The low protein ration feed of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the animal normal protein basal ration is selected from any one of a chicken basal ration, a duck basal ration, a goose basal ration, a pig basal ration, a cow basal ration, a horse basal ration, a donkey basal ration, a cat basal ration, a dog basal ration, a fish basal ration, a rabbit basal ration, and a sheep basal ration.

A method of preparing the low protein ration feed of any one of claims 1-8, consisting of 97% -99.9% of a low protein base ration having a crude protein content of 10% -25% and 0.1% -3% of alanine, by weighing the required amounts of the low protein base ration and alanine and mixing them homogeneously.

Use of the low protein ration feed according to any of the claims 1-8 or the low protein ration feed prepared by the method according to claim 9 for the preparation of a low protein ration feed for animals, preferably the low protein ration feed for animals is selected from any of the group consisting of chicken low protein ration feed, duck low protein ration feed, goose low protein ration feed, pig low protein ration feed, fish low protein ration feed, cow low protein ration feed, cat low protein ration feed, dog low protein ration feed, rabbit low protein ration feed, sheep low protein ration feed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a low-protein daily feed containing alanine, a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

As a big breeding country in China, animal protein feed resources are imported for a long time and become bottlenecks restricting the development of feed industry and breeding industry in China. In addition, the nitrogen emission generated by animal excrement caused by animal feeding protein feed is a great problem in environmental pollution treatment. The low-protein basic ration for animals is added with proper types and quantities of industrial amino acids and reduces the protein level in the basic ration so as to reduce nitrogen emission and be beneficial to the treatment of environmental pollution. How to scientifically screen and add industrial amino acid with proper types and quantities to promote animal growth and the like becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a low-protein daily ration feed containing alanine, which consists of 97-99.9% of low-protein basic daily ration and 0.1-3% of alanine, wherein the crude protein content of the low-protein basic daily ration is 10-25%.

In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the alanine content in the low-protein daily feed is 0.2-2%, preferably 0.4-1.5%, more preferably 0.6-1.2%, and still more preferably 0.8-1.0%.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the alanine is any one or a combination of L-alanine, DL-alanine, D-alanine, and β -alanine.

In the preferable technical scheme of the invention, the content of crude protein in the low-protein basic ration is 13-22%, preferably 15-20%, and more preferably 16-19%.

In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the content of crude protein in the low-protein basic ration is reduced by 2-4% compared with the content of crude protein in the animal normal protein basic ration specified by animal feed standards.

In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the normal basal ration for animals is any one of a normal basal ration for chickens, a normal basal ration for ducks, a normal basal ration for geese, a normal basal ration for pigs, a normal basal ration for cows, a normal basal ration for horses, a normal basal ration for donkeys, a normal basal ration for cats, a normal basal ration for dogs, a normal basal ration for fishes, a normal basal ration for rabbits and a normal basal ration for sheep.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the low-protein daily feed containing alanine, wherein the low-protein daily feed consists of 97-99.9% of low-protein basic daily feed and 0.1-3% of alanine, the crude protein content of the low-protein basic daily feed is 10-25%, and the low-protein basic daily feed and the alanine are weighed according to required amounts and uniformly mixed to obtain the low-protein daily feed.

In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the alanine content in the low-protein daily feed is 0.2-2%, preferably 0.4-1.5%, more preferably 0.6-1.2%, and still more preferably 0.8-1.0%.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the alanine is any one or a combination of L-alanine, DL-alanine, D-alanine, and β -alanine.

Another object of the present invention is to provide the use of a low protein ration feed comprising alanine for the preparation of a low protein ration feed for animals.

In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the animal low-protein daily feed is selected from any one of chicken low-protein daily feed, duck low-protein daily feed, goose low-protein daily feed, pig low-protein daily feed, fish low-protein daily feed, cattle low-protein daily feed, cat low-protein daily feed, dog low-protein daily feed, rabbit low-protein daily feed and sheep low-protein daily feed.

Unless otherwise indicated, when the present invention relates to percentages between liquids, said percentages are volume/volume percentages; the invention relates to the percentage between liquid and solid, said percentage being volume/weight percentage; the invention relates to the percentages between solid and liquid, said percentages being weight/volume percentages; the balance being weight/weight percent.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

1. the method scientifically screens the contents of the low-protein basic ration and the alanine in the low-protein daily ration feed, so that the increasingly deficient protein resources are effectively saved, the feed cost and the breeding cost are obviously reduced, the nitrogen emission in animal excrement is obviously reduced, and the environmental pollution treatment is facilitated; the daily gain, daily feed intake and feed conversion rate of animals are improved; and thirdly, the growth performance and the oxidation resistance of the animals are obviously improved, the influence of the environmental factors on the oxidative stress of the animal growth is reduced or even avoided, the immunity of the animals is obviously provided, and the edible mouthfeel of the animals is obviously improved.

2. The preparation method has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, obvious cost reduction, suitability for industrial production and the like.
