1. A fixing device for a shelf, for fixing a position of the shelf, characterized in that: the rotary part comprises a first rotary part and a second rotary part which are inserted into the fixed frame in an inclined state and are easy to rotate and are in an arc shape;

the fixed frame comprises:

a first arc portion having an arc shape corresponding to the first rotating portion of the rotating member so that the rotating member is inserted into the first rotating portion in an inclined state;

a second arc portion having an arc shape corresponding to a second rotating portion of the rotating member so that the rotating member is inserted into the second rotating portion in an inclined state;

and the first rotating part is inserted into the fixed frame and rotates to the rotating fixed part so as to fix the position of the rotating part.

2. A fixing apparatus for a shelf according to claim 1, wherein: the inner wall of the fixed frame is provided with a rotary bulge, and the outer wall of the rotary component is provided with a first guide groove matched with the rotary bulge.

3. A fixing apparatus for a shelf according to claim 1, wherein: the whole fixed frame is in the shape of a right triangle.

6. A fixing apparatus for a shelf according to claim 4, wherein: still include the lid, establish fixed frame hole in the middle of the lid, fixed frame one side is connected with the ring flange, and the lid passes through bolted connection with the ring flange.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of furniture, and particularly relates to a fixing device for a shelf and a storage rack of the fixing device.

Background

In general, shelves are used for various purposes in homes, offices, and the like, and in addition to books, small ornaments are often placed together, and of course, the shelves may be used alone as a decorative cabinet. However, recently, the decorative cabinet and the bookcase are not clearly distinguished, so that the shelf provided by the invention is not limited to the above, and can be applied to other various storage home fields such as the bookcase and the decorative cabinet.

To overcome the problem of being bulky and difficult to move and handle, such shelves are often sold and distributed in a disassembled state, and many products can be assembled directly at home and office.

Korean laid-open utility model No. 20-2013-0002724 (prior art 1) discloses a multi-purpose shelf in which a deformable multi-purpose shelf includes: at least one shelf board which is horizontally arranged and is arranged at an upper part and a lower part in a spaced way; and at least two bookshelf blocks in the shape of a quadrangular box with an opening in the front, wherein the bookshelf blocks are inserted into each layer between the shelves to support the shelves.

However, the prior art 1 as described above has separate bookshelf blocks in the shape of quadrangular boxes, so that the number of parts increases, it is difficult to manage, and the manufacturing cost also increases.

Korean laid-open utility model No. 20-2012-0007732 (prior art 2) discloses a multi-purpose shelf in which a plurality of shelves are assembled inside by assembling left and right side plates formed at the left and right, end plates formed at the upper and lower ends of the left and right side plates, and a rear plate formed at the rear ends of the left and right side plates, including: side plate grooves formed in the center of the rear end portions of the left and right side plates along the vertical longitudinal direction; left and right rear plate grooves formed in rear surfaces of the left and right end portions of the rear plate along a vertical longitudinal direction of the rear plate; vertical connecting members inserted into the side plate grooves and the left and right rear plate grooves for connecting and fixing rear end portions of the left and right side plates and left and right side end portions of the rear plate; and horizontal connecting parts which connect and fix the back plate in a vertical multi-stage mode, support the back end part of the shelf, and hang the two ends on the shelf supporting pins which are arranged at the front and the back of the inner surfaces of the left and the right side plates.

However, the related art 2 as described above is a structure of fixing the shelf using the support pins, so that the fixing force of the shelf is lowered, and it is difficult to adjust the lateral width of the shelf, so that the utilization degree is lowered.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shelf fixing device which can minimize the number of parts for fixing a shelf, can be easily assembled to improve convenience, and can firmly fix the position of the shelf.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a fixing device for a shelf is used for fixing the position of the shelf and comprises a fixing frame and a fixing rod, wherein two ends of the fixing rod are provided with rotating components, and the rotating components comprise a first rotating part and a second rotating part which are inserted into the fixing frame in an inclined state and are easy to rotate and are in an arc shape;

the fixed frame comprises: a first arc portion having an arc shape corresponding to the first rotating portion of the rotating member so that the rotating member is inserted into the first rotating portion in an inclined state; a second arc portion having an arc shape corresponding to a second rotating portion of the rotating member so that the rotating member is inserted into the second rotating portion in an inclined state; and the first rotating part is inserted into the fixed frame and rotates to the rotating fixed part so as to fix the position of the rotating part.

Preferably, the fixed frame is provided with a rotary protrusion on the inner side, and the rotating member is provided with a first guide groove matched with the rotary protrusion on the outer side.

Preferably, the whole fixing frame is in a right triangle shape.

Preferably, the rotation fixing portion is provided with a first fixing protrusion protruding toward the rotation member, the second arc portion is provided with a second fixing protrusion protruding toward the rotation member, and the rotation member is provided with a second guide groove into which the first fixing protrusion and the second fixing protrusion are inserted.

Preferably, the first fixing protrusion and the second fixing protrusion have widths gradually smaller from the bottom to the top, and the widths of the first guide groove and the second guide groove gradually increase from the bottom to the top.

Preferably, the portable power tool further comprises a cover body, a fixed frame hole is formed in the middle of the cover body, one side of the fixed frame is connected with a flange plate, and the cover body is connected with the flange plate through screws.

Preferably, the flange has a first through hole having a shape corresponding to the first fixing projection and a second through hole having a shape corresponding to the second fixing projection.

Preferably, the fixing rod is provided with a rotation hole.

The invention also provides a commodity shelf, which comprises a shelf and at least two side plates, wherein the two side plates are provided with the fixing devices for the shelf.

Preferably, the side plate is provided with a support groove, and a fastening part is connected to the bottom of the support groove.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

this shelf fixing device only needs two parts of fixed frame and dead lever, can constitute complete supporter with curb plate and shelf simple equipment together, can accomplish fixedly after inserting the dead lever fixed frame internal rotation, and shelf pressure is given simultaneously to dead lever and fixed frame, can firmly fix the position of shelf from this, and is very convenient.

The fixing frame is provided with a first fixing bulge and a second fixing bulge, the rotating component is provided with a second guide groove, so that the fixing rod inserted into the fixing frame can rotate in the fixing frame more easily, the fixing bulge locks the position of the fixing rod, the rotating position is firmly fixed, and the fixing rod can firmly fix the shelf.
