As shown in fig. 1-6, an intensive cultivation device for edible fungi comprises a box body housing 8, a butt joint base 9 and a mixing box 1, wherein the butt joint base 9 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the box body housing 8, the mixing box 1 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of one side of the box body housing 8, a water collecting frame 12 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the butt joint base 9, a water storage tank 11 is arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the water collecting frame 12, a water collecting folded plate 10 is movably arranged on the outer surface of one side of the water collecting frame 12, three groups of water inlet tanks 18 are arranged in the middle of the inner surface of the upper end of the butt joint base 9, a second support frame 14 is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of one side of the box body housing 8, a first support frame 13 is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of one side of the box body housing 8 close to the upper side, communicating pipe 6's one end external surface fixed mounting has retaining box 23, and retaining box 23 sets up the inside at butt joint base 9, the equidistant fixed mounting in top of retaining box 23 has three first tube heads 22 of group, it is fixed to dock through inlet channel 18 between first tube head 22 and the butt joint base 9, the activity of the inboard middle part position of mixing box 1 has cup jointed in put bull stick 5, the side external surface fixed mounting of putting bull stick 5 has two sets of material turning plates 25, mixing box 1's lower part internal surface fixed cup joints pull plate 4, can discharge the compost after mixing box 1 through opening pull plate 4.

The overall structure of the water collection folded plate 10 is a cuboid two-section structure, the drainage groove 34 is formed in the outer surface of the top of the water collection folded plate 10, the butt joint rotating shaft 33 is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the water collection folded plate 10, the outer surface of one end of the water collection folded plate 10 is provided with two groups of connecting hinges 32, and the water collection folded plate 10 is movably connected with the water collection frame 12 through the connecting hinges 32.

Two groups of drain pipes 19 are fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the side edge of the communicating pipe 6 close to the lower part of the water storage tank body 23, the first support frame 13 can be irrigated in the second support frame 14 by the aid of the drain pipes 19, a plurality of groups of irrigation grooves 20 are formed in the outer surface of the side edge of each drain pipe 19 in a penetrating mode, and the two groups of drain pipes 19 are arranged inside the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14.

The upper part of the outer surface of the communicating pipe 6 close to the water drain pipe 19 is fixedly sleeved with a flow control valve 21, the integral structure of the water storage tank body 23 is a cuboid hollow structure, and the middle part of the outer surface of one end of the water storage tank body 23 is fixedly provided with a second pipe head 24.

The middle part of the outer surface of the other side of the box body shell 8 is fixedly provided with an external pipe 17, and the external pipe 17 is connected with the water storage box body 23 through a second pipe head 24.

The inboard movable mounting in bottom of box shell 8 has pull case 16, and through spout swing joint between box shell 8 and the pull case 16, pull case 16 can play the effect of accomodating to the edible mushroom that plants.

A ventilation cover plate is movably mounted on one side, close to the second support frame 14, of the inner surface of the front end of the box body shell 8, a discharge hole is formed in the inner side of the front end of the discharge nozzle 2, and the outer surface of the side edge of the telescopic clamping plate 27 is of an arc-shaped structure.

The specific using operation steps of the process are as follows:

firstly, placing a butt joint base 9 at a roof, and simultaneously unfolding a water collection folded plate 10 by a butt joint rotating shaft 33 of the water collection folded plate 10 so as to adjust the size of a drainage groove 34 on the water collection folded plate 10, when a rainfall phenomenon occurs, collecting rainwater by using the unfolded water collection folded plate 10 through the drainage groove 34, and increasing the contact area between a water collection frame 12 and the rainwater by the water collection folded plate 10 after unfolding so that the rainwater slides into a water storage groove 11 of the water collection frame 12 through the drainage groove 34 of the water collection folded plate 10, and guiding the collected rainwater into a water storage tank body 23 through a water inlet groove 18 and a first pipe head 22;

secondly, a user pushes the movable push buckle 31 of the retractable card board 27 according to the type of the planted edible fungi to enable the retractable card board 27 to move into the combined card board 15, the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14 are loosened, the combined card board 15 in the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14 is moved, the distance between the two groups of combined card boards 15 is adjusted, the size of the notches in the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14 is controlled, and after the user loosens the movable push buckle 31, the retractable card board 27 is pushed by using the connection between the retractable card board 27 and the spring columns 28, the retractable card board 27 is pushed to be propped against the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14, and the splicing of the combined card boards 15 is fixed;

pouring the culture soil raw material into the mixing box 1, starting the motor 26 to enable the motor 26 to drive the middle rotating rod 5, driving the material turning plate 25 to rotate through the middle rotating rod 5 to enable the material turning plate 25 to mix and stir the culture soil raw material in the mixing box 1, meanwhile, placing the mixed culture soil into the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14, planting edible bacterial strains on the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14, enabling the water body in the water storage box body 23 to be led into the drain pipe 19 through the communicating pipe 6 by opening the flow control valve 21 on the communicating pipe 6, discharging the water body through the pouring groove 20 of the drain pipe 19, and adjusting the water content of the culture soil in the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14.

The invention aims to provide an edible fungus intensive cultivation device, when in use, a water storage box body 23 and a water drain pipe 19 are arranged, when a user irrigates edible fungi by using the edible fungus intensive cultivation device, the user can place a butt joint base 9 at a roof and unfold a water collection folded plate 10 by using a butt joint rotating shaft 33 of the water collection folded plate 10 so as to adjust the size of a drainage groove 34 on the water collection folded plate 10, when rainfall occurs, the unfolded water collection folded plate 10 is used for collecting rainwater by using the drainage groove 34, the contact area between a water collection frame 12 and the rainwater is increased after the water collection folded plate 10 is unfolded, so that the rainwater slides into a water storage groove 11 of the water collection frame 12 by using the drainage groove 34 of the water collection folded plate 10, the collected rainwater is guided into the water storage box body 23 by using a water inlet groove 18 and a first pipe head 22 to be stored, the evaporation of water is avoided, the water storage box body 23 is used for matching with the water collection folded plate 10 and plays a role in collecting rainwater, the water-saving device has a certain water-saving effect on planting of edible fungi, and simultaneously, by opening the upper flow control valve 21 of the communicating pipe 6, the water in the water storage tank body 23 is led into the water drain pipe 19 through the communicating pipe 6 and is discharged through the irrigation tank 20 of the water drain pipe 19, the water drain pipe 19 is arranged in the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14, compared with the traditional spraying irrigation, the water-saving device has a better water-saving effect, so that the water directly acts on culture soil, waste of water resources is avoided, when the water is discharged from the irrigation tank 20, the water content of the culture soil in the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14 can be simultaneously adjusted, the traditional manual irrigation mode is replaced, the water content in the culture soil is accurately controlled, and the planting yield of the edible fungi is improved;

by arranging the combined clamping plate 15 and the retractable clamping plate 27, when a user plants different types of edible fungi by using the edible fungi intensive cultivation device, the user can push the movable push buckle 31 of the retractable clamping plate 27 according to the types of the planted edible fungi to move the retractable clamping plate 27 into the combined clamping plate 15, so that the combined clamping plate 15, the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14 are loosened, the space between the two groups of combined clamping plates 15 is adjusted by moving the combined clamping plate 15 in the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14, the sizes of the notches in the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14 are controlled, when the user loosens the movable push buckle 31, the retractable clamping plate 27 is pushed by using the connection between the retractable clamping plate 27 and the spring columns 28, so that the retractable clamping plate 27 is pressed against the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14, and the splicing of the combined clamping plate 15 is fixed, by means of the arrangement of the combined clamping plate 15 and the telescopic clamping plate 27, the edible fungus intensive cultivation device has a combined type fixing structure, so that the edible fungus intensive cultivation device can conveniently plant different types of edible fungi, and the using flexibility of the edible fungus intensive cultivation device is improved;

by arranging the mixing box 1 and the material turning plate 25, when a user carries out mixing processing operation of edible fungus culture soil through the edible fungus intensive cultivation process, the user can pour the culture soil raw material into the mixing box 1, the motor 26 is started, the motor 26 drives the middle-placed rotating rod 5, the material turning plate 25 is driven to rotate by the middle-placed rotating rod 5, the material turning plate 25 is enabled to mix and stir the culture soil raw material in the mixing box 1, the traditional manual mixing operation is replaced by the material turning plate 25, the culture soil is more uniformly mixed, the mixed culture soil is placed in the first support frame 13 and the second support frame 14, and the mixing box 1 and the material turning plate 25 are arranged, so that the edible fungus intensive cultivation process can carry out auxiliary mixing operation, the planting quality of edible fungi is improved, and the operation steps of the user are reduced;

through setting up the folded plate 10 that catchments, when storage box 23 carries out the rainwater collection operation at domestic fungus planting in-process, utilize the folded plate 10 that catchments after the expansion, can effectively promote the rainwater collection efficiency of storage box 23, make storage box 23 have folding collection structure, utilize external pipe 17 simultaneously, when no rainwater is collected, utilize external pipe 17 to dock water pipe and storage box 23, directly to pouring into the water in the storage box 23, make it have multiple retaining structure, it is more nimble to use.
