telescopic movement of the handrail 3.

The general driving device 5 may be a directional electronic hydraulic telescopic device or a directional electronic pneumatic telescopic device, or may be other devices as long as the device can drive the safety handrail 3 to extend and retract. The housing of the drive device 5 is fixedly connected to the rear side 21 of the cover 2, and the piston rod of the drive device 5 is fixedly connected to the armrest 3. If necessary, the housing of the drive device 5 can also be fixed to the rear face 21 of the cover 2 by a fixing device 6.

Further preferably, in order to stabilize the handrail when the worker climbs up and down, as shown in fig. 4, two groups of safety handrails 3 are disposed at an interval on the back 21 of the cover plate 2, and the distance between the two groups of safety handrails 3 is greater than the width of the ladder stand 12, so as to avoid collision with the ladder stand 12 when the safety handrails 3 retract and extend into the manhole 1. It can be understood that two connecting rods 31 in two sets of safety handles 3 should parallel arrangement, and two handrail rods 32 should parallel arrangement, and after two sets of safety handles 3 outwards stretched out, two handrail rods 32 all stood upright on apron 2, and the interval between two handrail rods 32 is greater than the width of cat ladder 12, can conveniently supply staff's two hands to support, and it is safer to climb from top to bottom.

The shape of the manhole 1 depends on actual needs, for example, the manhole 1 in this embodiment is a manhole 1 in a pipe rack structure, the manhole 1 is a square hole (for example, a square hole or a rectangular hole), and the cover plate 2 is a square plate body. The rotating shaft 4 is disposed at one side of the square hole, and the axis of the rotating shaft 4 is parallel to the side. Of course, the shape of the manhole 1 can also be a circular hole or other suitable mouth shape, and this embodiment is merely illustrative.

Taking the manhole 1 as the manhole 1 in the pipe gallery structure as an example, the working process of the manhole cover in the embodiment is as follows:
